This is one of my favourite hotels in Palma, yes it’s a little way out but it’s cheaper and quieter than in the centre of Palma. The rooms are very large with two single beds and a small table and two arm chairs. The bathroom is l great with a large walk in shower. All rooms look over the pool with great views in the distance. The rooms have air conditioning and central heating so great all year round. All the staff are brilliant, professional, friendly and helpful.

Nothing to dislike.

We really liked the pool (there was a lifeguard, too). The breakfast was amazing. Big buffet of many options. They offered us a breakfast option for our early check-out (we had to leave at around 3.25 in the morning), which was very nice. Free parking on the street in front of the building, but if there are no spots, the hotel has a parking lot where you can stay for 10€/night (prior reservation is recommended). The room was really big, comfortable and the bathroom was very stylish. A big shopping centre nearby and lots of beaches.

The location is a bit far for walking from the centre (we walked for around 30-40 min). The whole main harbour road was under construction during our visit, so getting there by car meant taking side roads.

Very kind people at the reception desk. Solve questions and issues very quickly. Very polite, it was pleasure to talk to them. Clean good light rooms with a balcony. Breakfast are wonderful)) 😁 very pleased. Woman that asked our room number during the breakfast was so sweet 🥰 in general all people working there were very kind. It makes a difference! Location is fine in general too. It's not exactly in the center of the city, but there are two bus stops not far from the hotel. You can easily get to the place you want

You cannot take anything to the swimming pool area... And it's a rule of the hotel.. We had a situation: we ordered coffee at the bar and took it near the pool area. Before that we were in the city, and bought some local bun, our friend took it out and wanted to try, the wonam from the bar came up to us explaining we cannot try it here... Well, it was not very pleasant situation, one person just had to go to the room to eat it there 🤷‍♀️ while we were finishing our coffee

I could not fault anything. I found all the staff polite, helpful and friendly. The room & bathroom was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was an excellent value buffet, variety of foods very good & replenished. The location very quiet and well situated for the cruise terminal (short taxi ride). Would definitely recommend BQ Augusta.

The location was great and the neighborhood is very quiet. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Loved having a balcony and the bed was quite comfortable.

Beds were two singles put together to make a double, so there would sometimes be a gap in between the beds. The bathroom door was squeaky and the toilet made a constant dripping noise.

The staff were so friendly and helpful from everyone we met at reception to the breakfast and bar staff. SERVICE WAS 5 STAR .Even when they were busy they always had a cheerful and helpful demeanour. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel was spotless. Also loved the day beds great comfort by the pool.

The location on top of a Hill it is really steep so would not be suitable for anyone with walking difficulties/ hip problems or buggies to push. It would have been nice to have tea or coffee facilities in the room. Also there is currently construction work near the hotel which can be noisy at times

The hotel is great, clean and modern. The bedrooms have views over the pool and the mountains in the distance. The rooms are spacious with a table and chairs and with a balcony.I didn’t hire a car but the bus stops nearby and is a 20 mins ride.

I didn’t have breakfast as I only have coffee and croissant so it would have been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. I can’t find fault as the hotel is reasonably priced due to its location.

The bedroom was super clean and staff helpful and nice. It was not warm enough for us to use the pool area, but it looked comfy and interesting. Breakfast was very good, with a lot of options and fresh bread. The bedroom was big, with a balcony and nice view.

The walls in the bedroom seem to be very thin, so we could hear people from the room beside us, and people arriving late during the night, which was unfortunately a bit disruptive.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Also the rooms were spacious and clean.

The only thing was the location of the hotel. And because of that there could be a supermarket with fruits and snacks etc. to buy, for example. I trust that it would be a great success because the nearest market was 'not so very well equipped'.

Clean hotel, very friendly & helpful staff. The pool area is quiet & perfect to come back to after a mornings sightseeing. Highly recommend this hotel

The location may not suit everyone as it is a little away from the city centre but that brings benefits also (quiet hotel, quiet pool area). Well serviced with buses from Joan Miro. Uphill climb then so if mobility an issue consider this...
