Hotel Feliz

I had an amazing stay at Feliz! I was travelling alone this time and I can truly say that I felt welcome, the staff was very polite, always willing to help and put a smile on your face. My room was on the 6th floor, I had a really nice and big terrace (it's shared with other quests) where you could find the sauna and the swimming pool. It was a bit too cold to use the pool, but I used a couple of times the sauna (it's plexiglass, so you have an amazing view of the port, very romantic in the evening). Breakfast was intercontinental with a Spanish flair, plenty of food! Regarding the location, the hotel is approx. 20min away by taxi from the airport (taxi will charge you approx. 20 euros), regarding then the hotel location, I was walking a lot so it took me approx. 20min to reach the city center, on your way you have small coffee shops, supermarkets, restaurants, plenty of things to see, especially if you like sightseeing.

Cute rooms! With lots of character and decorated well- we got a large room and sea view. The larger room was like a junior suite (2 adjoining rooms - one w chairs and fridge and other with bed). It also had a great terrace with table and lounge chair. There is no view from this terrace and it gets very hot midday from the sun, but great to sit out in the morning or evening. The sea view room was small but also nice. The staff were amazing and offered us a welcome Prosecco and complimentary bottle of water. Fridge was cold and supermarket nearby. Bus was great to get to beautiful beach nearby and one a little further. Palma is a 30 minute walk, but we enjoyed it and restaurants nearby are great. The only thing was swimming was very small and little shade. On rooftop was a hot jacuzzi and more lounge chairs that looked nice. Also, amazing and delicious simple breakfast. AC was strong and worked well. We were there during a heatwave and rooms were a welcome refuge to return to.

Only would have liked breakfast hours to be a little later until 11:30 am (it’s 8-10am) so my teenage daughter could get up to enjoy since she was jetlagged.

the roof top terrace was lovely to read / sit and watch the world go by , although no shade at all Easy to walk up to the castle which we really enjoyed , supermarkets just along the road, v handy fridge in the room . About 40 - 45 mins walk to old town Staff were all lovely and really helpful apart from one male manager who treated us quite disdainfully

our room was cleaned every day which was lovely but unnecessary and we would have happily used the same towels for 3 days; when we arrived we weren’t sure about the area having walked from a bus stop a few hundred metres away late at night , but it felt absolutely fine in the day time / evening . Bikes were very heavy and hire would have been much cheaper from a bike shop a short walk away , but the double locking system felt secure

Everything, the hotel was like a boutique hotel.... Small and intimate, breakfast had something for everyone... Toast, beans, bacon to all the cereals and cold meats etc. There is a pool and seating area just outside in the front garden of the hotel and also a plunge pool on the top floor. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. There is a lift to the rooms but it was quicker to walk up the stairs. The room was clean and the shower was powerful and hot. The area is full of restaurants and bars and you can also wander down to the beach area.

There was nothing to dislike

nice location and beautiful pool. staff were very helpful and service in the restaurant was good/ happy with the roomservice. easy to find and quiet.

the food in the restaurant wasn´t that great (did not try the breakfast, referring to the actual restaurant) wifi was okay but not amazing the recommendations given by staff for restaurants weren´t that great. i´d rather recommend l´artista down by the ocean. the worst for me was that the free airport shuttle did not work and it was advertised on here. if you want to you can get it removed...it was why I made the decision to stay there and not somewhere else also the yoga classes on the rooftop did not happen

We stayed in the Hotel Feliz 5 years ago and were most impressed with the hotel then so we had no doubts as to the hotel to book for our recent trip last week. We like everything about this lovely hotel and we felt at home as soon as we arrived. The staff are friendly, competent and helpful, nothing is too much bother. We had a very large room on the first floor with a balcony. The bed was comfortable, shower powerful and we had plenty space for all our clothes etc The fridge is a bonus too, enabling us to keep our water and drinks cool. We enjoyed relaxing on the roof top terrace and never tired of the amazing views over the city and the marina. We like the location of the Feliz as it's not in the centre of Palma but is a lovely walk either via Santa Catalina or the harbour, passing lots of cafes and restaurants on the way. Enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning, great selection of fresh fruit, freshly made bread, hot options and cheeses and hams. We enjoyed eating breakfast on the outside terrace at the front of the hotel making the most of the sunny weather. Unfortunately after a lovely chilled week our holiday came to an end but we will be back. Thank you once again Hotel Feliz.

On our first visit we had a lovely view of the pool area and the marina. Unfortunately, although we had a lovely room this visit, we could not see the pool or marina as our room was on the first floor and the panelling of the balcony was screened over. Not a deal breaker as there were other options for sitting outside.

1) Breakfast was amazing with a lot of choices. 2) They offered a glass of champagne as a welcome drink.They also offered us to choose any drink. 3) Very friendly and helpful staff. 4) The view from the balcony was good.

1) There were no umbrellas near the pool on the terrace. It would have been awesome if they had atleast few umbrellas. 2) Wifi was very bad. 3) it would have been great if they provided drinking water everyday since the tap water was not drinkable 4) the option of having a kettle in the room would have been great.

Stylish boutique hotel with amazing views. We were on the 5th floor and had both incredible balcony views over the harbour but also a separate terrace behind the room overlooking the back of the town and hill. Fab! Rooms are small but beds comfortable and there is a small pool on the roof too.

Breakfast was nice with lots of fresh fruit but a bit sophisticated for my teenagers. A bit strange that no cold milk was offered for cereals. Staff were lovely although one was not able to book us a taxi to our next destination telling us to get the train as it was cheaper … later on another receptionist booked it for us very easily.

The public areas were very welcoming and the staff really friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and spacious although my bathroom in room 308 was a bit small. Breakfast was excellent, really good choice of hot and cold dishes and everything was very fresh.

The location was a bit far out however we were prepared for that and used the bus to get to Palma Old Town and taxis at night. Bus and taxi fares were very reasonable & the bus stop was very close to the hotel.

We really loved all the staff (very lovely and FELIZ and welcoming), the pool on the roof, the cleaning, the breakfast (plenty of things), lunch and dinner (the chef tried to make me happy cooking with all his heart) and all the love all the staff put in place to make me Happy=feliz!!

First of all coming back home ahahah. If I need to say something which is very difficult I would say that the sink in the terrace room is very small and I would add a filter in the WC to allow the smeel go away quicker. Other than that I would say all perfect!!!🥰
