Lovely apartment. Was just what we needed as we were travelling around by day and out most evenings. Great view from the balcony. Staff were amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Cleaning ladies were very nice and helpful . Special mention to Frank at reception an absolute gentleman. Had problem with boarding pass coming home. Went to Frank and he sorted it quickly and efficiently.

The pool is covered, slow internet, you can hear the music/conversations of the people in the pool

Overall hotel is good, personall is very friendly and helpful. It's situated in a quiet area far shielded from main roads and traffic. You've a great view to Teide. There is supermarket 4 minutes walk from it and the bus stop. Plenty of cafes as well. Overall it's good value for money.

Internet is good but it's behind a captive screen and I couldn't connect my laptop at first. The room lack of usual knife only bread one. Dishes were rather dirty on our arrival and there was a strong smell of bleach in the room, which gone away with ventilation. Cups were very small and all of different sizes. To use safe in the room you've to pay 3EUR a day. The pool is shielded and the water is warm but windows were a bit dirty to enjoy the view.

Good value for the price, I was staying 2 nights only and did not order food. The view from the balcony to the mountains and El Teide volcano is spectacular! Possibility to check in late at night (reception works 24/7). Swimming pool is sheltered and not very deep (140 cm), on a sunny day it was really possible to swim even in February. Cleaning every day.

Old fashioned woolen blankets could be changed to the lighter down blankets, Would be nice to have room options with one double bed.

Very conveniently placed for my needs. It’s in the La Paz area located above the main town which is a 10/15 min walk or les than €5 taxi ride away. The rooms are cleaned every day with regular changing of towels and sheets.

There is no bar.

- near to the bus stop,market,restaurants( 5 min),nearest beach ( 15 min walk) - beautiful volcano view from the balcony,on the sunset and see on the front -cleaning lady every day except Sunday - no need od aircon even in September -in my opinion comfy bed and pillow - free parking places on street around place,no problem to find a spot -Pool was open but had no time to try, - internet fine and free after login -plugins near each bed - basic stuff in kitchen,no spices

- I had bed linien with big stain - noisy in the morning due to city cleaning equipe - it looks worse( more poore) in reality than on the photos,but still can be for this price - toilletiers are just soap and douche gel,no shampoo - cleaning set for wahing dishes are extra paid in the reception - frigde stink inside

The indoor pool was freezing cold.thsts the only negative I could say

The view of el Teide from the window was breathtaking. Service was outstanding and the cleaners were really kind. All my requests were fulfilled in such a short timeframe. Really recommended place. The swimming pool area is specially cool for chilling out and do some proper swimming exercise everyday.

Everything was fine. There was nothing I did not like

relaxed humble place, its a 70's style place. nothing wrong if the price is fair. it would make sense to do weekly/monthly deals, simple basic kitchen as well.

The views are a little obstructed, by the building that's stoped being built next door
