The 3 bed apartment was equipped to a very high standard, with fantastic views from every room. The pool was beautiful, the loungers and furniture poolside were very comfortable. The entire place was spotless and the staff and owners were very accommodating and thoughtful, providing an air conditioning unit and ice to keep the apartment a comfortable temperature Location wise, some lovely beach bars either side of the apartment, with the main town about 20 minutes walk away. The nearest supermarket is about 10 minutes away We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't recommend Helene Holidays enough

A full length mirror would have been nice

It is a family run property right on the oceanfront. It has a homey feel to it, it is very personal and it is less than half an hour walk on the beach to downtown Corralejo. Around the corner from my favourite beach bar in Corralejo, Sunset Lounge, but don’t worry, you do not hear a thing, it is super quiet, all you hear are the waves of the ocean. I loved the owner too, very welcoming and responsive. It is a very pretty property with history behind it, lovely decor and beautiful large windows that frame the beautiful ocean views and views of Lanzarote and Lobos islands. It is very charming and has a good energy, I would love to return.

I would have loved a bigger room, but then again, I did book a single. It was sufficient, but I would have preferred bigger. And I would have loved the pool to be heated, particulalrly for winter months. But there was nothing really that I disliked also keeping in mind the value for money aspect. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a quiet time but close to all the hustle and bustle at the same time.

If you want to experience a beautiful place, I confidently recommend you to choose this accommodation.The host was helpful from the moment I arrived at the airport, he guided me how to get to the accommodation and which places to visit.She was extremely pleasant to me and made me feel very welcome in her home 🏠I recommend with confidence You are very close to the center at 10 minutes' walk and very close to the beach (Behind the house) you also have a large pool in the yard with sunbeds and very nicely arranged and clean everything.

The reception staff were welcoming and helpful. The location is perfect in quiet area with a lovely walk along the beach into the town. My room was very clean with poolside view, everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Also enjoyed a yoga class with Tami who welcomed me into her local group, she kindly prompted me in English when I needed it. Would recommend her classes to anyone used to doing yoga. For anyone looking for a place to relax this is it!

We did not book breakfast. But the facilities and available crockery etc were available for some lunches around the pool. I was shown around providing us with all glasses/ crockery etc that we needed, and an area to leave the items to be cleaned. Very good self catering services.

The lighting in the room was very bright, a little subdued lighting in the bedside lamps would have been perfect. But if you’re looking for a bright room, then the lighting is not a problem.

We had a studio apartment which had all we required for our own meals if we wanted to, bed was comfy and large for two, en-suite was great the shower was superb and plenty of hot water. It we were right on the sea overlooking the bay of Corralejo, so away from the noise but a short walk to get to them and sun shine all day and the sun setting. All tastefully decorated and quite as only a few rooms and studio's. Pool area was always clean with comfy lounger's and another dinning area why breakfast is served at an additional cost then it was for anyone to use for lunch and dinner. If you wanted anything Ingrid or Maria were on hand to help if required, if not you had your own sanctuary.

Only issue is you do get the surf schools operating just off your seating area and the door for all to access the beach is also on your seating area. Ultimately your not here during the day it is not a major concern as you can go to the pool area if you want or the beach. Heated pool would be nice in the cooler months, but again the sea temperature was still good

The location - stunning views and easy to access main town by beach. The studio - modern, spacious, and fresh, it was just what we needed for our 5 night stay. Staff - Ingrid was relaxed and helpful.

Perhaps it could do with a bigger clothes hanging wall rack and a few more hangers (as there is no wardrobe)... but that's all!

Where to start? The location: amazing. Just a short walk along the beachfront to the hustle and bustle of Corralejo town. Waking up and falling asleep with the sound of the sea right on your doorstep, and some of the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets - what more can one need? The property: extremely comfortable and well-designed. The owners: friendly, helpful, kind, accommodating and just lovely. I had the luxury of staying with Hélène Holidays and Retreats for 13 days and I tried out three of the rooms (two studios and one room) within the facility, all of which had their own features, facilities, and decor. Tip: ask for the history of this place - it really is a beautiful, heartfelt story.

In all honesty, there is absolutely nothing not to like about Hélène Holidays and Retreats. The owners were ever so friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The location more than perfect. Simply go see for yourself, you will not be disappointed!

Beautiful little studio overlooking the sea. It had everything we needed for our stay. Spotlessly clean. Ingrid was so helpful and on hand for advice. Perfect location, peaceful and relaxing, with the town centre just a 20 min walk or taxi costing no more than €3.50.

Nothing really. If I was being picky, a bedside table would be useful and some sheer curtains for the doors.

Perfect location just away from the madness of Corralejo town, literally around the corner from Sunset Lounge. Incredible views right by the ocean. Fully equipped kitchenette, with olive oil. Big bed and spacious bedroom, with modern bathroom and beautifully decorated rooms. Maria and Ingrid are lovely! Absolutely one of our favourite places. We'll be back!
