Nice clean hotel, lovely pool area, nice food and very pleasant and helpful staff

To be honest, we didn’t originally plan to stop in this hotel as we are a couple in our sixties and this hotel is in Magaluf which is aimed at younger people. Our previous hotel was so bad we were very happy to stop here even if we did have a few sleepless nights, the night security staff were excellent

I loved everything.

Host and hostess were amazing a kind. The breakfast amazing had good variety and the breakfast last longer then most places which is really convenient it really targets their audience. The place is a party city so it knows most people aren't waking up till later. The hostess's were very accommodating.

My only issue was the Air Conditioning like it your better off with an electrical fan then the air conditioning. Thank god the air outside gets cold at night if not it would have sucked to sleep. Also the walls are super thin and its a party city so I had some rowdy boys next door that kept me up but that was alright compared to the air conditioning. Also I do suggest because we speak in English does't mean we don't speak or understand Spanish as well.

We were very happy with the hotel. Its location is perfect - close to the beach, not so far for shopping or nightlife. Rooms have nice balcony, enough space and they are clean. We really enjoy the breakfast! Every day something different and they offered churros (must try)! If you want you can enjoy the pool in the hotel which was cleaned every day.

This hotel like most Magaluf hotels is favourite destination for younger party people so that they might have fun till the morning in their rooms / balconies. I would not recommend for those who are willing to have calm stay.

I cannot fault this hotel. The staff go above and beyond to help in any way they can. Very friendly and exceptionally clean.

The only downside was the beds are very hard. 3 nights was ok. A longer stay here may feel uncomfortable.

Overall very nice, clean and modern feeling.

Being asked to see my door card every time I returned to the hotel at night felt a little intrusive. Never had that in 30 years of travelling, but I assume the area necessitates it.

Long wait times at check in, or whenever you need to speak to the reception. There was always only 1 person on the desk and sometimes you would need to wait ages to speak to someone

The staff was friendly and helpful, as we booked this hotel for an extra night as we are staying at the Samoa in Cales de Mallorca and both hotels commucated well and got us booked in very quick. The room was comfortable and clean.

The hotel was amazing mad fairly priced staff were great the only issue I had which isn't really an issue is the bath was not in good shape definitely needs replacement
