Lot of pools designed for kids and it was a lot of families with kids. One pool was for adults only and it was a perfect place to rest with drinks from the bar at the pool. Indoor pool was not part for all-inclusive, you have to pay 20Eur and make a reservation, but you don`t need to go there. Ocean beach in front of the hotel was rocky, but 15 minutes walk and you are at big sand beach Playa Mujeres. We rent a car and we travelled across the island and we enjoyed some hikes and empty beaches along the island. We stayed here in January right after New Year and it was hot during lunch and evenings were around 17celsius. Ocean was fresh but we swam there and then we dried up at the beach. Was a bit windy but it is everywhere on island.

Lovely staff and really clean everywhere! the food was exceptional! Big selection at every meal and good quality food. Really nice pools and the beach just a short walk outside the hotel property.

The Kids Club is only available to kids from 4 years of age so we couldn’t make use of it for our 3.5 year old who was very sad that he couldn’t use the indoor playground. The Merlin room is nice but we didn’t think the beds were that comfortable and the kids part of the room was missing a couch or at least an armchair or something comfortable to fill to large empty space.

The location was perfect, outstanding sea views and direct access to the beachfront, located in a quiet and well kept area, within about 15 minutes walk to the Rubicon marina in Playa Blanca, along a beautiful wide walkway with fabulous views across to Fuertaventura. The food choices each night were faultless and the quality of food was outstanding. The staff were so helpful and made everything so easy, nothing was too much trouble. The main pools were lovely and well kept and perfect for young children. Lots of nationalities use this hotel which gives a great mix of people and also shows how positive it is viewed. The superior rooms are very large and immaculately clean with a dressing room and large bathroom with bath and separate shower and toilet/bidet separated off. The only slight negative is the decor is a bit dated, although it is not worn or tired, just not of the more contemporary theme. I thoroughly recommend this hotel for families and will definitely return.

Soft furnishings in hotel rooms need a bit of updating.

All the staff in the hotel were excellent and really cared about your comfort. The resort had good entertainment for kids and kids club to let you and your wife relax together. There was a water park inside the hotel which my son really enjoyed. Since, I stayed in the Merlin room which had toys and PlayStation for kids to enjoy. All inclusive was totally worth it. For people in the UK it was last much and dinner was like cosmo world buffet. The Italian restaurant was very good and served excellent food and drinks.

Location was bit far from Playa Blanca but it was not a huge concern as a taxi would take you there for 6 euros or you could walk along the shores and reach in 35 mins. Alternative you could take e scooters which takes 10 mins and 3.5 euros

We went here pretty much open minded, as some of the most recent reviews on Booking were not so good - we also checked Google, and there the reviews were much better. We knew there were going to be a lot of families with kids and babies, so we were prepared (with also have a 9 year old son). The general buffet restaurant had a good variety to choose from and the quality was good. The pool area is very pleasant, with nice vegetation and beautiful pools - the view and sound of the ocean is fantastic! The staff were generally very friendly. Our superior room was large - we have a separate little clothing room and a very large terrace with views over the pool area and ocean (also Fuerteventura across the bay). The room was cleaned daily to our satisfaction. The hotel is beautifully located. We would go back. Our son loved it!

If you're used to having a lot of kids running around, there's not much not to like. It's really a family holiday resort.

Amazing suite - 2 rooms - 1 with large balcony & sea view, 1 with 2 sofa beds! staff happily made up the 2nd sofa bed which meant the kids slept better (ages 11 & 12) Hotel grounds has an interesting layout - like it’s own resort but easy to navigate. Absolutely pristine. shops nearby. great choice of pools. family area & adults only area. top class spa treatments. kids club (up to 12) all staff were polite & friendly & there to make us comfortable & happy - amazing service!! the Italian restaurant made a nice change. location!! away from the crowds

buffet was a bit repetitive but beautifully presented & fresh. no specific choices for vegetarians but plenty of fresh salads, fruit & veg etc

This hotel exceeded all expectations. It’s about 50 minute walk from the centre of Playa Blanca but this means it’s secluded and peaceful. It’s right next to the quiet Papagayos beach. Just a short walk from the marina. There are also shops and cafes on the doorstep. From the minute we walked in all staff were friendly and attentive. Our room was comfortable with sofa bed made up for our two children. It had a huge bathroom with bath and shower. Great facilities - we liked the addition of the 5D cinema, the gym, the football & volleyball pitches, play park, as well as the choice of pools. For lunch we enjoyed prepacked salads and sandwiches by the pool or burgers and hot dogs by the other pool. The buffet food was exceptional - all very good quality. We ate in the Italian restaurant which was wonderful and the adult only restaurant which was a lovely experience while the kids enjoyed pizza party. Fun evening entertainment for the whole family. Good quality alcohol included in all-inclusive package (without need to upgrade to premium all-inclusive). Masks were obligatory in the restaurants which gave reassurance. We cannot recommend highly enough and will definitely be returning.

So many swimming pools. My toddler absolutely loved them. The little beach is private and peaceful Walk to the harbour is a must. Food and drink was great for all inclusive Spa treatment was nice Room comfortable and clean.

I thought that the soft play would be available to my toddler (2.5 years) based on the photos, but it wasn’t. It was only available to older kids booked through the kids club. I booked the massage at the spa thinking I’d also be able to use the spa facilities but I was told I couldn’t as they needed to be booked separately. This is not clear when booking, and is not an option when you look at the spas website.

Fantastic family friendly setting and the Merlin room was just brilliant. Our toddler absolutely loved it. No problems staying inside when it was too windy/chilly to be outside on our winter break. The travel cot they set up also had a proper mattress, not just the flimsy base mattresses that most other places provide. The buffet breakfast and dinner offered a good selection - enough to rotate through the week without getting too bored. I was particularly impressed with their Asian themed dinner. The fact that the all the pools were heated and in use 'off peak' was also fantastic! Overall a fantastic stay and we would definitely return and recommend!

Housekeeping missed our room one of the days but didn't mind too much as all other days the room was cleaned well. Buffet times for meals were a bit later than we were used to (e.g. lunch at 1pm rather than 12 and dinner at 1830 rather than 1700) which I was initially worried about but it worked out ok in the end. We generally had to use the snack bar for lunch as a result which was limited in selection.

We loved the entire experience. It was definitely a family location with plenty of young kids and activities to keep them busy. The animation team were superb as were all of the staff. They were so hard working and tried to make every single persons time wonderful. Amazing staff and place. There were plenty of pools to cool off. The food was good although it was very similar every day. That was fine for us as we always found something to eat. Especially for those picky eaters - they will always find something! Our room was stunning with a sea view and plenty of space. It was super clean with a cleaning service every day. It was always done when we got back from breakfast which was super timing!

The beds were a little too hard for us. If they were slightly softer we would have been delighted. Our children didn't seem to mind however and slept like a log every night!
