The hotel on the whole is very good , room excellent, upgraded to an apartment suite and had 2 bathrooms 2 bedrooms and a small kitchen dining area also 2 separate balconies. slept really well , no noise etc kids club excellent , lovely heated indoor pool and spa ( which children could use for a couple of hours, fair enough ) All staff excellent throughout. Only a short walk to both Palma nova bay and magaluf bay.

nothing really bad …..but if had to be really picky …. room not cleaned every day ( hotel says it’s for the environment!! ) spa closed 1 day a week ( why ? ) dining hall could do with been bigger , lots of queues. breakfast food was often cold !! Certain drinks way overpriced ( €4.50 for a can of pop )

Drinks a bit expensive at dining, €2.50 for a bottle of their own water. Horrid smelling hand soap.in bathroom ! Ended up buying our own. Bar area needs to be more inviting a bit clinical

There's a mini kitchen in the room which is very handy for families with babies. Very spacious room. Food was great, good variety and taste. Pool is good size for the amount of people and there's a separated children's pool area with slides.

Although there's a kitchen in the room with a sink, there was no detergent and sponge to do the dishes yourself and they didn't do the dishes when they came to tidy up the room. So I bought a detergent and sponge at Aldi because I also wanted to clean my baby's bottles. The children's pool is separated so you have a great size pool which is more used by adults but there's no entertainment on the adult's pool, not even some music in the background so for me it was too quite.

Everything! The hotel was lovely, great staff who worked so hard every day! Great food with lots of variety, good entertainment for the children, great, clean pools and lovely rooms 😁

The balcony lights on one side of the hotel turned off at midnight. The food in the snack bar could be slightly improved! The Pina Colada’s were not great and no straws in the hotel, not great when you have cocktails! It would be a lot better if there was more adult and children entertainment outside on the stage where adults and children would have more room.

Great hotel . Everyone was friendly and kind . Swimming pool ‘s beautiful and big . Entertainment around the pool was great and the customer services at lunch time and dinner too .

Disappointed with the entertainment at night and that I had to wash the dirty plates in the room.

The pool was amazing, as were the slides. Staff were very helpful when we had an issue with balcony door. Room was as expected, with good facilities and clean. Bed was very comfy. Amazing location, very close to beach, bus stop to Palma and water park, shops and restaurants.

Pillows weren’t the most comfortable. Food was a bit dull, and limited for vegetarians and vegans.

We loved our stay! The staff were amazing, so friendly and couldn't do enough for us! Our one bedroom apartment was gorgeous, with everything we needed, hob, microwave, fridge and two bathrooms - probably a bit big for two people but the price was so reasonable. The location is great - literally two mins from the beach and all the bars and restaurants. We were half board - we didn't use the buffet every day, but when we did, there was so much selection. The pool area and bar was all spotless, it was all perfect!! 10/10!

I think you could have some background music in the pool area, just to create a bit of ambience, as it did seem a little quiet at times. Also, I think the inside bar should be open during the day too - we were out of season so maybe that was why.

Great location, quiet but close to beach and restaurants. Kids club and pool area was great. Lovely pool area. Bright, welcoming design. Friendly staff. Great food.

The hotel meet our expectations and was actually the perfect solution for our needs (1 year old child). The small apartment was perfect for us. The structure is family oriented with attractions for little childs and the personnel was nice and helpful. Restaurant was good with wide choice.. local private parking is also a big plus. Very close to the beach.

There are probably some improvements that can be done at the restaurant to avoid queues e.g. only one bread station, only one station for drinks. It was low season when we were there (early April) and still there were queues.

We stayed at Rosa del Mar for 4 nights with my mother and we had a blast! The room is very comfortable with a balcony. The shower is huge and very modern. The hotel itself is very pretty, quiet and clean. There's a pool that you can enjoy with some sunbeds, you have a snack bar for beverage and food in the afternoon. Entertainment, darts, tennis table and games are organised by the hotel and there's a lovely spa. The buffet in the morning and evening is delicious, well prepared and it's changing every night! The location is great, in the middle of Magaluf, you have bars, shops, bus stops, grocery store near by. And the staff is lovely and very welcoming! We spent a lot of time at the spa and it was wonderful and very quiet! We also booked appointments for facials and manicure and the lady that took care of us was very nice and professional, she did an amazing job! I definitely would recommend it for a nice, comfortable, quiet vacation or gateway.

The only thing I have noticed during my stay is that the spa utilities were not working all the time. And one little thing, it would be better to have more shelves or storage space in the bathroom. And the balcony door shuts easily so be careful to not get stuck.
