The location is comfortable, 5 min from Porto Pi and from there you can go almost everywhere, there is 46-47 buses that stops in front of the hotel. The pool is clean and relaxing, maybe I would add an another big beach umbrella. They cleaned our room every day. The breakfast was good because you have a little bit of everything. The staff is really friendly and helpful.

The hotel suggested to use a tour agency and we booked an excursion with this Lmon tour, awful experience.

Definitely the part that I loved the most was pool. Small but for the amount of people checked in the hotel for most of the time the pool was empty which was cool. The location was okay, 15 minutes by walk to get to restaurant, 10mins to get to the Porto Pi shopping mall but prepare yourself to climb up and down. The rooms are nice with Air conditioner.

Breakfast. When I saw the description of the place it said “complementary express breakfast” which were coffee from the machine that you could drink only untill 9:30 some cookies and oranges. So yeah that was really disappointing to stay and have only some cookies. And the WiFi is actually not working when you are far from the reception. And the not working restaurant.

We had a beautiful big room with outside space (perfect to dry towels and swimwear from the beach). Parking was provided by which saved a lot of hassle. There was a small breakfast of a muffin and bit of fruit and some fruit juice. Not huge, but adequate for us. Staff were nice and friendly and the place was spotless. A great place to eat close by is California Cafeteria. It’s only about 5 min walk and excellent.

You will need a car for this hotel, the bus does come past every half an hour or so but to see the beaches you’ll need a car. There are some car spaces at the back but some are blocked by lampposts etc. What frustrated us was scooters taking up one whole car park when they could easily park in the parks that can’t be accessed by car. I would recommend the hotel assign scooter only parks.

Lovely big room with a great balcony view of the castle (which I think was an upgrade because we did not book a room with a view). Such a comfortable bed with soft and hard pillows to choose from. Minifridge with a wine opener came very handy as there are very few restaurants nearby, so we just went to the grocery store for one of our dinners. Lovely staff who spoke perfect English, they even had a little Valentine's day welcome card personalised for us. The room was tidied every day by the cleaners which was great. Great selection and quality at breakfast, we didn't even have lunch on most days because we were so full. The pool looked gorgeous, although we were there in February so it was a bit too cold to swim, but great for lounging or for when it is warmer. Great value for money, especially with the booking discount and it being cheaper on weekdays.

The location is quite far from Palma, but that was no surprise. We did not have a car, so sometimes walked, and sometimes took the bus ( which is right outside the hotel to incredibly convenient. This was not a negative for us as the walk in the marina is lovely and we definitely prefer the cheaper price tag than the more central hotels. On the first day, the cleaners forgot to finish their cleaning and there was a neat pile of crumbs and hair in the middle of the room, but we just quickly asked reception and they took care of it straight away.

Room is large, well equipped and nicely decorated. Large kingsize bed with multiple pillows (soft and firm to your preference). Water in fridge, dental kit, sleeping kit, shoe care kit, etc. High quality bed linen and towels.

1. Hotel is located on the hill - not an easy footpath access. A little bit far from the city centre - need to take a taxi, a bus (every 10 mins, no cards accepted) or walk on foot circa 30 mins. 2. Internet WiFi was slow and unstable. 3. Reception desk charges your first night stay and refunds it immediately after booking to validate a card. My card provider has suspected fraud and immediately frozen the card :(

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, the gym and pool area were well maintained and pleasant to use and the staff were very friendly, helpful and accomodating. The restaurant was closed for lunches and dinners during our stay, but the breakfast was very good.

Maintenance in some areas, I.e. leaking shower etc. could jave been better, but didn't spoil our stay.

USB port in the room would have been very helpful. We forgot travel adaptors so had to borrow one. We used the app 'city mapper' every day so needed to keep our phones charged up. We could charge them up in reception but obviously this wasn't practical when we were constantly on the go each day.

This was a good experience. The room was clean, air conditioned, and had a balcony with an outdoor table and chairs. The hotel had its own parking lot where we parked our rental car. The reception was open 24/7. Other facilities included a swimming pool, a gym, and breakfast area.

The air conditioner had only had one speed setting, and it was a bit noisy. The breakfast could be better.

I had the best time in Palma and really enjoyed my stay at Hesperia Employees were lovely and friendly Room was lovely and comfortable Very helpful when you needed advise, assistance Breakfast was well laid and out and all you could want Lovely pool and great fitness facility Nice relaxed area to stay. Quiet at night Bus just across the road which brings you to the city centre and also opposite direction to joan miros studios which is a must to see. Would definitely come back and stay again when in Palma Thank you for making the stay an enjoyable one

The place is clean and affordable, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The location is accessible by bus, it's on walking distance to Porto Pí, an area of recreation and clubs by the sea. The view to Bellver is great.

The place is located half way up a mountain between two residential areas. Therefore, the bus runs only until the early evening. The bathroom is furnished with old equipment, namely a bathtub with little friction, noisy steam extraction and a cheap ineffective hairdryer.
