The staff were welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in and couldn't do enough for me. The hotel was spotlessly clean and I absolutely loved the various seating areas dotted about, which gave the option to sit quietly and privately in small cosy groups or to be immersed with others in the activity of the animation team. Having a choice of pools was very pleasant - my personal favourite was the roof top pool. My room was very comfortable and the view from my balcony was stunning. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Location was ideal. 30 seconds from beach using the side entrance. 2 minutes from centre of town when u turn left out front door. It's a beautiful hotel. Bar is very welled priced. Pool food was great value and very nice. Staff were excellent even offering poolside service. It is on a hill but only 30 seconds up a small incline, so don't be put off by reviews. Room was great size and very quiet. Wetroom was ideal. Checkout was ideal, massive secure luggage area and shower facilities. I cant fault this hotel. Well done to management, you run a great show.

Love this hotel, have been to Salou over 10 times and this is my favourite hotel. The hotel is really clean, the staff are really friendly, you have 3 pools including a rooftop pool and bar, the gym is small but perfect for a workout on holiday and the location is right beside the beach. The side entrance with lift cuts out the hill walk and the hotel is across from The Guinness Tavern which has arguably the best food around. Highly recommend.

The rooms were really clean and the cleaners did a good job everyday or if you wanted you could just swap towels etc also all the staff were friendly and helpful. We spent most of the time at the rooftop pool which was absolutely stunning. We also got breakfast which was a pleasant surprise, there was loads of choice so we could switch It up daily. It was a last minute choice that really paid off. I would recommend anyone to stay.

I honestly don't think there's anything we didn't like. If we were being really picky the fridge was a little on the small side but we made it work.

Beautiful hotel, immaculate throughout, fantastic location right beside the main street in salou, highly recommend Roof top pool is fantastic, we had bed and breakfast and found it very well laid out with a good range of food. Room is basic but beautiful, cleaned everyday with fresh towels, small fridge and safe in room too. 24 hr reception. Really can't recommend this hotel enough.

Excellent hotel with 3 pools, comfortable room and location close to everything you need. The beach nearby has a lot of restaurants and bars and shops. The roof top pool is magical, especially at sunset time. We really enjoyed our vacation.

A few moments that I liked less and it can be improved. The roof top pool has no sunshades, so we were unable to use it during the day, only came in the evening to see the sunset. The check out time is 10AM and it is too early.. At all other hotels I visited the check out time was 11AM. The breakfast is until 10AM and it is too early for people that prefer to sleep late on vacation. Breakfast is overall good, but please add tomatoes to fresh vegetables. It is missing.

Friendly staff. Very clean. The staff worked very hard and there was always enough on duty. Staff at the pool bar were particularly friendly.

The main pool which was the only pool that allowed children did not have enough sunbeds. The pool guard stated he would remove towels from those who left their beds for long periods but didn’t. I was not a fan of the food in the dining room but the pool bar and snack bar had lovely food on offer. Staff at the pool bar were excellent.

Unreal view of the sea and mountains from the terrace. Also on the terrace there is a cool pool and atmosphere in general (attach a photo). Hall is wonderful, mesmerizing interior, friendly staff and everywhere is very clean. There is a large swimming pool outside. The pool view rooms are very good.

The food is not very tasty, monotonous and for dinner you will often have food from lunch. The beach near the hotel is not very comfortable, you need to walk about 7 minutes to get to a normal beach.

- Good half board price, decent selection, tasty food - classic accommodation, meets expectations - 4 pools very nice, only very cold water, at least 1 pool could be heated. Nice roof terrace with pool and view - close to the center, but quiet accommodation, - nice evening program

- the hotel does not offer parking, but you can find parking on the street after a while - it is not possible to make a hotel bill during the stay, every drink has to be paid immediately at every bar, quite annoying - cold pools - sometimes a queue for breakfast, the staff didn't keep up much, mainly the gentleman just stands at the entrance and does nothing, while he could help the staff, the queue even for 15 minutes
