nice property, went during the off season so it wasn’t as busy and didn’t had any trouble with sleeping. breakfast was good and my room got cleaned everyday. in the area there are several restaurants and pubs, so it can get pretty lively during the high season

personally I feel like you shouldn’t be charged extra to use a Iron. including it in the price would’ve been better

great location! beautiful views! rooms cleaned every day - fresh bedding and towels every day. I love coffee and eggs for breakfast so the restaurant met my criteria 100%. service was great! the lady at the reception explained everything to us in detail, also told us about some places worth visiting near Magaluf. all the staff in the restaurant and bar were polite to us! the man from the restaurant named Jesus definitely deserves a pay rise! very nice and friendly, always smiling with attention to hotel guests! made our trip and left us with nice memories related to the hotel! the hotel management should seriously think about pay rises 😁 for all those who do a great job and care about the guests - thanks to these people I want to go back there again! 😍😇 ¡Quería agradecer a todos los que hicieron que nuestra estancia en el hotel fuera maravillosa! the walls were a bit thin and sometimes you could hear other people at night. and it would be nice to have basic cutlery in the room, a kettle and a cup

Good hotel. Nice pool and poolside area. Breakfast very nice with lots of options. Rooms basic but clean and comfortable even with three adults sharing a room. Excellent air-con which is essential in August! Supermarket right by the door and pretty much less than 5 minutes from both Palmanova and Magaluf beaches + nice restaurants. Staff friendly and helpful. Quite a young crowd but a few families too. Would recommend and would stay again. Pretty close to the main Magaluf strip, but far enough away to ignore it if, like us, that is your preference!

the one thing that was disappointing was a very unfriendly member of staff at the reception desk. She was very rude to our party and even sweared at us when we asked politely about a taxi that was late on our way to the airport. she was very unfriendly and did put me off going to ask questions when I needed to. need to get more helpful, friendly and welcoming members of staff. apart from that everyone was fine

Everything is nice, and hotel so nice . But!!!A lot of people so noisy!! Come back at hotel at 3.00 , 5.00 morning! Drunk And scream ! One time even call in our room at 4.00 in the morning when we are sleeping, they just mixed up room. For people 15-20 years old it’s ok. But not for gest , who didn’t go on party over night. And I not recommend this hotel for family with kids. And so sorry , because hotel is very nice.

It was nice and clean, very friendly and bi lingual staff and were very helpful with booking taxi’s and keeping your things in a safe place before you fly, super flexible, good food and good security

Location was a little far from city, be ready to pay 40€+ for some taxis to Palma, also parking is almost impossible and even with renting a car not much parking spaces

The location is perfect, near to Magaluf Street where the party is always going. Restaurants, shops, grocery stores, tattoo artists, and car and bike rental shops were all just a 2 min walking distance away.

It was very complicated to reach the rooms, the lifts were sometimes not working properly, and the room was much smaller than expected. The AC in the room was not working and they made us wait till the next day for it to be fixed as we called at night after 9PM.

The room was really modern and well equipped and spacious. The beds weren’t the comfiest but still okie. We stayed here for 4 nights room only. Deposit paid for safe. Supermarket right next door which is ideal and just off the Magaluf strip. We got a last minute deal here at a really good price. Overall good stay at this hotel.

The property is up a steep hill so consider this when booking. It wasnt something that bothered us though really

Not the fault of the hotel, sleep was difficult due to some very aggressive and rowdy young groups arriving back to party in the rooms until the early hours. I can't really complain as I've done the same at that age. I have noticed that the current generation have become far more aggressive and more likely to start inpropmptu MMA fights on the street lol

Lovely and helpful staff, the hotel is very clean. Very good breakfast and dinner, lots of options to choose from. Swimming pool area is very well organized, the pool is cleaned up every single morning. The room was big enough with a very comfortable bed. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel doesn't have any parking facilities, finding a parking space can be tricky sometimes but I usually managed to find a space no further than 200m from the hotel.
