Love the oceanside view and sound (you can hear the ocean waves from the balcony - loved it). Great rooftop bar + jacuzzies. Friendly staff. Great value for the money.

You have to pay to use the safe (even though the safe is already in the room). You have to leave a deposit for a pool towel. Laundry price are ridiculous: 6 Euro for a t-shit...mind as well buy new clothes, lol. Small detail, but overall still great hotel and great stay !

this wonderful hotel is brand new, located on the cliff offering a breathtaking view from the terrace (and even from the bed). It offers an amazing outdoor heated swimming pool, really big, not crowded, with an access for a wheelchair and a view on El Teide. The are sun beds and 3 jacuzzis on the rooftop and it also features a bar with the greatest cocktails selection. the hotel is less than 10 minutes away from the botanical garden, restaurants and boutiques are within 2 minutes walk. The SPA is just the best - high quality equipment, bubble beds, jacuzzi, massaging jets, hammam, sauna and many more! Make sure you book your visit. The hotel restaurant offers a true gourmet experience, the products are of a higher quality, the selection of fruits is amazing (fresh papaya, passion fruits, watermelon, melon, pomelo and so on), the wine list is really nice and affordable. The room is design, you can chose the color of the light when you take your shower and it also has a special button that I let you discover by yourself. all hotel staff is really nice and helpful, you can tell that they are happy to be there. thank you so much for our wonderful experience - we advise your hotel to our family, friends and colleagues.

Just couple of suggestions: the jacuzzis were not hot enough (32-33, even 31 one day - we measured), the bathrobes are not provided in the room but are for rent - I haven’t seen any hotel guest in a bathrobe meaning that nobody rents it. In a nice spa hotel like yours you could provide bathrobes free of charge, that would be really convenient.

Beautiful view and great location. Variety of food on breakfast and dinner. Fresh Seafood, gluten and lactose free menu available. There was a fridge and a microwave in the room.

Room 915 is right under the rooftop bar dj. Speakers are loud and clear, feels like you live under a boom box. Rooftop bar open from 10 to 20:00 during the weekend and until 00:00 on weekends. Trezor available in the room only for extra fee 3eur/day. Walls are thin and the doors have poor acoustic . Internet speed enough for audio/video calls, but film watching is impossible.

The hotel has a very good location, it is 3-4 minutes walk from the bus stop and it is very close to shops, minimarket, restaurants, pubs, pick-up point for trips (Tamaran, Getyour guide). Public transportation is very good in Tenerife and it is quite cheap. Breakfast and dinner was very diverse and the food qualify excellent. The view from the balcony is stunning, hearing every night the waves was very relaxing and it helped us sleep better. The pool was also very nice and not crowded. We found at any hour of the day sunbeds and the temperature of the water was ideal. The jacuzzi and the bar on the upper floor excellent, the only down side was to find them free, but was not impossible if you go after 6 PM. The sunset seen from the roof it is amayzing.

The internet connexion is poor and quite limited. You receive a username and code every 6 days and for each device you are using, which was quite weird and difficult.

Balcony views were excellent. Staff were lovely and friendly. Breakfast was fantastic. Area is great - away from the main area but close enough to enjoy it. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby if you don't want to walk down there too.

Hotel facilities are all on different floors, meaning you need to use the lifts frequently. Unfortunately there are only 2, they are very small, and they're quite slow. Twice during our 9 nights the shower drain blocked, resulting in the bathroom flooding. Staff were able to fix it for us but there was clearly a drainage issue. Not sure if it was just the room we were in. Also, while the rooftop area looks amazing, there are zero parasols so due to the nice weather we never used it.

The views from our room were fantastic. You could hear the noise of the sea. Breakfast had many options, from healthy fruits, yogurts and juices, to cooked options and sweet treats. Staff were very attentive and had details with us that made our stay special.

The door to the gym facilities got stuck and took forever to open. In the room the shower did not have a proper different level from the main floor so if you don't pay attention there would be water getting not just out of the shower cubicle but out of the bathroom into the main bedroom.

The view, the breakfast, the roof lounge area, and the overall experience at the hotel was highly pleasurable. I've never experienced a view quite like the one from the hotel, and the fact that it exists in every room without being a special room class is spectacular. The breakfast options were comprehensive as well, which certainly helped for more active days exploring the island.

I'm pretty sure the air conditioner in our room was broken, but it never got too hot overnight where it was very uncomfortable - we just popped the door open to let the fresh cool ocean breeze come in overnight. Also, the shower didn't seem angled properly to drain water, so we ended up with a pool of water outside of the shower every day.

Amazing room, balcony on the sea view, top terrace bar was stunning and the cocktails the best we had in long time (best cocktails in all Puerto), jacuzzis on the terrace is such a great thing! Fantastic view on the seaside. Staff friendly and accommodating. The restaurant team especially are very good and organised.

The shower base, in the room - water goes everywhere in the bathroom and room as the base does not have any depth, not able to contain the water and drain quick enough. The dinner at the Mirage restaurant - the food quality not up to the expectations of such a hotel (looked quite cheap) quantity rather than quality, which is understandable for a buffet, but not for such hotel. The jacuzzis terrace is in need of some TLC and maintenance - soft lounges all need to be replaced, some parts of the water features need maintenance.

Beautiful view from the room and silence (just the sound of the ocean). Nice swimming pool with a lot of available sunbeds. Breakfasts were tasty, but the same every day. Many good restaurants around. There is an interesting bar and well-equipped gym that almost nobody uses. The hotel is located on the cliff. Walking to the nearest beach (a lot of medium stones) or the main street requires stepping down high staircases.

Really awesome view from the rooms, cool shower. Breakfast was the best, staff really friendly. Jacuzzi and pool area was so nice. Awesome location.

When you think about it’s a adult hotel, it is ridiculous that you can’t use the pool after 18:00. We are people that go to the beach in the day, and then take a dip in the pool when we come back later, but it’s was not possible. Shower not made probably, so water went out of the floor in the hall too. There was some ant in the room some days.
