Main Acces door blocked during our visit, limited bar service, limited pool hours due to extreme hot notwhistanding gubernamental mandate to extend until 12:00 am the use of pools

The staff were great very helpful. The bed in the room would easily rate a 9 we had great sleep the whole of our stay and the location was good. 5min walk to beach Many thanks Will be recommending

We couldnt smoke around the pool area or 100 euro fine. I do respect this for the children just a little in-convenient when ur drunk and have to walk LOL was still a great stay though and would still recommend

Quiet hotel situated in a residential area with a lovely pool. Staff were very helpful and friendly. It was very clean and room was lovely and cool (air conditioned) during a very hot August. We felt very relaxed during our stay. Some great little restaurants very close by too which was a bonus and Palma Town was just a 15 min drive away & cost €15 by taxi. The cost of the hotel was quite pricey but in line with other hotels in the area.

The hotel is located up a steep hill which may be difficult for some people, especially in the heat, but it didn’t affect us. There is a building site next to the hotel but quite frankly this didn’t affect our stay.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and of high quality. A lovely pool. Opportunity to buy drinks and/or lunch at the hotel poolside. Nice room with balcony and super views. Room tidied every day with fresh towels if needed. Location good. A regular number 4 bus into the centre of Palma. There were tea and coffee facilities in the lounge, although unfortunately we didn’t notice this until leaving on our last day! There is a hotel or apartments being built next door but this really didn’t disturb us. During our stay, they worked sociable hours and any noise was at a minimum and very intermittent. The hotel is in a relatively busy area, so we didn’t find there was any noise from this development that much exceeded what would be normal for such a location.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. We just wish we had spotted the free tea and coffee before we left! Perhaps it could have been highlighted to us on our arrival or a sign put up.

The hotel is new, very clean and well maintained. Staff was the best, very professional, helpful and always smiling. The breakfast was amazing, diversified and delicious. Location is close to many restaurants and pretty close to the beach. Overall great experience and surely the most professional and helpful staff we've ever come across.

Rooms were a little bit small but that was not a problem. Also the construction site nearby was not a problem at all, not noisy or anything else but the visual aspect. Nothing bad to say about this hotel, everything was great.

Location was brilliant ,lovely beach near buy ,some shops and restorants👌 Hotel is nice and modern enough ,would comeback to stay there ,staf friendly . Breakfast was nice too ,we didn't book with breakfast but ended up having breakfast every morning 👌

Room for 3 adults a bit small ,we did told that to the reception, and we where offered to look at different room but that was mid day ,we didn't want to waist time as only staying for the weekend so we stuck in smaller room ,overall was all good .

The staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed them. The view from the room was lovely, we were lucky enough to have a corner room so could see the sea. Relaxed feeling in the hotel which was nice too.

The bathroom needed improvement, it was very small. When opening the bathroom door it closed off bathroom meaning it was hard to get to the bath or the toilet and the bathroom seemed a little dirty in places (the grout around the bath and shower) The floor seemed to have a lot of sand/grit on it to say it had been cleaned before our arrival. The location wasn’t the best but this is typical Palma so not really the hotels fault. You can pay for parking but we chose not to as we hoped to park on the street but this was difficult due to the location.

We had an excellent stay. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Breakfast was really good with lots of options. Location is about 15min by bus(No.4) to Palma Old town. Bus stop was close by, about 2min walk. Cala Major beach was about 5min walk, with a lovely vegan restaurant Avacado close by. There was some construction work going around, but that didn't bother us much since we were out most of the day time.

Staff was very friendly, girls at the reception Tessa and Marta are very nice and helpful. Room was nice and clean. It's near the beach and bus station, there are shops and restaurants around, everything is few minutes walking...

Only the room could be a bit bigger, there is not much space to open and keep our luggage. Fridge was not cooling properly, drinks that I kept inside were not cold at all and I really need cold water and drinks, since outside was very hot. It's a bit expensive, but all Palma is expensive anyway...
