super super super staff !! absolutely lovely family resort , close to town and other areas . perfect simply perfect. without doubt the best we have stayed in for service . standard of rooms average. what you see is what you get . BUT exceptionally clean and grounds well maintained , small but perfectly formed.

nothing . it was just what we wanted . no “children’s club” to really speak off , however we went on Feb half term maybe too early in the year and not really our thing . children where more than happy with the lovely heated pool and facilities wasn’t needed for us .

The hotel is exceptionally clean, with quality linens and very friendly staff. The restaurant offered varied and tasty food with something for everyone. The staff are lovely, always smiling and happy to help you. The hotel had plenty of parking outside, and was about a 20 minute walk to the beautiful Corralejo Dunas Beach.

Our room faced the adults pool which could be a little noisy at times during the day. The hotel is also a 20 minute walk from the main high street which is where the shops and bars are.

The hotel and facilities were spotlessly clean. The staff went out of their way to make the holiday as good as it could be. The accomodation was really good, the pool was superb and there was a good variety of food at each meal.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. The gym was well equipped but could have been maintained better.

Loved this place will definitely be back again! Apartment was lovely & Clean with daily cleaning. staff were all lovely and happy food was good, always found something to eat pool was lovely. snack bar was great, sun beds comfy. great shop about €4 in a taxi into town. didn’t see evening entertainment as we went out most nights

All the staff were fantastic from Reception through restaurant, gardening, housekeeping and Reservations - the food was delicious and always hot. Loved the theme nights and great service. Pool Bar was really good too with a good choice of cocktails. Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and NYE menus had had a lot of work put into them with lots of extra touches - loved the seafood (clams, smoked salmon , mussels) May we say a special thank you to Rojelio and the office team (Miguel and Eugenio) for really looking after us during the 6 days we had to quarantine - meant A LOT

Balcony was in the shade all day, not a problem most of the stay because we like to walk into town, use the pool area or beach but sadly we were quarantined for 6 days so was rather cold

We loved the friendly and helpful staff nothing was too much bother, the food was very similar most days, but always fresh and full of flavour, there was always fresh vegetables, salad and fruit to choose from, its a Mediterranean diet, very healthy we loved it. They go out of there way to keep you entertained during the day they have competitions and have a show on at night, the pool is small but freezing so never busy! The AI local drinks are ok you can pay for the real stuff if you want a treat.

The only down side was that the beds were a bit hard but I suppose they have to cater for all sizes!! You also had to be up sharp to claim a sunbed with your towel, sometimes 8am was too late!!

Stayed with my friends, we had room.close to pool so it was great to access quickly if needed to get something, pool was nice, good size. Over all a good stay. Big shoutout to a lovely friendly Ana who was behind the bar, she was very helpful 👌

Hotel it self was nice I personally was disappointed by access to the beach, taxi drive or a long walk

What a fabulous place to stay. Everything was so good but I have to say the cleanliness of the apartments were second to none.

The evening entertainment could be better but it would be hard for the hotel to do better as this is the same for all “all-inclusive” accommodation

Friendly staff, nice facilities, beautiful pools. We were 6 people and stayed in adjacent rooms, great for big families

It was a shame that the restaurant was closed

Exceptional pools for children - our 3 year old was super happy about and didn't want to leave. Very children friendly. Opening hours 10-18 which was OK after all. All pools had salty water. Room was super spacious and clean, cleaned pretty much every day I think. Kitchen had all it needed (except bowls for cereals). We were super happy with it. Supermarket Hiperdino (with fresh fish&sea food) together with Campanario market with many coffee shops / bakery was very close - about 5min walk, easy. Great market on Sunday 10-14!! Go visit for sure. The 25min in the centre was enjoyable, beautiful houses and palm trees all around. Lots of free sunbeds and umbrellas. GREAT WIFI in our room. Didn't expect that because on Booking it didn't say anything about Wifi. Wifi worked everywhere (by the pool / room / terrace etc).. exceptional - I saw many people working everywhere, same as us. AIRCON worked amazing!!!! Very quick, efficient, silent. Perfect.

Poor food choice at the snack bar Far away from the centre by walk but we actually spent a lot of time at the resort which I didn't expect - and we loved it. Also you can use the electronic scooters which were usually parked in front of the entrance. Our bedroom was facing the big road so we could hear cars sometimes. But it was OK as the aircon worked amazing.
