The location is excellent, hence why we return to this hotel. The pools are great and the staff are fantastic. We had a lovely quiet room, just the birds, the breeze and us!

They should provide water and soft drinks for free at dinner. My partner and I don't drink alcohol but only wine and beer are served with dinner. People blocked up the lounges by the pool but were not seen until 4pm. The staff should remove those towels as nobody needs to be away for more than 2 hours (lunch or a dip in the sea).

The hotel is located in the Dunes of Corralejo. Excellent location. Half hour away from the airport by car. The staff was friendly and the all inclusive plan was perfect. The food was great and they have a very big selection. The room was comfortable and with ample space in the closets.

The cleaning staff did not replenish the toiletries and the pillows in the beds are very thin. It makes hard to rest your head on that. Also, we had an issue with our television and told the bellboy to help us fix it with maintenance. They pass the message but no one came to resolve the matter. In the end, we fixed it ourselves.

great location, well maintained hotel, very nice staff. good place to rest and relax without loud music. 90% of the guests are elderly . as it was a trip for my birthday i got a birthday card and a big bottle of champagne from the hotel. Fuerteventura offers a lot of activities that I participated in. Lobos island trip, kitesurfing, buggys it was fantastic, peace and quiet guaranteed which was my goal .

currency conversion when paying at the hotel by card the price of the trip on booking.com was f360 but when i arrived at the hotel i had to pay €403 which was £391 from my bank account.

We loved that there was plenty of choice at all mealtimes. We also enjoyed a meal at the Krystal restaurant for a change. The staff are very helpful and friendly. It is very clean. We changed rooms without feeling that we were making a fuss. We like that it is quiet lying by the pool (no loud music or noisy entertainers). We enjoyed the entertainment in the evening although it was a bit too cold to be outside some evenings (February). The beach is absolutely gorgeous.

We were half board and it would have been better if we could have a jug of water with our evening meal instead of having to buy water. It is available at breakfast. And as usual people do reserve the sunloungers even though they are asked not to, so sometimes finding a sunlounger in a place you like is difficult but there are plenty of them.

Location is great for couples but not young people as there are no bars to walk to - nearest shops and bars are 2 miles away in Corralejo. Hotel is spotless, staff helpful, daily room service, reception staff great, food is good with a great choice every day, entertainment is provided nightly - some are much better than others......, be aware you have to be up early to reserve a sunbed in a decent spot !!!!

A lot of elderly Germans - some were quite arrogant and rude. Sunbeds should not be reserved but they are so beware. You get charged for water with your evening meal which we were not expecting.

Had a previous fantastic stay here in 2016. Returned in 2022. Hotel is immaculate, in a stunning location, food is great; with plenty of choice. The staff here are outstanding, very professional and helpful. They work so hard and deserve so much credit. It angers me to read a number of reviews saying the hotel looks ‘worn’ or ‘dated.’ Yes, it hasn’t been renovated in a number of years; but it is very well maintained throughout. The decor is stunning, a traditional Spanish hotel; full of character! Many modern hotels are characterless! The hotel has so many loyal guests who have returned over the years and that alone speaks volumes! Keep doing what your doing! Thank you for a fabulous stay and holiday!

The only thing I noticed was a number of mosaic tiles missing in both swimming pools.

Location is always to die for. In national park on 2 beaches, one with waves the other more sheltered. Service on the whole is very good and the food good too, although i had noticed a change in the quality and options available. As have many hotels have had to adopt i suspect. Have been to this hotel 4 times and plan to go again. Tennis courts are definitely a bonus!

Nothing, so as always this hotel is worth another visit!

The whole place is very well-maintained, everything was polished to the detail - I couldn't find any scratches or stains anywhere on the walls, furniture, etc. The location was top-notch, right on the best beach in the Corralejo Dunes. There was a supermarket close to the hotel and a conveniently placed bus stop. I had half board, the dinner buffet was full of tasty Spanish dishes and tapas, including fresh seafood. The breakfast buffet was also great, although I'd appreciate a bit more variation from day-to-day.

The water in the swimming pools could've been a bit warmer. Safety locker in the room had to be rented for an extra fee (6EUR/night) - that was a downer.

Location is amazing! lovely helpful personnel. furniture is a bit old but very comfi. Hotel is super clean and restaurants have much varied food. I was a bit afraid about pervious comments re food, but it seems to be not substantiated, it’s more than enough. they have also lactose free and soya milk, you just need to ask. The hotel guests are mostly elderly from Germany and there is no music by swimming pool. but if you are looking for some rest it’s just you need, quiet and peaceful

Breakfast and Dinner buffets were great - excellent variety of choices. Staff was super-friendly, making sure we get seated and served quickly and comfortably. Location of the hotel is unique, with the finest beaches of Fuerteventura at your footsteps.

The hotel is not one of the latest additions to Fuerteventura, so guests who like to stay in the latest & newest better keep searching.
