Nice and big pool, nice view and water beds. Free parking at the hotel and easy access to the rooms. Staff at breakfast and bar always friendly. It’s a very good 4 star establishment, not a 5 star.

Not enough umbrella’s at the sunbeds, so that shadow was not guaranteed. At checkout, not a word from the receptionist to ask if all was ok. At early leaving in the morning, there is not even a croissant or coffee to go offered to take away. Fitness not nice. No view, bad smell, and located in a not very inviting basement. Not a 5 star service at all. Too much details missing for that, throughout the day. Service at the pool is rather like self-service: go and get your drinks at the bar, and better put your cocktail glasses back also yourself to avoid them being smashed by the nice wind of Lanzarote :)

Staff are exceptional, always smiling (bar one and she knows who she is, even though she doesn't want anyone to know her name). Ambience is so peaceful and relaxing. Consider the location before booking, it suited us as we are familiar with the area but it may not suit all, especially those who wish to be closer to a wider selection of bars/restaurants/old town/port. There are a number of steps to access the closer restaurants and one pub which may prove difficult for anyone with mobility issues.

What a shame the bar was not open for an evening drink. Everyone we spoke to made the same comment, it seemed to be guest's only gripe and not entirely sure why the hotel is missing out on potential trade, perhaps it is due to staffing issues in the times we are living in ?

Lovely design hotel with fantastic pool. It is very calm hotel in good location. We had a see-view apartment and it greta to see the sea during day and moon in the night. There is very nice small private terrace with garden in front of the apartment.

I would appreciate better dinners and wider offer of the vegetable for breakfast. It was a pity we couldn't sit outside for the dinner (with lovely warm wind) only inside (very cold a/c). But this is only small issues, otherwise the stay was absolutely great!

The hotel is beautiful. The photos available on booking.com are a true likeness. All staff are very helpful. We stayed in a villa with pool and having the pool was definitely worth it. Great location - quiet area and in walking distance from the marina with shops and restaurants. The hotel organised bikes for us too which was very easily arranged.

Nothing. Cannot find fault. Perfect for a couple or group of friends for a relaxing break.

superb facilities.. everything spotless clean and daily cleaning was thorough. staff were very friendly and most helpful.

only issue was the gap in the screening glass on the the perimeter of Villa .. as it looked right on to public coastal path which was busy with footfall. spoiled our privacy as passers by could see directly into our pool and decking area .. also into the villa if patio doors were opened. if this could be closed off then would make such a difference.

really clean, bright, light and spacious. quiet location, really big room, comfortable beds, great balcony, stylish and different to other larger standard hotels I’ve stayed at. most staff were really friendly, especially Natalia at breakfast and Raquel on reception. Spa facilities were great, pool area was quiet with plenty of choice for loungers. the French toast at breakfast was delicious!

The pool was cold, but once you got in, it was ok. it said it was heated but we moved to another hotel nearby which also says heated pool and the temperature is actually warm in the other hotel. A different receptionist we had wasn’t as friendly as Raquel. She made us feel like we were an inconvenience when we asked questions

location is amazing, right on the coast overlooking the sea and 8 mins into the harbour. The hotel is really clean throughout. Nice and quiet location not near a main road. The pool area is great. We would definitely come back to stay here again

the restaurant food for dinner is expensive and is trying to be high end but it's not. Go eat in the harbour instead. The pool bar should be open till 7pm as plenty of people still around the pool at this point and you can't get a drink between 5-6.30pm

This new, clean hotel had extremely spacious and comfortable rooms, all with views. Breakfast was bountiful and excellent. We did not try the restaurant for dinner, but the pool snack bar was reasonable and great to have, though food choices were somewhat limited. No matter, there were plenty of grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. And we loved that we were in a quieter section of Playa Blanca away from the worst of the touristy, noisy fray. The cliffside walkway that stretches down the entire Playa Blanca coast is right below the hotel, giving easy access to walking/jogging and marina area.

It was a little constraining that they didn't allow eating and drinking around the pool-- only in the adjoining bar area, but that is a small complaint. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and were very happy with our choice. It would have been nice to have more expertise at the desk in planning private excursions (we were without a car and it turned out it was difficult to reach Papagayo without one). We would have wanted help to find a boat as the ferry that once went there is no longer.....

We loved the tranquility a compleat rest from work to relax and chill out and spend time together. The location is amazing staff Natalia and the boys were super in the morning with breakfast and the pool snacks during the day great team. Girls on reception so helpfull and our room was always clean fabulous week allready looking at booking again thanks so much Catherine and Ken Doyle 😀
