I love the location , I’ve stayed here numerous times over the years. It’s basic accommodation , and has all the amenities of a 5 star . The staff are very friendly . The property is clean and very well ran

The cleaners only call once a week , you can pay extra but sure if you were at home you’d have to clean up after yourself 😀 .

Rooms were cleaned and towels changed only once in twelve nights. I thought this really wasn't good enough for the price we paid.

Location was perfect, facing over the beautiful blue sea looking on to Lanzarote, apartment was lovely, clean and we had everything we needed for a perfect holiday, cleaned regularly and nice clean towels twice during our week's stay, lovely complex with beautiful pool areas and a pool bar where prices were very reasonable, daytime entertainment too, food was amazing too, night time entertainment in indoor bar and lounge, lovely wee shop inside too for everything you need, very friendly staff in all areas. Would highly recommend and would definitely return

Late check in, although it was fine for us as we didn't arrive until 7.30pm, but with check in being at 5pm, it's not so good if we had been on an earlier flight

Sometimes the behavior of some people (British of course!) around the pool bar, especially after they had obviously had a few to drink, e.g. loud and foul language, one man seemed to think that he had to "entertain" everyone else. These people should be refused further service of alcohol and asked to leave, or told to quieten down, fortunately no children were present. Last Sunday night 3/03/24 in the bar karioki, one man was obviously drunk dancing to the music, and making obscene language and gestures, Yet another example of how some British tourists behave. I left. The DJ in charge of the karioki should have tactfully intervened instead of laughing along with it. Well, You asked for my comments!

They gave me a double bed at request and it was so comfy! The balcony was massive. Staff absolutely lovely and the pool was really nice. There is a shop on site that sells fresh bread every morning! the location was pretty good with the music square being 15 mins walk away & the same with the harbour. Bar staff were always jolly and the food at pool bar was really nice! the karaoke bar was lots of fun. 100% would stay here again as it was such good value for money!

€15 PER HOUR to keep room on if late flight, seems on the steep side considering the most I’ve paid for 4 hours was £30. Kitchen facilities were basic but we didn’t mind that although an oven would have been handy.

Location, we've stated before this nights stay this was an emergency caused by error with booking.com booking system! I booked a villa arriving what I thought was 02/01/24 then turns out was 2025! Made an emergency booking again to another villa we'd been before after entering the dates & confirming that booking turned out to be again for 2025! Luckily we got refunded! Booking.com need to change the mobile site & include years why would I book for 2025 otherwise? Needs to be clearer from the get go. Anyway thankfully Bristol Playa was available, £95 room rate should've included breaky tho

Decent room with balcony and sea views. Very well laid out relaxation areas with several pools. Poolside bar with friendly staff, cheap drinks and good quality snacks and lunches. There is a good restaurant with excellent food and friendly professional staff. All you need for a very enjoyable holiday. We have stayed here on four different occasions and we like the location at the quieter end of town, the relaxing pool area and the friendly staff and service.

While rooms are comfortable, some of the decor can feel a little tired. We thought the mattress was quite hard. There is another bar close to reception which is popular with loud music and karaoke.... Not our thing but lots of people seem to love it.

Having stayed here many times we are obviously very pleased with the location, the pool area, the staff and facilities.

We stayed for one week and we’re told on arrival that our room would not be cleaned, towels would not be changed and beds would not be made up or bedding changed which we found was unacceptable, especially in these times when cleanliness is paramount to avoid spreading of germs and viruses. We actually had a slight problem with ants which we advised at reception who immediately sent the cleaning staff out and our room was actually cleaned and towels and bedding were changed. We actually ran out of toilet paper because of the lack of room cleaning. Having said all this we will still return to the hotel as we have grown to love staying here over the years. We are booked to return in September this year and will be booking for December this year too.

We have stayed here many time and always enjoy coming back with our riders. The hotel feels very comfortable to us and the price fair and the location is excellent as we often travel to the ferry terminal to ride on Lanzarote for the day. We know what we are getting with this hotel.

A little disappointed they don't do breakfast anymore although there is a little café on route to the port so not a show stopper for us. again for us the location is not an issue normally but our last visit we had a guy with some mobility issues and the steps and the distance from town was an issue for him.

The apartment was a budget book for a short break. Read all the reviews so was aware of all the good & bad points. We used it as a base for touring the island & for the price was not disappointed with anything. Staff at reception, & throughout the complex, were always pleasant & professional. The apartment was on the ground floor with one bedroom & a sea view, it was clean & appropriately furnished/equipped for this property standard. Plenty of towels & complimentary toiletries, room safe & plenty of wardrobe storage.. TV in bedroom & lounge. Very quiet location although the sound of people enjoying themselves in the bar/restaurant area went on till 23.30 but hey your on holiday at a communal complex. There was an issue with the bathroom sink being slow to drain. However, despite being gone 200hrs, within 10 minutes of reporting it to reception a staff member came & fixed the problem. We never had an issue parking close to the complex which is situated on a small sea front cul-de-sac which is used by another small complex nearby. It is a 15 minute leisurely walk along the beach front through the Port into the town, or just under 10 minutes quick walk through the streets into the main street. Plenty of shops & restaurants close to the complex without having to walk to the strip. Great shop in the complex with a good variety of stock. There is a restaurant in the reception area but we never used it, the menu was good & reasonably priced. Aside from the swimming pool there was a small gym for a bit of fitness. Usual options within the complex to book tours/attractions, bikes etc. As advertised there is not room service as standard, you can purchase a package that includes the service if you wish Ours was only a short break & there was a mop/brush in the apartment to give things a quick tidy up.

We did not find anything that we didn't like, for the price this is a great complex.
