The hotel was quite basic but extremely clean.we enjoyed our stay using the partner hotel siesta mars facilities.pool bar etc.All the staff were exceptionally friendly and couldn't do enough for us

The hotel room does need some modernisation and a little bit more luxury would go a long way.this would include maybe glasses in the room instead of plastic.newer towels and availability of English channels.also not being put next to the laundry room where the machines were spinning very early in the morning. We only had a week so just settled in without asking to be moved.i think we got what we paid for understandably.

Since our last stay the rooms have been renovated and are of a very good standard. The rooms are cleaned 6 days a week and are spotless. The location of the Sa Paissa is perfect being situated in the centre of the village close to shops, restaurants and entertainment.

The room doesn't have a kettle, which we were aware of before arriving, so brought our own and some instant tea but i would prefer this facility to be available.

Absolutely spotlessly clean, cannot fault staff, very friendly and helpful.

The only problem we found was there is no fridge in the room so there is nothing to keep a bottle of water cool if you need a drink during the night. The only other thing that bothered us was around the pool there are only 6 sunbeds and the people who are on the ground floor seem to believe they have first refusal by putting towels on them early each morning, this is unacceptable and the management should stop this happening or provide more sunbeds to keep everyone happy as not everyone likes to go to the beach and as a party of 4 adults we had no choice as you couldn't sit on a plastic chair all day waiting for one of the 6 available to become free.

The cleaning lady was absolutely amazing as all of the staff were. The hotel and apartments are located in the very centre of everything, there are four shop nearby and countless restaurants.

Breakfast was as expensive as it gets, pools close at 7pm in the evening, my partner could not pronouce the name of the hotel.

Breakfast is fantastic plenty of choice for everyone, the staff at breakfast are so attentive. Room was clean but small., however we knew that before booking.

Nothing really, the only down side was there was a stag do there at the same time, being woke up at 4am isn’t good, however that was closed down very quickly buy the local police, it only happened once.

Stayed here for one night while walking the Cami de Cavalls. We've stayed at Sa Paissa before, but the hotel is being renovated and they put us in the apartments next door - we weren't expecting this for the price and had a complete apartment with terrace to ourselves. All perfectly equipped with a good kitchen, bathroom etc and separate bedroom. We've a fondness for Cala en Porter; It's not the prettiest of resorts but the convenience of it all is perfect. We ate opposite at The Samoa, which looked OK from the outside but the food was absolutely excellent. Breakfast was served at the Sa Paissa restaurant, and it's only open to residents in the morning. We had a full English with proper bacon, orange juice and loads of coffee for about 7 Euros. Supermarket directly opposite selling everything, plus bars etc close by. A delight. The Cami runs though the centre of Cala en Porter but I would urge anyone to follow it in either direction - the countryside is spectacular. Lovely staff and a great stay

We came in October so resort quite quiet which suited us. Lots of bars and restaurants. Great live music at the hotel. Amazing helpful staff, couldn’t fault it.

I’m sure in high season it would be noisy but lovely and quiet while we were here.

I have been staying at the Sa Paissa for over 20 years. It's just a relaxing place to stay. Nice and central in the resort of cala n porter.

How booking .com hiked the initial price of £730 to over £900. With the threat of book now only two rooms left.

We thought there was nightly entertainment, but it's only on Monday and Thursday two excellent shows

I've stayed here for a week in July and had a great stay overall! It really deserves to be 3-star facility in my opinion. Staff is very friendly, rooms are recently refurbished/renewed & regularly cleaned and breakfast is quite good.
