There was a 2 swimming pools and a nice view on the sea. The stay was not expensive in regard of quality price. The location is ok and it is not too far from the city center and it is well connected

17 euros to be paid extra as a city tax. The hotel is a huge block that is not very charming. The room had a view on the sea but the terrasse was small

Such a lovely and clean hotel with good facilities. Located near the harbour of Palma. 5 min walk from the hotel is a shopping centre and terrace with nice restaurants. Castle Bellver is a 20min walk and a walk to Palma city is about 45min. Public transport is very good. Lots of buses, easy to get to town. Daily cleaning and fresh towels if you wish.

The hotel is on a hill. So it requirers some excersise to get there. (Steps or walking up hill). It was ok for us, but not good for people with limited mobility. The room was a bit strange. There wasn't really a proper bathroom. The sink and shower were in the actual room where the beds are, and the shower also had a glass window, not private enough. However balcony is nice and great views!

when we booked to stay here for 3 nights it was roughly a 1/3 of the average price to stay in Palma… so expectations were low, but it exceeded expectations in terms of facilities with a nice pool and terrace area, simple and cheap bar and the staff were all really helpful. Also appreciated the vending machines when looking for cold bottled water in the early morning as there aren’t many shops near by.

If you’re wanting a weekend in Palma this hotel is a fair walk, about 30 -40 mins from the centre and doesn’t really have much in the direct vicinity. But taxis to the city were about 7 euro and the front desk staff helped call them. I believe there is a bus also. So still a cheaper option than staying centrally. Wasn’t too much of an issue as we’d planned in advance for this.

The pool and outdoor area were absolutely fantastic, and offered wonderful views of the port. The staff at the pool bar area were also incredibly accommodating and much friendlier than others encountered.

Quite difficult to access by foot - you have to go down some dodgy, narrow roads and lots of hidden steps to get down to the main harbour. From there it is about a 40 minute walk to the main town. We also did not get a balcony as advertised, we simply had a metal bar right outside our window.

The hotel was really good, we chose it for the “extra” as they have a beautiful swimming pool with an outdoor space. The double room is very very big for two people. Would definitely recommend

Definitely the breakfast wasn’t amazing. They charge 10€ a day if you want to have breakfast in the hotel, we tried it for one day and it’s not as great as I thought it would have been. There’s a wide variety of food from savoury to sweet, but unfortunately the quality of it wasn’t that good.

Great view, I had a room with sea view and it was great decision! I had my personal terrace)) Good choice for the breakfast. In addition I had dinner in the hotel 2 times and have to admit - it is real value for money. You will not find a dinner for 15 Euro outside the hotel, if it is not Mc Donalds)) There is a small shop in front of the hotel.

Location is far from the center and main sightseeings. It is ok for me, but people should take it onto account. There is a bus station near the hotel, taxi costs 8-10 Euro from the center.

This hotel has a lovely pool area, the pool itself is large has disabled access and a chair that can be lowered into the pool. The pool also has a built in jacuzzi. The bedrooms are basic but they are very clean. They could do with upgrading the soap Kimberley Clarke reminds me of public toilets. The staff are helpful and the pool bar does god bar snacks and cocktails.

The soap dispenser a should be upgraded to something better.

The panoramic views from the terraces. Many different sitting areas to relax. The pool was a welcome bonus. The staff were very friendly and helpful; the choice at meal times was delicious.

The hotel itself couldn't really be faulted and the elevated position gives amazing views of Palma. The down side of the hotel's position means a longer walk into town, negotiating a steep flight of 10,0 or more steps.

The room overlooking the harbour with amazing views, big room huge balcony with full sun. Just outside palma but cheapvtaxi to old or new town. Staff on reception exceptional service. Lost iPhone at airport, they went above and beyond to track it and get taxi to bring to hotel. Fantastic work. Queue at reception but manager gave us personal service to avoid us missing our flight. Clean spacious room. Location fab Will definitely stay again.

The breakfast wasn't worth the money. Paid cash, took 45 mins to get a coffee with broken machines, staff just smiled and nodded when concerns raised notvrealnhelp or assistance. They need more staff on duty at breakfast time.

The swimming pool gave an alternative relaxing aspect to our visit. Customer service was exceptional. Special thanks to the chef and the lady front of house at the pool bar for our excellent lunches

Good location on the bus route into Palma. Taxi’s reasonably priced to and from Palma centre. Taxi drivers less amenable to going further out of town eg for wedding venue.
