The hotel was beautifully furnished, two fantastic pool areas and the bedrooms were really comfy and spacious with a lovely balcony looking over pool. The location was great just a 1 minute walk to shops and restaurants and a 10 minute walk to the beach. Breakfast was also really good - lots of variety and space to eat inside or out.

The only thing that let it down slightly is there was limited space to enjoy a drink outside on the terrae next to the bar area.

The staff were exceptional, extremely friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, a quiet side street just off the main strip with all shops, bars and restaurants in walking distance. We traveled with my adult son who uses a wheelchair chair, good access with ramps and a fully accessible bathroom, the hotel also has a pool hoist/chair which wasn’t advertised but we were delighted to discover when we got there.

There was a gaseous smell from the shower drain which was attended to when we notified the maintenance staff, however it did reappear after a day or two and may need a more permanent solution. Other members of our group had a room 2 doors down and had no such issues, so just an isolated problem with this particular room.

Lovely interconnecting comfortable rooms 107 & 108 ground floor overlooking pool . Cleaned every day . Pool heated which meant could used every day . Great selection of buffet food and Italian one night option was great - excellent steak . Service very good in all areas . Location of hotel good , near shops bars and ten minutes to beach . Oscars tapas in square really good for lunch .

Entertainment - nothing on Saturday night . Could have been livelier

I like the varieties of food and the cleanest. I tried some restaurants in the neighborhood were lower quality and un hygienist compared to the Hotel’s food. The swim pool with perfect temperature in December. Location walking distance to some shops, big supermarkets and the to beach.

Paid €8 for water bottles theyve offered during breakfast/lunch on my checked out.I didn’t know thats wasn’t included.

The rooms needs a little tlc as the walls are looking tired in places Don't let poeple hog sunbeds some didn't turn up till 2pm i wanted to throw the towels in pool people can be selfish I don't want to hunt for sunbeds on holiday there should be enough. Really need to be cleaning the bottom of pools as lots of debris

Very Clean and fantastic rooms. The friendly staff were always happy to help and assist.

Food was a little warm at times and not hot. Other guests putting towels on sunbeds then going offsite and returning later in the day. This stops other guests from enjoying the sunbeds. The staff need to throw these towels in the bin when the beds arnt being used.

Hotel was great. Welcome drink on arrival. Hotel rooms were a great size, 2 good size pools. We stayed B&B, the breakfast was your typical hot & cold buffet. Food was very nice. Hotels has a fantastic location, it’s a couple of minutes from the Main Street. Would definitely stay again.

There was no atmosphere around the pools. Even some background music would have helped. The bathroom was a wet room so it meant the floor was soaked after a shower which is a little annoying but not enough to put us off staying again.

Fab hotel, the staff were all friendly and extremely helpful. The place was spotless, gardens, pools, restaurants, rooms, were all cleaned daily. Location is great too Beds are very comfie but some found them hard, you could request a mattress topper if used to something softer!

Although the bar was only busy a couple of hours each night after dinner there wasn't enough seats in the bar or entertainment area

A little too expensive and not really of mixed age during my stay (guests were mostly 65yrs +). Rarely seating available in the evenings at the hotel bar or in the outside terrace.

no consistency with staff, each member seemed to have their own set of rules so restaurant rules changed daily. bothered me at first by end of stay just smiled and said ok food was not to my taste poor quality and although I would stay here again I wouldn’t do AI
