The location is exceptional. From my room to the beach was approx 2 minutes walk through the back gate of the hotel. There is an array of shops just outside the hotel which have everything you may need as well as bars, restaurants etc. The pool was spacious and never a problem getting a lounger and had a good atmosphere all day long. I would definatly recomend and will most certainly returning.

I genuinly have nothing bad to say.

The pool was large so never overcrowded. Plenty of sunbeds. Staff by the pool area were lovely always smiling and approachable. The pool was very accessible for people with disabilities. The use of inflatable sun loungers and rings were allowed. Very relaxing atmosphere in the hotel in general. Location was perfect right in the middle of plenty of shops just a 2 min walk from the beach. There is a back gate by the pool which you can use to go to the beach which was really useful. Rooms were modern and very clean.

We were on the ground floor so view wasn't great and more pillows for the bed would have been nice. There wasn't any bar with entertainment open in the evenings.

Pool, room size, cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff, adult only, good view of pool and sea from balcony, lifts, lounge areas.

No double beds, only singles which split apart during the night, so not great for couples that sleep in same bed. Air conditioning in our room was not very good, it worked, but quite slow, hard to keep room cool. But better than nothing. Sometimes too many large groups of stag and hen parties can be a little overwhelming round the pool if they are loud and reserving all the sun beds early. But generally most of ok and just enjoying their celebrations.

Great position, clean comfortable rooms

Huge lounge in level 2, completely waisted space. Would be nice to have a bar in there. Had quite a loud group of young men check in, the day before our departure. Who completely took over the pool. At no point did any member of staff step in to request that they calmed down a little. Also noticed quite a lot of sun beds having towels left on them all day, with no one using them. There was often a shortage of sun beds, this was only because they were being reserved while people seemed to go out for the whole day. We noticed the double sun beds with canopy both had towels left on them for a whole day , absolutely no one went near them and staff not removing towels after a couple of hours if not being used.

Very close to the beach and a large selection of varied and lovely restaurants. Spotlessly clean throughout. Nice crisp white sheets and fluffy towels. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Lovely clean pool with adequate number of sunbeds. Large bedrooms and balcony.

Too many people smoking around the pool sometimes made it unpleasant - I noticed that other hotels had designated smoking areas. Was sometimes quite noisy in the corridors and balconies late into the night and I was embarrassed at how some guests treated the staff.

The apartment was lovely and spacious balcony was lovely beds were comfortable pool was lovely and it was very clean staff were friendly over all it was a great

The only thing I didn't like was one day I went to reception to just get fresh towels and the girl said we weren't due for clean towels until the next day and I just kind of felt we had already used them and I think on holidays your towel gets abit more used as of sun cream lotions and all that that your showering nearly twice a day as it is hot in August so when I went to the Reception the lady was a little hesitant at giving us fresh ones and I just said please if you wouldn't mind and she did and told me that when the cleaning ladies were cleaning our room the next day that she would make a note not to give us fresh towels which I thought was a little bit much . But anyway low and behold next day fresh towels again so I dont know maby that receptionist was having a bad day lol 😅

The room was great - decent size, and all the facilities we would need for a week's stay. Nice clean pool, and friendly staff. Great location right by Palma Nova beach and promenade, and only about 10 mins walk from the nightlife in Magaluf (but far enough away if you want to avoid it). Bus stop to Palma literally right outside the hotel.

The AC could have been better. It did cool down the room, but even at its coldest setting, we were still pretty warm sleeping at night.

Location, room view was lovely. Pool was nice, staff at bar were really nice and friendly.

We were robbed at the beach (both phones stolen) receptionist was not very helpful at all. On 2 occassions we asked to use computer or if they knew of anywhere where we could get internet cafe and just shoulders were shrugged. In the end we had to go to a different hotel, where they did not have a public computer however were so helpful and let us use his own personal phone to try to contact home.

The location was ideal, very close to the beaches at Palma but a short walk away from the nightlife in Magaluf should you wish to experience it! The hotel was very quiet at night and the rooms comfortable with everything you need.

The pool area and bar closed too early for us, around 6pm. And all inside areas were not air conditioned but apparently this is only the case in September but is it was too hot to stay inside

5 minutes walk to the beach, where you can find sunbeds and umbrellas to rent (Eur 13.50 for a day in June) Few small supermarkets close by and an ALDI about 8 minutes walk. Bus stop near the back gate, bus 104 and 105 to Palma, 11A to the airport. We took the bus from the airport to the hotel, took 45 min and cost £10 for 2 people. The apartment good size with a kitchenette (we stayed in basic apt), bathroom with a small bath and a good size balcony with 2 chairs and a small table. Very clean and walls lovely combination of different colours.

Beds a little hard, but some people prefer that. One of the receptionist was very unfriendly, never said "hello" , didn't get much information when we arrived. Others were better.
