The location and the breakfast were great. The beach was very nearby, so the main purpose of the trip was achieved. It was also very neat and clean.

I asked for a kettle to have some warm water as I had a soar throat. But the kettle was denied. Maybe it is the hotel policy for some reason but it was a bit strange that there was no kettle in the room as this is the first time I’ve been in a hotel without this facility.

Location was great, close to restaurants and the beach is nearby. Breakfast was a good spread and had good variety. Property had 2 pools and access to a beach bar. Staff were helpful, check in was efficient. Staff at the breakfast buffet were efficient and friendly.

AC did not properly cool. Felt like only the fan is working, had to position the vents to direct the air towards the bed. Stayed for 5 days and housekeeping was missed even with the sign left on the door knob. Had to find the housekeeper on the floor on the one day we had cleaning done to ensure our room was refreshed.

The selection at breakfast was very good, from a cooked breakfast, to waffles and pancakes, muffins and croissants. They had a range of fruits and cold meats and bread, and a selection of juices and hot drinks too. Perfect for any fussy eaters too. The location of the hotel was amazing. Very short walk to the beach and a short walk to many good places and an Aldi too.

The beds could’ve been a bit more comfortable, or a way to stop the two single beds from coming apart when sleeping on them. The bathroom floor always got soaking wet when using the shower and would have to use all the towels to dry them up.

Great location in magaluf. Nice hotel with good breakfast options.

Walls are paper thin so it is extremely noisy between 4am and 6am when the younger crowds are coming back from their nights out. We had a party room with solarium in the vip pool area but the bar was not open any of the days (we stayed Sunday-Wednesday). The vip pool doesn’t open until 11am also and closes at 6pm. They also advertise live dj everyday but there wasn’t one any of these days either.

The breakfasts so perfect! There are lots of variety of food! The atmosphere so perfect, the staffs is very kind!!! The staff Gemma so really really kind!

The pictures doesn’t match the hotel, the hotel is diferente, no have gym, and nobody given us information about tah! There isn’t more option of beer, could be more brands of beer! The air conditioner doesn’t work.

The staff was friendly, buffet was great, nice music. Great hotel for families or friends going on vacation. Its also super close to bars and restaurants and the beach.

Not that it was a huge problem but the parking isnt really connected to the hotel. You have to walk like 5 minutes.

Everything was great ,location ,staff and breakfast The room was spacious and comfortable At the beginning i was a little sceptical as i read some negative reviews and i was not very excited but i can say everything was very nice and we had a good time The staff was friendly and helpful

Breakfast was amazing. So much choice and great value. Location was superb ,so close to everything. We all said we'd stay again. We were able to check in early and didnt have to book breakfast. Check in process and general service at the hotel bar was slow and shame you cant eat your own food around the pool but stays nice and clean as a result.

Great Location. Good variety for breakfast. Clean rooms. Good atmosphere.

Took way too long to check in, despite me providing names for rooms ahead of time. very strict around the pool with my friend getting a “final warning” for softly kicking a ball back in for people playing catch. Drinks were far more expensive than the bars.

The staff were great - friendly and polite. Done what they could to help whenever needed before and during our stay. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfy and they put all of our rooms together. Location is really good too. 2 minutes walk to the beach and 5 to the strip.

the key to room is a chip wristband. Mine never worked and I had it replaced 3 times through my 3 night stay. very frustrating as the lifts take ages to go back to reception. There isn't much to do. Just 2 pool tables, no events were on and the music was very quite. Also the beers are twice as much as all the surrounding bars.
