We took all inclusive, the food, except for the snack bar, was very tasty and varied. Friendly and smiling staff. Good location, if you do not take into account a small rise from the sea to the hotel. We were with a two-year-old child and children's entertainment was very important for us, there is 5+ with this. If it wasn't for the snack bar and the lack of toiletries, I would have given it a 10.

The snack bar was very "poor", very little choice. Room cleaning was average. There were no toiletries. There was only one bottle of soap on the wall near the washstand and one in the shower. For a four-star hotel, this is a shame, it was possible, at least, upon arrival, to put miniatures of shampoo, shower gel, balm, sponges, ear cleaners, etc.

The hotel is in a ideal location next to Palma beach and a magaluf. people saying it’s a big hill it’s a slight hill that’s a 3 minute walk. could be more strenuous with a pram but not a big deal for everything offered close by. The hotel is one of the cleanest all inclusive resorts we’ve been to on the island and we also stayed opposite at the ex Alua Hawaii. In the restaurant there is choice for everyone fresh meats, pasta, salads, themed nights and kids section i found it very varied daily and i’m quite fussy. you would struggle to not find anything. snacks served all day at the pool burgers, pasta, hotdogs chips and variety of soft drinks. we also enjoy to eat out of the hotel so there are plenty of restaurants close by we enjoyed Siso Beach. The entertainment team were fantastic massive thanks to sally she’s great with the children ! i think maybe be useful to have the disco and a bit more for kids earlier in the evening we found 8.45pm quite late but that’s just our preference, and maybe a bit more for the kids in the daytime but we stayed in june so not many kids present at this time i expect summer season they’ll be loads of children playing together etc. overall cannot fault our stay here we had a fantastic time & will be back next year!

I think the all inclusive would be better if included a limited amount of alcoholic drinks however the discounted prices on alcohol is a fair price 2 euros for a vodka/malibu coke,. 4 euros for a cocktail

very nice hotel for family rest with children. several swimming pools, good restaurant, a lot of activities for children. just as a remark - around 10 mins walk to the beach.

a little bit hot afternoon, coz sun is shining directly in the room, however air conditioning works well and no complaints to the hotel on this. would be great to make more dishes for children, simple soup or smth, but in general it was ok

The staff is very very friendly, room was clean and had enough space for 2 people, plenty of time for breakfast and dinner, lots to do at the hotel, child friendly (which to me was annoying) and family orientated. Overall I enjoyed my stay there

I was missing the spanish atmosphere a little bit because there wasn't any Spanish music playing anywhere. Evening entertainment is mostly for kids, they're all over the place yelling screaming running around. The hotel is located on top of the hill.

The noise of the neighbours in the next room was the ONLY negative. Very thin walls resulting in not sleeping at all the first night given a woman's cackle, blasting her TV till 3am, then continuing to snore like an elephant until 9am, not the hotels fault but you can literally hear everything, I had to buy earplugs which helped massively. Banging on the wall didn't help.

the hotel was in a prime location and it was a short walk to the beach. We booked all inclusive and there was a wide range of food and drinks included. There was also entertainment each night.

If you aren’t a fan of walking too far then this hotel isn’t for you, it’s located at the top of a hill so is a bit of a walk. There are 1 or 2 shops not too far but again downhill. The only downside to our stay in the hotel was the shower, the water pressure was low and the temperature swapped from scalding hot to cold, probably due to guest numbers.

Excellent .Hotel not suitable for elderly or wheel chairs etc due to 600 metres walk up a quite steep hill with narrow pavement however taxi only approx 5 euros

Never been to a hotel before where room service did not supply tea ,coffee , sugar to go with kettle and cups and had to be collected from dining room or bar .Milk had to be purchased from supermarket as no sachets available .

Not much variety for evening meal. Restaurant staff start clearing food away at 8.45pm when Restaurant open until 9.15pm, even when people where at the counter choosing. Even though you are eating lunch at the pool side snack bar you are not entitled to your 3 all inclusive drinks, you have to eat in the Restaurant. This was not made clear at the bar and cost us.

it’s at the top of a very steep hill. I’m young and fit but a week of walking up and down (to the beach and shops and bars) I had very sore legs. so if you struggle to walk it’s not ideal. also Turkey (meat) night wasn’t so good. I’m not one to eat Turkey anyway but 3 times I walked past and the Turkey in the tray was still pink. wasn’t cooked properly. definitely asking for trouble
