Food selection was not great

We were on b and b board. Breakfast was ok. The fruit juice was really synthetic an unnatural, and quite revolting. However there was a reasonable breakfast buffet. My room and location was great, though the area is very relaxed with some good restaurants there are a lot of touristy shops selling rubbish. Unfortunately loud music was played till 11pm at several locations nearby, including this hotel. The free shuttle to and from the town was great. The cleaning stafv work very hard and do a great job.

There are a lot of touristy shops nearby, and loud music till 11pm at this and two other hotels. Breakfast was ok but the fruit juice was horrible. There are some tiny beaches in the town, but they ate all pretty stoney. So a beach holiday, this is not.

Hotel has really good location. It is close to the ocean, stores, places where it lives during the day and night. The pool area is amazing and rooms are also very comfy. The food options are fine, I was happy with both breakfasts and dinners. The only thing I was surprised was, the first dinner we had, we came to the restaurant and didnt know nor we werent told that since we do not have all inclusive we can not take flavored drinks, beer and wine. There wasnt any sign saying that and since we were after a long travel and came hungry to the dinner room we automatically took drinks, then the lady came to us with a check for 6 euro to pay. I mean 6 euro is not that much but it is too much for 2 drinks especially when we werent aware of the system, but it is nothing major. We were lucky to have room with ocean view and a big balcony was a big plus. If we will be back on Tenerife, we will be back to this hotel.

Location good - near stoppings and markets. Lunches and dinners very good and tasty, good times for them. Room and bathroom very comfortable.

Breakfasts are same all the time, big choice , but wanted a wider range. Wi-Fi didn't work at swimming poo are. Indoor bar not comfortable as swimming pools bar (evening time).

For the paid money ~40EUR/per person ALL Inclusive, nothing to complain about. However we were thinking to take two meals, and only for drinks we decided to take all inclusive. which was a wrong decision, as juices were awful, cocktails were very cheap/low quality/taste. So, we never had a desire to drink them for the second time. Food quality is also a bit low. But again for the money paid you shouldn't expect more! But definitely juice quality & cocktails should be improved! Its a shame!

A big variety of food in the all-inclusive offer. Everyone can find something for himself, for sure. The staff is really friendly and can help with anything. The closest beach (Lago Martianez) is 20mins away (on feet) so it’s really nice.

The staff and general relaxed vibe. Comfortable beds. The swimming pool and bar area.

Breakfast. The fruit juices were as far away from natural as you could possibly get, horrid, in fact. Otherwise it wasn't too bad. Having to pay in full the day I arrived.
