Great hotel, luxurious . Great facilities . Friendly staff but slow service at breakfast. Breakfast wasn’t 5* and I found the menus for lunch and dinner limiting.

Beautiful location. Excellent restaurants at the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. View from the room was amazing.

Lack of information in print about the hotel facilities, including maps of locations including the spa, gym, golf course, where most importantly where was safe to walk, bearing in mind, it was surrounded golfing players teeing off etc. Very often a long wait at breakfast as there was only one chef frying eggs, omelettes pancakes et cetera and this led to queues. Suggest they have two chefs doing that job.

Fantastic hotel, out 5th visit. Been a few times since it changed to adult only & it’s fantastic. Have definitely improved with the service at pool, much more staff and they were absolutely excellent always checking to see you are ok & if you would like anything would like to say a big thank you to them. Also good that you can have your lunch at sunbed now. Also staff at breakfast were lovely.

Reception staff were not the best when we arrived. Not very friendly or helpful. If we didn’t know the hotel it would not have been a good first impression.

Everything is very tastefully designed, despite being a large hotel you don’t have the feeling and it almost feels boutique, location in the castle and views over Palma are awesome, we played a lot of golf and the hotel was very supportive in getting tee times etc, golf courses close by are amazing, beds extremely comfortable, service very friendly and as professional as you would expect for a 5* hotel

Food (dinner) should go up a notch for a place like this and also the prices they are asking for

The location is amazing, a castle in the mountains of Mallorca about 20 minutes drive from Palma. The view is splendid, the staff was great and very friendly. The breakfast was delicious, with waiters serving local freshly squeezed orange juice. The swimming pool and the spa area were also very nice. The best thing, however, were the beds and mattresses. Slept like a baby in the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in a hotel room.

The hotel & facilities were beautiful. Our room was delightful with a large terrace. The views overlooking Palma superb. The breakfast was exceptional. All the staff we encountered during our stay were 1st class, professional, very helpful & friendly. The recommendation for a restaurant in Palma was excellent.

The food at the hotel was very good but the service in the main restaurant was very slow the evening we dined there. There just weren't enough staff to accommodate the number of diners. We waited 1.5 hours for our main course to arrive. Whilst the turbot was delicious & served professionally at our table the long wait detracted from our experience.

Lovely hotel with fantastic views over the bay of Palma. Exceptional service and cleanliness in general only let down by a couple of staff. Loved the Sunday afternoon DJ at the pool but don’t let this put you off as she played music that was appropriate for the hotels clientele from all parts of the world. Breakfast was fantastic.

The service at the pool was very poor on some days but this was down to two male staff who were just not switched on. Food order was forgotten on first day then many mistakes with orders or just an inability to make eye contact meaning it could take an hour to get his attention just to place an order.

Amazing breakfast. Very comfortable spa area. Tremendous view to Palma and the Cathedral. Excellent evening restaurant.

TV set and list of programs are poor, no smart TV. Smoking is forbidden in rooms but not in balconies. While my neighbours smoked in their balcony I was forced to shut my windows because smoke went to my room. It was irritating.
