Everything was great, the double bed is huge, confortable and is in a one piece, the room is very spacious, very clean. Is great for couples. They have specialties from different countries at dinner and a lot of food variety. The reception staff are very nice and friendly, helpful with informations about the island and the trips. We booked a boat trip through the hotel and it was very nice.

Water in the room. We had all inclusive and I was expecting to get water refill in the room every day, but we only got for the first 3 days and then the maids stopped leaving new water botteles and we needed to go downstairs everytime we would get thirsty.

We were overwhelmed with kindness from staff in general and would like to appreciate Amina from Reception and Janet from Bar Manager. Both an amazing professionals. The room was exceptionally well cleaned everyday. Location is great!

Expectation regarding hotel premises were not met. Taking in consideration photos presented by the hotel itself led us to a completeley different image of it. Restaurant and outside seating area are way too small. Food was average. Although the thematic dinners, there is some room for improvement in terms of variety with food in general and desserts, as well some attention to diet restrictions would be a thoughtful upgrade. Basic hygiene products are a must in a 4 star hotel (toothpaste is missing within the range of hygiene products they offer).

We had a lovely two night stay here. Easy and early check in with a very helpful lady at reception. The rooms were spotless and a good size with a huge double bed which was very comfortable. A nice touch of a bottle of wine and water in the room on arrival. All inclusive food and drink were great as well. One of the best we've had for food and the alcoholic drinks actually tasted of alcohol. We loved this place and would definitely return. If you want to go out, a taxi to the strip is around €5.

+variety of food, every dinner is a themed one (Asian cuisine, Indian. Spanish, etc) +earlier check in + helpful staff + location - next to the dunes, but far away from the city center and shops etc.

-only one heated pool and unfortunately, it was the one that was very deep, it was impossible to just 'chill' in the pool, it was only for swimming, the other pool was closed for some days and after that was too cold to swim in it anyway -too little sunbeds and space around the pool, it was extremely crowded -the bar during the day is only outside, so when it was raining there was nowhere to sit and hide from the rain

Nice residence, comfortable and well organized. Formula all-inclusive with good quality food. Relaxing swimming pool. Strategic position.

Presence of tiny ants in our room. Not a real problem for me, but for someone else it could be.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, rooms were large and well appointed with a good sized balcony. The restaurant was wonderful, a fantastic range of food, all of a good standard. The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly.

Long wait for taxis from the airport, we booked a private taxi transfer but just ended up in the queue - won't bother booking ahead again. The bar could have been open later in the evening.

Absolutely amazing stay! The staff were very kind and friendly and the food? Delicious! Also the room was really spacious, modern, clean and with a spectacular view. And we enjoyed the animation program too!

Only one thing. There isn't enough sunbeds around the pool for everyone

EVERYTHING!!!! I can’t begin to tell you how amazing and perfect this hotel is, from the bed being comfortable all the way to the staff being so kind. My mum and I stayed for 3 nights and we couldn’t find a single problem to this hotel!! honestly, I’ve stayed in quite a few hotels the last few months but this one beats them all. The staff were so sweet and kind and ver very helpful, always with a smile on their faces. Nothing is ever too much for them! I’m Muslim so I had to be careful with the food to make sure there was no alcohol in them and no matter how many times I kept asking about different foods, staff never once got annoyed with me and always went to the chefs to ask. Talking about chefs, there was an Algerian one that was very kind and another one in the morning for breakfast who went out of his way to make mum mum and I some pancakes in a different pan since where they were making the other ones was with the bacon and as Muslims we can’t have anything that touches bacon. honestly, there are not enough words to describe this hotel!! it’s just amazing! the beds were also very comfortable and big!! and they get cleaned everyday. it was modern aswell so that was good!! the night entertainment was very good and fun, and we enjoyed it very much!! there was a bartender named Vanessa and she was sooooo good at her job and very very kind and helpful. she would always talk to us and make jokes and she made our stay better. and so did a waitress named Daiana, she was so good and nice and everytime we’d talk to her, she’d always have a smile on her face. not only her but the rest of the young waitresses and waiters were really good!!! no complaints whatsoever about this hotel! AND THE FOOD!!!!! the food was soooo good! we are so much, we went all inclusive and that was the best decision ever! there was so much variety and each night there was a different cuisine.

Pool area is quite small with people putting towels on sunloungers at 6am. Thought the hotel management did not deal very well with a a group of troublesome guests, by the time they intervened quite a few older guests were upset
