Everything, the evening entertainment not for me, but some people probably okay with it. Food is fine with ample choice. Choose this place for the location

Was booked in for 5th December, a group of five of us ,only to find out you are shutting down on 15th October , very disappointing ,your sister hotel along the way is great but unaffordable for us. Only wish I have known before and we could have booked in for early October. DEAR MANAGMENT: I WAS IN ROOM 4103 , ON MY EARLY DEPARTURE I LOOKED FOR THE DOOR KEY BUT COULD NOT LOCATE IT .IT MUST BE IN THE ROOM AS OBVIOUSLY I OPENED THE DOOR THE PREVIOUS NIGHT.HOPE YOU HAVE FOUND IT ,I HAD TO RUN TO GET THE BUS SO DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO REPORT IT AS I WAS IN PANIC MODE. I ASKED MY DAUGHTER TO REPORT IT AND SHE SENT YOU AN EMAIL I THINK ! .

The location was superb! Right next to an amazing beach.

Plenty of facilities and very close to the beach The members of staff were lovely and helpful

No wifi in the room No weights in the gym, the training matts were disgusting and the machines lack attachments The cleaning needs lots of improvement, including cleaning the cutlery better. The facilities need some renovation as the hotel looks like a glimpse of the 80s

Firstly the staff on checking in were wonderful. The hotel has the best staff throughout all areas. Very relaxed, happy atmosphere to enjoy a break.

The only area for improvement would be the beds. Mattress remind me of my grannies in the 1960's !

I like the fact that has 2 separate parts with the small one more quite so you can switch to change the scenario. , they have the same facilities( restaurants/pool), one is bigger where the reception is and the animation team/game/evening shows etc. from the very beginning was great experience as the receptionist found me a room with the balcony, the room I booked didn’t have one. The management should be proud of the staff (everyone), they really nice. I met very nice people to chat, many are coming back regularly. It has a nice vibe. You just don’t want to leave, in fact I would’ve needed an extra week to do more things( excursions etc). The bus to Corralejo (25 min or less) is only 1.50€ but there are taxis outside and not expensive. . Food it’s the same but there’s a big variety and no queue as they have extended opening hours. Lots of fruits and salads which it’s very important. Plus meat and fish of course. It’s ok for vegetarians. Breakfast it’s great. Easy to indulge in drinking so I’d suggest not to get crazy as you waist the holiday. I’d recommend it if you need to rest and do nothing as they look after everything. Very positive experience, I’ll probably go back again in the near future.

I had a stomach bug, not to severe but ruined couple of days. , never happened to me before. I think could be the hot water for infusion or the water they made the ice. Food is fresh so I doubt it. Difficult to say. Disco only Friday and Saturday. I would add an extra day as it’s the best place to meet people

The location is excellent and staff friendly and professional. Most appeared to be multilingual so communication was easy and free flowing. My room was on the 5th floor with twin beds, plenty of closet space with hangars and shelves and a safe plus tv. My bed was comfy, and the bathroom was spacious. Rooms were cleaned and fresh bedding/towels provided daily. Cleaning continued throughout the day with staff ensuring that floors, walls and doors were spotless and any crockery or cutlery was quickly removed in the dining areas, around the pool and in the lounges during entertainment events. I appreciated that a personal beach towel was provided each day and there were plenty of sun loungers. The beach location provided beautiful sunrises to view. Food is self serve and plentiful, as is drink. I don’t drink alcohol so can’t make any comment about that. I was slightly apprehensive about possible drunken behaviour from some guests with alcohol freely available all day, but I’m pleased to say I didn’t witness anything like that, perhaps because this is a very family friendly complex.

The food was plentiful, but pretty much the same options to choose from. This would possibly not be a problem for one or two weeks, but I was there longer, and I don’t eat meat, so my choices were limited. WiFi only available in the reception area, which while large with plenty of comfortable seating, is still inconvenient. I purchased a Spanish sim which was €10 for one month.

Superb location and value for money.

Food is average. No espresso machine for breakfast but just large bricks of bad coffee shared between tables. No wi-fi in the rooms.

I like everything about this hotel, its good value for money, the staff are fine, it's immaculately clean and everything is functional. I would say that even without the food and drink thrown in ,it is a competitive price for the facilities and the location. As regards the food , there is sufficient choice for all,of course it's going to be repetitive, that the very nature of catering for large numbers of people, a difficult job and probably a logistical nightmare but I think overall they do a fine job . My three year old grandson was happy to splash around in the pool and also kept amused in the playpen area and the little dancearound at 5pm . I particularly liked the " rock station " night on Wednesday the 6th and Tina Turner the previous night . Appreciate the little choc gift as well . Overall its a fine place to stay and excellent value for money .

A new soup pot for the dinner area ? ha ha and maybe an additional toaster?. I like the sweets, some apple pie(s) would be great!. . The chips are a tad disappointing.

The hotel staff were really great, very friendly and helpful, the restaurant staff were super efficient, there was plenty of choice of food and drink, The entertainment was very good ,and the cleaning staff very good, the room was spotlessly clean and towels etc were changed frequently. nice swimming pool, though sometimes difficult to get a sun bed. We loved the location, all in all a very relaxing holiday

The building itself both inside and out was very dated and would benefit from a major refurbishment and bringing up to modern day standards, The only other comment is that although the food was good, I was disappointed that there was no bacon available at breakfast. Often difficult to find a car parking space.
