Hotel was clean and comfortable. Always room at the pool and in the dining area. Lovely sea view from balcony. Boat trip and hiring of electric waterboards just across from hotel which my teens loved.

Travelling with 2 teens 15 and 17 and felt the hotel was more suited to groups of 20 somethings going to magaluf. First day of trip, drunk lad a pool using language that didnt feel comfortable with infront of my daughter and was woken a few nights with people singing which to be fair is not hotels fault but my opinion on the location. On the hotel itself breakfast was ok but dinner was not great. We went half board and ended up eating more a large lunch out just to have some salad at dinner plus didnt even get water with it, had to pay for all drinks.

we couldn’t lock the door to the balcony. I reported this 3 times to staff at reception but no one came round to look it at it despite the promise I was given each time I reported it.

Super easy access to the beach, the pool was wonderful and there’s lots of tanning beds for laying out in the sun. The staff was very friendly and a room with a sea view was very worth it. Breakfast and dinner buffet had some good options to choose from. The bar drinks were great for sitting by the pool.

If you have a rental car the parking is a bit steep €15 a day. And there’s no actual lot it’s just the front of the hotel, so you might get blocked in some days. But the staff is very helpful if that happens.

The hotel is in a fantastic location and the views are amazing.All the staff throughout the hotel are welcoming and friendly and really made you feel comfortable. The young man who is the lifeguard is lovely ,courteous ,helpful and respectful a credit to the hotel .The food is lovely with plenty of choice and you also get great views across the bay from the dining room. Hotel room on the sixth floor was great with a good shower and toiletries plus a kettle . The bed was very comfortable and the view from the balcony is fantastic. The pool area was good with a warm pool but didn’t get the sun all day . There is also a large solarium area with sunbeds and day beds plus two jacuzzis ( which where a little cold for this time of the year)on a higher decking area.The hotel is right on the promenade and a minute from the beach. You can walk one way to Palma Nova and then out of the reception area and go up the road to Magaluf . I would definitely recommend the hotel and would love to go again in the future.

Stayed at the hotel with my 10 year old daughter for a week for our easter break. Already online looking to book again for next year. Location is fantastic, close by shops restaurants bars and an Aldi not too far. Staff were very helpful & enthusiastic. Good selection of breakfast food. We didn't have dinner so can't comment on that. Our room had a sea view which was beautiful. If you are thinking of booking this hotel do it. Fridge in room, if you want to keep drinks snacks cold. You won't be disappointed we had a great time.

Proximity to a beautiful sandy beach, all staff were very friendly and super helpful, food was tasty and had a wide variety, the pool was nice and the nearby trees cast a nice midday shadow so it wasn’t too hot in July summer (even during a heatwave!). There’s a pool table at the bar and two massage chairs on the ground floor. Nearby shops had all you need (food, drinks, bottled water, swimming kit, snacks, etc. )

The rooms could have been cleaner and need some maintenance; it was a bit dusty under the beds and TV cabinet, the safe was broken, the air conditioner struggled (given, it was 35 degrees and humid), both balcony doors didn’t lock properly. Most annoyingly, noise from neighbouring room was very audible, so you’d be good with a pair of earplugs (we stayed in the family room). The hotel staff offered to talk to the neighbours if the noise continued.

We loved the location very close to shops and restaurants and right on the beach. Had such a wonderful view from the sea view room. The service was also wonderful and the buffet food was always delicious.

The only negative would be that our air con didn’t work that well and we were quite warm during the nights. We did speak to the staff and he seemed to improve for the next 2 nights but then it went downhill again. We did have the option to use a portable fan which was a wonderful help and improved our sleep a lot. I can imagine it would be hard to power sooo many air con units in one building.

Upon arriving to the clean and welcoming reception area the water view is revealed and postcard perfect. Our room with a king bed was spacious enough for us, but the balcony ocean view was the star! We didn't expect it so it was a pleasant surprise! Sunrise views were so beautiful and calming! Walkable restaurants from the hotel all with ocean bay views. This hotel is mostly used as an all inclusive resort. We paid for our room and breakfast only. About a 25 minute taxi ride to Palma.

Despite the great views and easy access to the beach, the hotel is "tired" and well used by tourists - but the price reflects that, and for us - we could look past the decor.

Excellent stay, very good breakfast, impeccable service, fair price. Free parking, champagne reception. the hotel is very well located and has many restaurants and markets nearby. the beach is beautiful and super peaceful.

The water in the shower took a while to heat up but nothing that bothered us, the shower was great! It's really difficult to write something that I didn't like about my stay. Excelent team, goodo food!
