So clean and smelt amazing. Staff were lovely. Champagne and wet towels on arrival. Beds super comfy. Nice food and a great spread. Pool very clean - if a bit shallow.

Only niggle: certain staff would hover over you with the tablet when signing food/drinks to your room and would continually ask ‘do you want to leave a tip?’ ‘Are you tipping?’, rather uncomfortable and felt obligated to do so, even if it was just bringing water to the dinner table. Some would snatch the pad away if they saw you didn’t leave a tip.

Great hotel on the beach. Everything looks new and well maintained. The food is amazing and comes in great varieties for breakfast and lunch. There is a gym, sauna, jacuzzi and pools. The staff is 10/10.

The water is cold in the pools and outdoor jacuzzi. Although i appreciate the hotel's efforts to be eco-friendly, i strongly suggest them to bring back straws (there are paper and pasta straws), as it is very uncomfortable to drink cold beverages with ice that always gets into your mouth.

I had an amazing time at this resort. They greeted me with a great champagne and was quickly brought into my room. The view from my room was amazing and the room was very clean and had everything I needed within the room. The beach is right behind the hotel and along the strip with several shops and restaurants at your disposal! The restaurant has a ton of options. Breakfast was great! You have the option to have eggs made to order and same for dinner you can have your meats (steaks/fish) cooked to your preference. I really like the bar as well, but liked the restaurant a little better. Shoutout to Sergio at the reception desk! Answered all my questions and was super helpful!

The property is located just 10 minutes taxi ride from the airport and is located right opposite the beach. The customer service we received was beyond expectations. The rooms were clean and modern and the whole hotel was of Beautiful decor. We paid for breakfast as part of our booking and there was plenty of choice. The staff really off amazing friendly helpful customer service, I would highly recommend.

As soon as we walked into the hotel, you could just smell & see how clean it was. Staff welcomed us with clean wet face & hand towels to freshen up and a glass of fizz, which is a really nice touch. The hotel was extremely clean. The breakfast was amazing, such a good choice of food and everything tasted great. Our room Had every thing we needed we had the room where the balcony extends around the hotel which is great

I think it would be nice to have free tea and coffee in the room rather than having to pay for the coffee pods

A big problem is the swimming pool. it’s not really an adult pool. even tough it’s quite long. It is literally only about 4 feet deep along it’s entire length. absolutely useless and ridiculous. especially as it’s an adult only hotel. They really need to deepen it or I won’t be going back.

We stayed for 8 nights, the hotel is fairly newly decorated, although the rooms with the extra charge are not very large. The food in general is great and there's a really large selection of food, but honestly it's pretty much the same type of food after a few days. Plus even for the all-inclusive only breakfast, lunch and dinner are served and the bar is not open at all for snacks. You can go to the beach, but for two sunbeds and one umbrella you pay 55 euros per day. Staff very nice and helpful.

constant door knocking from cleaning staff when resting and have a don’t bother sign at the door, really annoying.

Junior priority suite had a massive and comfortable bed. Amazing sea view from the balcony. Roof top bar and pool area was beautiful. Main pool was very clean and plenty of sun loungers. The food quality was excellent. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and polite. The hotel was spotlessly clean. The spa was excellent and the lomi lomi massage was wonderful. Access to the beach was brilliant.

The timed slots for food and no room service. It was a long way into Palma and taxi fares were expensive. No dedicated sun loungers on the beach for hotel guests and it was expensive to hire them.

Design, chic vibe, friendly staff, nightly entertainment, proximity to good restaurants, shops and beach.
