The Stuff were amazing so friendly and helpfully. The gave me information and Tipps and also i could change my bed. The Hostel is good organized and the beds are very comfortable. I rented a Scooter from the Hostel, witch was also great.Also the Bus Number 4, 46 haa his Stop direkt infront of the Hostel. A MINI Supermaked is just next door and the big Carefure is like 15 min walking. The Wifi worked great as well. I would stay here again. MUCHOS GRACIAS A TODOS

There are only 2 Bathrooms for Ladys and two for Men. If the Hostel is full this is not enough for 50 Persons. Same with the Kitchen (1 Fridge, 2 Stove) often there was no Toilettepaper. In the showers is no place to put your stuff.

The appartement for 6-8 people is decent, clean and came with basic facilities. Personal was super nice and helpful, two stores next door and not far from the port. Also the bus departs right in front of the hostel. Nice beach 15 min away by bus.

Not made to spend a lot of time there especially if its a larger group. The layout of the bunk beds is a bit weird as they are very open and in one row, only recommend if you really know the other people. Locatio is a bit off, the bus (every 15 minutes +-) is needed to go to the beach, town and the mall/supermarket.

The staff was very nice, and the room was good. You are provided with a bed like a sleeping pod and could fit a bit of things next to you. However, for bigger items (luggage), you had to rent a locker. Since I only stayed one night (and came very late in the day) the staff was nice enough to give me the locker for free, as otherwise, it is 5euro a day.

This depends on the people you share a room with, but when I came someone had left some stuff on my bed (the staff did take care of it though and warned the person to not do it again). However, the person left more stuff on the ladder that I had to use (I was on the "top bunk") the following morning (even though signs clearly indicate that it is not allowed).

excellent hostel hotel go for it guys everything is spotlessly clean, the dormitories are always cleaned when someone leaves, they even take out the mattresses and clean everything, I saw it... the beds are very good comfortable and with a curtain it even has lighting inside two lights its specifications are perfect I was served very well by a lady I found .. And another kid ... I also met another person at the reception who was very rude and I asked him his name and he didn't tell me. but everyone else is very good even the cleaning girls were very good

Everything was spot on and bedding and sleeping facilities was alot better than described. The whole setting of where the toylets are vs bathrooms is absolutly perfect, the noice canselling mesures makes it extreamly quiet in the sleeping facilities. There are absolutly no words for the incredible person Pamela, she is a vitamin C in a person, what a wholesome personality and beautiful person she is. Victor, Sam are such a fantastic people and make this place what it is and that is a gathering place of great people. I never write review of anything, both lazy writer and staying at hotels is a part of my job so i would be writing essays every single day, but this place here is something extra unique and only because of the staff. The beds are great and comfortable, place extra clean cos they are constantly cleaning after filthy tourists "like me" and the setting of the place has everything you need, lockers and such. But again the place is this great entirely how fantastic humans the staff is, no lavish hotel grabs this atmo they create, I want to suggest all guest leave the staff a little tip they can use to do something fun to gather each month, this hard work comes from there heart and soul and for us to be this lucky to be able to enjoy it is PRICELESS. Now im sure someone thinks i am a regular at this place and im there friend ....and that would be absoultly true :) but before this trip now i had never meet them, but now i consider them friends and you can be sure im coming back again and again.

Only thing i didnt like was how many of the guest don't respect the effort of the staff of keeping everything clean and constantly cleaning up after guests. And that been said, i was probably worst of them. Not cleaning after using the kitchen Leaving stuff in the bathrooms Not sorting the trash in right cans (i was bad at that and constantly put in the wrong one) Alot of people feel they are on a hotel and that puts more workload on the staff and compare they take good care of the guest they need all the help to lessen the workload. Again i am including that group and i quikly realized so next time im there im going to be spot on and for future guest you will see how incredible they are so help them helping you...

The staff was the best ever, very welcoming, showing you around the facilities and explained what to do around. There were eating with us and sharing good time with us. I loved it. The living room and kitchen are very large so everyone can talk and eat together. You make friends everyday. The bathroom is very large. Perfect. The staff makes sure it’s quiet at night. You can sleep, not like other hostel. The terrasse is nice as well.

The cooking plates are a bit small when we are all cooking together. Maybe the kitchen needs to be larger. On the desk behind the fridge ?

The nice place for a short-term stay. The staff was friendly, answered quickly to the questions on the Booking app, and briefly told about the highlights of the island once we had arrived. There were all essential facilities, including a hairdryer. A very good price for a nice and modern-looking hostel.

The floor in one of the ladies toilets was flooded with water. It wasn't possible to use it. The isle between the beds was a bit narrow, so, it was a bit uncomfortable to move around or pack / unpack the stuff nearby a bed when people were passing by behind.

The sleeping area was cozy and the house rules ensured that it was possible to get a good night sleep. The vibe was nice and communal, some occupants made dinner for everyone on several nights! There is a whatsupp group where the staff give tips and you can search for company for adventures. Staff was friendly and it was easy to get to the center with a bus next to the hostel. But overall, enjoyed my stay and would go again :)

The kitchen was really small and had no storage for multiple people nor a proper stove. The toilet area is dated.

THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST HOSTELS I HAVE STAYED IN THE STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY, INFORMATIVE AND ALWAYS AROUND TO ANSWER QUESTIONS. THE KITCHEN LIVING ROOM AREA IN ONE SPACE IS A GREAT IDEA BECAUSE PEOPLE LIKE TO SHARE FOOD AND MAKE FOOD TOGETHER IN GENERAL. I MET SOME GREAT PEOPLE

WHY NOT HAVE A BIGGER BOX IN THE FRIDGE OR A SECTION IN THE FRIDGE FOR FOOD THAT IS NEAR ITS USE BY DATE(FECHA DE CAUDICIDAD) THIS WOULD BE A GOOD WAY OF RECYLCING FOOD AND AVOID WASTE. WHY DONY YOU HAVE A DAY 2 DAYS WHERE ONCE A MONTH YOU COULD HAVE 2 FOR ONE NIGHTS OR OTHER SUCH OFFERS.

This was my first time in a hostel and as an older solo traveller, I was made to feel really welcome. The staff were so friendly and caring and kept everywhere clean. Based on this experience, I'd definitely stay in a hostel again. I slept in an all female dorm in a lower bunk which I'd requested, it was comfortable and I slept really well. The no noise after 11pm rule seemed to be stuck to by all. There is a friendly small supermarket nearby and it was a lovely half hour walk into beautiful Palma.

Not by any means the fault of the hostel but despite being labelled with my name, a couple of items were taken from the fridge. A bit sad but maybe that's hostel life?
