Our stay at this hotel was great! Our room was good-sized and had everything we could ask: balcony, large shower, a wide range of amenities... (no kettle though, I know that for some this is a point of interest). The swimming pool is huge, quiet and clean. Breakfast is a varied buffet with good quality products. Staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is 10 a minutes walk away from a nice beach and offers free shuttle service to a few destinations, including down-town Palma.

We liked everything. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you come without a car.

Loved the location of this hotel - 10 mins walk down a small hill to Cala Major beach which is beautiful and has plenty of bars/restaurants and little shops to buy supplies on the way down the hill. There is also a bus stop at the bottom of the road that can get you to the beach if you have lots to carry (families!) or simply can't be bothered to walk in the heat (it is a nice walk though - we traveled in May). There is also a bus stop that will talk you into Palma which is also only 15 minutes away - lots of restaurants etc to enjoy. We had a twin room with a balcony which was rear facing with no view but this worked well for us as it meant the room was quiet. The air con worked well, the bathroom and beds were lovely and clean and very comfortable. The pool was absolutely stunning and very quiet and relaxing. There is a small workout room by the pool which we did not use but it looked well stocked with equipment. The staff at the bar during the day, the breakfast staff, and the reception team were all brilliant. Very friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel, slight incline to walk from main road. Modern layout hotel, staff really friendly and helpful. Rooms cosy and compact. Large bathroom walk-in shower, had view of a car park from room, but we only slept in room never used at all during day. Well stocked mini bar in room but a bit pricey. Breakfast selection amazing, and as they all say, the omelettes were very tasty. There is a pool and the area was always clean Tv has 2 English channels ( made a change from bbc world) we were recommended a restaurant nearby sold excellent fresh fish plates look to pay around 40 euros each for a tasting menu, We stayed 4 nights and would definitely return.

Bar prices ard quite high in comparison to other hotels we have stayed at. £13 for an Aperol Spritz!!

The hotel looks fresh and new, located 100 m from the bus stop and really 7-8 minutes walk from the beach. Staff are very helpful and welcome. Clean room with modern facilities. Big and deep pool outside. You can order breakfast for a reasonable price and the choice of food is very good. The good point that they allow staying with small pets for no additional charge. We have a dog and very appreciated 😊. Rooms cleaned every day.

The restaurant menu is very modest, you can order from short list, but this is not an issue there is several restaurant, Indian, fish and etc in 2-3 min walk.

Perfect location in a 5-10 walking distance to Cala Major beach and at same time quite easy to reach the city center by bus number 4, station is close by, one ride costs 2€ per person and it's about 20-25 mins to the center. The hotel is nicely maintained, clean and for sure the staff team is being well managed, everybody smiles, is polite and helpful - reception, bar, breakfast, everywhere where we interacted with the staff we had a nice experience. Room facing the back parking lot was nice and quiet, with a good air conditioning system. Breakfast choices are varied and really tasty, there is the option to get custom omletttes, fresh local produce including hamon, chorizo, different cheeses, tasty olives etc. Also there is a large variety of bread products, to which we treated ourselves every day. We also appreciated the offer of free beach towels we could exchange at reception during our stay. Pool is a plus, large and clean - would be awesome it would be opened more than until 7PM though.

the hotel was ok. it was not brand new, toilet was small compared to the pictures we saw prior to booking. is at the top of a hill and theres only one parking up the hill which is always full. so if you are renting a car be mindful that you will need to leave the car a bit further away and walk around 7 min to the hotel or pay 10€ a day for the hotels parking (which is also a bit further away) although the hotel is not far from the palma city centre or Magaluf, Uber charges between 35-45€ for a 20 min drive.

The hotel is lovely, the room was cozy and cleaned every day! The hotel staff are super friendly and they responded to every question I had. Kudos to the reception personnel. We even had a surprise champagne from the hotel as it was my husband's birthday during the stay. This really made our night as it wasn't expected. The breakfast is buffet, lots of choices, all delicious. I highly recommend this hotel. We're a bit sad as we didn't try the pool - that's on us as we had full days in Mallorca, but I bet it's wonderful. Maybe next time ;)

The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. The shower was great, and everything else was also excellent. We tried the breakfast, and it was fantastic with a wide variety of food of good quality. The swimming pool was good too, although a little cold for the season, it was still enjoyable. At the reception they give you towels that you can use also to go to the beach.

I think the cost for parking was a little too high, and parking is an issue in that neighborhood. Moreover, the neighborhood is not the best, although we felt perfectly safe during our stay. Another thing that bothered me was that they could not guarantee a wedding room until I arrived, but they eventually solved the problem by merging two single beds.

Location was a short walk down to Cala Major - we recommend going to Mister Joy in Cala Major for the best cocktails on the island - a short 7 min walk down the road, tell Patrick we sent you ;)

There is limited on-street parking, but secure parking available for €10 a day subject to availability. You’d have a hard time squeezing into any of the parks if your car is bigger than a Fiat. Also need to pay a €50 deposit for the garage remote if you use the carpark.
