The food at Hotel Beatriz is exceptional. 10/10

The music outside is much too loud. It starts at 10 in the morning and continues till the early evening.

I don't normally go all inclusive when travelling solo but I couldn't book my original choice of apartments for my full stay so had to book a different place for my last night, the night here was only about 20 euros more than a self catering apartment. So I booked it. I'm happy that I did, this is a good hotel. I didn't have the breakfast but the lunch and dinner were good with a decent choice. The pool are was huge and very nice. All the staff I encountered were very friendly and happy to help. The room I stayed in was a decent size with a great bathrrom and comfortable bed, yes it's a little old fashioned to have carpets in the rooms but I liked it.

English channels on the TV would be nice. The wifi didn't seem to reach my room

Huge airy hotel with all rooms angled towards the pools and distant sea. Every room balcony gets the sun for the majority of the day, morning till dusk. The three glass elevators really make traveling to and from the rooms a joy. The pools are huge and there is plenty of space for lounging in the sun. The breakfast is good and the evening meals even better. On my four nights I enjoyed steak, lamb chops, chicken, pork a different selection of two soups per night and some rather appetising desserts.

The heated pool needs the bottom resurfacing which has been done well in the huge non heated pool. The evening meal does not come with a non alcoholic beverage if you are half board. Also when dining alone the staff like to point this out to you each night by asking "Are you dining alone?" They then proceed clear away the glass and cutlery of your imaginary friend!

Staff and Service first class. Very good food without being exceptional - plenty of choice including freshly baked bread and a good range of fruit. All Inclusive great value but only local spirits available. Spa included in All Inclusive which saves €12 per day per person. Hire Cars available on site and reasonably priced. Taxis excellent but may be more stretched in spring/ summer?? Overall very good value.

Hotel a little tired with Spa providing great variety but needing work to make first class. only one heated outdoor pool which could have been a couple of degrees warmer. Staff say local shops/beach 10 minutes walk away - more like 15 and 20 uphill on way home.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The inside interier was beautiful. The restaurant was perfect with a big variety of delicious food, even our daughter, who is very picky, each time had the meals to choose from. Free water for dinner also was a plus. The room was large with a big balcony to spend romantic evenings at. The gym is quite small, but it was enough for us. We were surprised by evening professional shows and animation team. The biggest compliments go for the hotel service - starting with reception and ending with a restaurant - all stuff was very nice, friendly and helpful. The location was excellent as we travelled around by car and free hotel parking was perfect for our stay. We strongly reccomend the hotel. For sure it's a perfect 4 star hotel.

We liked everything. Just keep in mind that the spa center is only for 14-year and older visitors.

The outdoor heated swimming pool- divine. The indoor spa and all it had to offer. The real choice everyday in the restaurant. The perfect peace and perfect quite - after we got away from the music section. The Animation Team were the best and also the fact that classes started at 11. 00 a m . just perfect for me. The marvellous book which I found in the Library. Thank you to whomsoever donated Nine Perfect Strangers.

I would have like a taxi outside the door. But reception always got one in 5 minutes which was a help.

We had an amazing stay breakfast was lovely lots of options and the same for lunch and dinner. They were very accommodating even if you couldn’t find something on the buffet they would accommodate. Entertainment staff were the best part of the holiday my 4 year old had an amazing time we stayed in august and October and both were so good we have booked to come in April already,

The only let down I found was firstly the lifeguard. There were rules for no inflatables around the pool which would be fine if they were stuck to. I witnessed a family being told their 18 month old couldn’t use its swimming aid rubber ring as no inflatables. It was the smallest one yet there were 2 other families who had older children around 5 or 6 and they had rubber rings and weren’t told anything. They were Spanish families and we noticed as the holiday proceeded if they were Spanish it seemed to be unseen but anyone else got pulled aside for it which was slightly unfair. The damage in the bottom of the main pool is also quite dangerous if it doesn’t get repaired it will prevent us from coming again unfortunately however we will see how it goes in April.

I loved the spa and the pool areas as there were always enough sunbeds to go around no matter what time of the day you arrive. The staff was excellent and so friendly to deal with. The rooms were spacious and the bathroom was large and cleaned on a daily basis. The food in the restaurant was excellent and there was something to everyone's taste. We were in a group of 21 with children and had a brilliant time.

The pool area needs a little attention as there are a lot of loose tiles and bumps on the walking areas that you could easily trip over. I saw that this was getting attended to when we were there so maybe on my next visit it will be all done.

Check in was a smooth affair a few minutes at most, keys (2)were supplied also a smart key for the Safe €3.00 a day. The room was spotlessly clean and tidy towels changed every day. The Swimming Pools are large sized plus a large children's pool. There is a Bar and Buffet area out near pool area. Lots of sun loungers, plenty to go around starts to get busy after 9.30am. Breakfast and dinner are served in the large inside restaurant. The poolside cafeteria is good for snacks and drinks during the day. I recommend everyone to go for the fully inclusive option. food and drinks to cater for all tastes. The drinks are the main brands you have at home. Entertainment was different every night.

No bus into town, Seating fills up fast for evening entertainment get in early Cleaning staff can show up at anytime.

The room was great. Every room is spacious and has a private balcony with pool / coastal views. The value was exceptional, especially with all-inclusive food and drink all day every day. The pool was really nice if you can use it on days that aren't windy. Fills up quick though. People like to reserve lounge chairs all day so you need to get out early.

In the pre-season when we visited (late April) it was very quiet and there was zero entertainment provided in the hotel at night. There was kids entertainment at 8 till 10, but this is really not suitable for anyone who doesn't have children. The place really was dead every night. Bars were empty, there wasn't really any music. There was a guy playing the piano in the lobby for an hour around 7pm and a guy played the sax one night to an empty bar, but that was it.
