Great hotel. Beach was great. Staff was super friendly. Awesome room looking over beach.

Drinks and food were a little pricey. Ate offsite after the first lunch.

1 hour sun bed policy. This is not much time at all given the amount of sun beds available, meaning you would not even have much time to go for food either in or out of the hotel. If this is the policy this needs to be reinforced properly with ALL hotel guests and people’s items should not just be moved when they return to the hotel. A reminder or note could have been an option initially, especially seeing as there are people who will go out all day and reserve sun beds but nothing was done in this situation.

The staff were great, however I didn't rate it as full marks as we had a run in with two members of staff. The guest services staff are unbelievably good. And the beach is a 2 second walk. The spa is beautiful too. They put on a DJ with sax player on the Tuesday night, they were amazing and the balcony was full of people, really good atmosphere, the management needs to really think about employing acts like this every night, and please get rid of the piano, we are not in the 1960,s anymore

I find European beds are not like they are in the UK or USA, and there was a lack sun loungers. Also every night they had a piano player on in the foyer, she was old fashioned and boring, and she brought nobody In. No ironing board, really 5 star?

We found the hotel very comfortable and the staff helpful and polite. We liked the location, which was right on the beach and also easily accessible to Palma by taxi. The 'strip' the hotel is located on has a great selection of restaurants and mini marts. Although we ate on the strip most nights of our 7 day stay, we did not run out of great choices and different cuisines to sample. Lastly, the hotel smelt great!!!

There were some glitches in the mechanics - ie. the lift broke down several times when we were staying (although, saying that, that was put right very quickly) and they had a few problems with the spa pool. We also thought the breakfast was overpriced for what it provided.

The hotel location was perfect. It had magnificant views and the taxi ride to the city center of Palma was only 11€. The service at the hotel was exceptional and they made everything in order to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfast was excellent and as we had allergies the breakfast personnell made special breakfast for us every morning automatically according to our wishes. We also really enjoyed the Spa of the hotel. Would have loved to stay longer but we will definitely come back!

Our flight was cancelled due to the storm so we booked this hotel I heard of through friends 10’ from airport. The staff was amazing and as the room we had booked smelled like smoke they upgraded us to room 808 which is stunning spacious with sea view and big shower room. We could not have breakfast as had to leave early for new flight but I will recommend it again. Reception staff kindly gave us plastic bags to wrap our wet clothes from suitcases that were left in the rain by airport crew and booked a taxi for us and checked us out very efficiently even offering a bottle of water for the ride!

The restaurant bar in the lobby was quite noisy but good and service were good. Pianist was terrible Terraces were closed due to storm damages but the weather was not good enough to be outside anyway.

It is a fantastic location. It was our second day. The hotel is beautiful with amazing views. The beach is literally at the frontdoor and one can walk down to the pitch directly from the hotel. As is the case everwhere, the beach is public so a lot busier on weekend with more local visitors. However, it is a lovely sandy beach. The breakfast is great as is the general service. Towncentre is a short ride away. The only issue is that this time it was very expensive but we booked late in high season and they were nearly sold out. hopefully next time it would cost this much!

Once more we would like to say thank you for an unforgattable memories we created during our honeymoon stay ♥️ The hotel’s location is perfect, the staff/personal (Nina ♥️, Stefi ♥️, receptionists ♥️♥️♥️♥️, waiters, housekeepers, bellboys) - smiley, ready to help every second- big respect to all of you, we loved you much. Loved the location (right on the beautiful beach!), lobby, beach area and the swimming pool area. The pool beds are so comfortable. The complimentary spa visit was a bonus and really added something special. it was nice to have a welcome drink too. The staff were mostly friendly and service was instant. When we needed extra amenities for our room, we barely waited 5 minutes — that’s great service.

The food is very over-priced and average quality, with the exception of breakfast, which is fine. We couldn’t believe the prices for salads and sandwiches at the pool bar and restaurant but wouldn’t choose to eat there again. We also felt the room layout made no sense and was a bit small, it would have been nice to have a bath in the bathroom and a couple of sun loungers on the balcony. The gym also needs a major update and is way too small! Overall, despite the areas for improvement, we would still consider returning for a long weekend.

Fantastic Hotel, very professional and friendly staff. The sea view terrace is breathtaking, and the beach is great. The beds are very comfy, linen and towels were immaculately clean and fresh. Breakfast is superb. The neighborhood is calm and beautiful, with many supermarkets and restaurants around, which are not a tourist trap. Definitely recommend it and would love to come back again.
