Very clean and new hotel with nice designed rooms, I have travelled by myself so the room size was perfect, for 2 it would be a bit small though. Nice location, beach in front of the hotel, dreamy blue water, couples and seniors are main visitors. close but still enough far away from the party crowd of magaluf. ATM, Supermarket and bars/restaurants super close. Breakfast very good and huge, room service food alright. Big portions. Perfect spot for a short single stay to tank energy and sun. high value for money!

The Hotel is not very expensive for a 5 stars spot, and you notice this because the hotel guests are partly not the 5 stars guests you expect, most of them appear very middle-class, no elegant atmosphere at all. Pool was not very welcoming, pool is clean, but very basic and daybeds are not comfy, the comfy ones cost extra 50 Euro per day. the roof top bar is beautiful but very small and also here day beds cost an extra fee. tip: take 2 daybeds at the beach, 4,50 Euro per bed and super nice view!

Great location with direct access to a nice beach. The water temperature in the pool was perfect. Staff was very friendly all around and put a lot of effort into providing good services. The roof top terrace has excellent views.

The rooms are a bit small and the concept of an open bathroom is not for everyone, especially depending on who you are traveling with. Room service was slacking a bit: one day our used towels were taken but we didn't receive new ones, another day toilet paper was not refilled. Spots at the pool are limited and it does not help that the larger daybeds come at a heavy charge of 50€ per day.

The welcome was lovely, the reception team were super informative and we were offered a free welcome drink! Our room, was incredible. Located on the top floor of the furthest block, it was super spacious in an open plan style with a comfortable bed. We had a balcony with the perfect sea view, and a pool view. From the balcony, there was a spiral stairwell to a terrace on the roof. This was the cherry on top. Up here was a large jacuzzi bath, sun loungers and parasol. Honestly, we didn’t go down to the pool once! Breakfast had a great selection, fresh eggs and pancakes! Plus plenty of choice on juices with hangover curing power juices too! We would definitely stay here again.

The location was good, however maybe it was a bit closer to the Magaluf side of things for us! But saying that, it’s the perfect location for those looking for both relaxing and partying!

The hotel, its facilities and staff were all lovely and helpful. My room was perfect with a gorgeous view of the sea, overlooking the pool. The decor was exactly as pictured and it was very clean and functional room. I loved the cozy robe and slippers given to use in the room. Plus, I was given a local red wine to enjoy because my bookng was made on this website. So, thank you. The breakfast buffet was overwhelming like I imagine a cruise ship has. (I have never been on a cruise, but I get the concept of these excess buffets.) I also rented a car and there was an outdoor parking lot with a secure gate that I could safely park the car each night. (Figuring out how to enter the garage initially was tricky because the hotel is located on a one way road and you had to loop around to meet someone for entrance. Once I had my hotel key after check in, the hotel key opened the gate.) The room also had cable with BBC stations which was nice to catch up on news when I came back to the room at night. But I did not spend quality time at the hotel or the area around it because the vibe was a little touristy seedy around here. Lots of cheesey bars, restaurants, souvenir stores and late night clubs that created a gross party vibe. I even saw people still stumbling drunk out of bars at 5am on my way to the airport. I knew there might be a little of this in this area, but the hotel was geographically located on this point of Palmanova where you were kind of trapped among this garbage. As a result, I spent my two days exploring other parts of Mallorca and did not take advantage of just plopping myself out on the beach in front of my hotel. The vibe just was not calming or relaxing here. Again, I want to reiterate that the hotel itself was lovely, clean and the staff very friendly. I wish it was located in another spot on the island to make it a perfect overall vibe.

The area around the hotel is a little seedy and it's tricky to navigate in and out of the property because of where it was located out on a point with a one way road that winded around the property. I think most people just plop down at the hotel by taking a taxi here and they don't explore the island like I did.

Staff are friendly, the hotel and facilities are very clean, the food was amazing with a huge selection. Complementary bottle of wine and mini bar, the restaurant was huge with lots of space, clean and loved the wall of green plants on the way to the restaurant. Reception was a little slow, but it was busy and offered refreshments at the bar while we waited. Taxis order at reception was efficent. The beach is across the road with easy access to bars and restaurants. Loved the robes and slippers. I liked the open-plan room with the bathroom. The roof top terrace was a piece of heaven and relaxing. Very quite hotel with a supermarket across the street but if you are staying in this hotel you won't want to leave your room

The glass panels on the roof top terrace were too low so no privacy from other guests and other guest can see the private roof top terrace from the other block so found people on their balcony looking at the roof top terrace. Bedroom with 2 single beds pushed together rather than a double is standard in Spain but uncomfortable during the night when you fall between them.

This was our second stay at the Fergus Tobago. We stayed in July 2022 and really enjoyed it. Hotel is spotlessly clean with great friendly staff. We received a room upgrade this time which was very nice, from a standard double to a premier sea view. Also the lovely receptionist remembered us from last year and we received a bottle of cava and selection of fruit in our room the day after we arrived! We would highly recommend this hotel! We hope to see you next Fergus Style Tobago! 😊

The Staff were super helpful and nice. We loved the view of our room and the location of the hotel. The breakfast and dinner buffet were really exceptional, there was wide range of food and drinks (you could get what you wished for). Generally everything was amazing we will certainly go back. Special thanks to front desk staff!

The isolation of the walls were not that good. The room is not spacious enough. The water keeps running out when you take shower. The parking door was a bit tricky and hard to open (parking should be free based on the condition it has). Just few small things otherwise one of the best places to stay.

The place is modern, clean and well decorated. Very comfortable beds, good choice of pillows. The room's well equipped with fridge, bathrobes, shampoo and conditioner. I think they upgraded me to a better room than I actually booked as I had a lovely sea view which I highly appreciated!! Various (very fresh) breakfast options and they don't throw u out when the breakfast is about to end. I never felt rushed by the staff. I noticed at the pool area that all the staff is very attentive and actually works as a team. I find it worth mentioning as this is not the case in so many other places i have stayed so far. The guy responsible for the pool area helps out with collecting empty glasses and the staff from the bar is eager to hand out towels when the pool guy's busy with something else. They first consider the guest and that everything's running well instead of "this is not my job" behaviour. In general the staff all over the place never seemed stressed out which adds to a pleasant and comforting atmosphere. All in all great stay and I would come back.

I stayed almost a week and would have loved a cleaner floor in my room. It could be cleaned at least every two days. Still sand in some corners from the guests before.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Just after checking in they invited for a welcome drink. Rooms were very clean and beds comfortable. You could see the whole beach and some part of the city from your balcony. Breakfast were amazing. You can choose anything from fruits to English breakfast (and even freshly made omlete with cooked vegerables). Hotel is near the beach, so you can choose to spend one half of the day in the beach and the other half near the pool.

Rooms were too small, no place to put luggage. Shower and wc was in the same area as bedroom (open area with only glass doors). Also, sound isolation was very poor, we could hear hotel staff cleaning other rooms from 8am. In the pool area, were there not enough beach loungers as others were ,, reserving" lounger from early morning.
