Staff were brilliant and couldnt be more helpful, views very good. Great value for money with gym and pool.

A few large hen parties were there at the same time, which did dominate the pool area. But that's maybe to be expected with the price and location. It is a small walk to the water and not directly overlooking.

There was an amazing view from the balcony and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was very helpful.

We had ants in the bathroom.

The hotel bar, terrace, and pool area are really nice. The staff are wonderful, very friendly and accommodating! The free funicular to get down to the bus stop from the hotel is very convenient, and easy to get into town centre taking the local bus for €2 or walk 50 minutes. And just a 20 minute journey in the opposite direction to Cala Major, a really lovely beach.

We stayed in a triple room, there was plenty of space in the room, but not really enough places to put our things. A few extra hooks on the wall, and maybe an extra table would be great. Also only 2 accessible plugs (1 behind the TV and one in the wall) not quite enough for 3 people. Final point is the walls are not very well insulated, you can hear people slamming their room doors, talking in the corridor, knocking on doors. We did wake up several times each night from noise.

our room was on zero floor not much view (but isn't a turn off for us). the balcony had a little area where flower can planted and create a nicr vibe. unfortunately was just dry soil and some little root. some towels had staines on them (some guests in the past didn't care at all about them) cleaning services did the best to wash them, you can smell them fresh clean but the one with staines should be out of service. big problem if youbare a light sleeper unfortunately you will hear every door opening and closing around your room. in my opinion this is a hig problem hotel should invest and put soft door closing, otherwise wise middle of the night and very early in the morning you will weak up

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The evenings spent in the restaurant were truly unforgettable. Good breakfast, but a little expensive. Well sized rooms and facilities, the rooms were a bit warm. Night service were very helpful and kind. Location of hotel is very good, easy transport to central Palma. Pool was a good temperature.

Mostly good staff (night staff), but day staff from reception occasionally a bit rude. Service in the bar were inattentive and somewhat rude. Our bathroom locked from the outside, and it took some time to get fixed but after an hour it was fixed. The pool was dirty at times, but it couldn’t be seen from the surface.

Breakfast was exceptional, really :) The staff in the restaurant is extremely friendly and accommodating, we especially liked Cremena, she is very nice and accommodating, we always talked about Palma for a long time great hotel, good and accessible location, the bus stop is close but you can also walk to the center, it took us less than half an hour...Each room has a balcony with a nice view, the beds are comfortable and we slept well. The breakfast is really phenomenal. The staff is very friendly and nice, they always gave us extensive information about everything we asked them, for example what to visit on the island and the like...great hotel!

The staff was very friendly, especially Cristina (the manager). They were very helpful with all our questions and allowed us to use the facilities before, since we arrived before our check-in time.

The hotel does not include parking, and you have to pay extra to use it. At the end we managed to find parking outside the hotel for free, but is quite a challenge every day. The hotel is very close to the beach but a bit far from the city center, at the end we didn't use the beach there but rather travel to other beaches, so it would've been nicer to be right next to the town as it offer more things to do after a long day of traveling around.

Breakfast was excellent. Great choice, fresh, tasty food and fresh orange juice every morning. 10/10 Staff were great. It was my mum’s birthday on the day we arrived and they wished her happy birthday at reception on arrival and had prepared a birthday cake for her which they left in her room - very thoughtful and much appreciated. Wheelchair access was very good apart from the outdoor pool to reception floor. The staff let us use the restaurant door to overcome this. Great location - beautiful views over the marina and regular bus service just outside the hotel into the centre of palma (bus number 4 and 20). Overall we had a really enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend.

The shower temperature didn’t remain constant in one of the rooms. More coffee and milk in the rooms would be good.
