A small clean hotel room with a terrace, bathroom and kitchenette in a hotel complex with a pool. The hotel has a good location close to the town centre. It was easy to walk down the hill, may be a bit more difficult on the way back from the bars. The staff was accommodating and let us use the hotel facilities and stored our bags whilst we were waiting for our plane on the last day I though it was a very good value for money

It was a bit noisy. We could hear the party from the room next door until bout 1 am. You can also hear the traffic whilst sat at he pool during the day.

Staff were friendly and the whole place was very clean. Room was pretty much what you expect, tidy and efficient. The AC was adequate but the best part was the location. The views were good and you're a stones throw away from the town center, but far enough outside so that you don't feel too in the thick of it. Bit of a steep walk back up but a taxi is 4 euro from the centre, if you're not feeling the steep walk. Local facilities have everything you need. Word of advice, don't use the standard ATMs for cash. There is a Banca Marcha up the road, always look for those machines as they do not charge a fee. I travelled as a remote worker and the room had space for me to relax with the TV on and have a little workspace. Pez Azul is extraordinarily well-priced and fills every criteria I would expect from a Spanish 3* hotel.

The food was adequate. Glad I didn't pay for a specific board as you can just purchase the buffet day-by-day. It fills a hole when you don't feel like going too far. The place could be noisy from time to time, sound travelled quite easily through the corridors. I could not fault it beyond this really and those two points are subjective to a certain extent.

I had a studio apartment on the 4th floor. It was the perfect size for one. It was on the quiet side of the hotel away from the pool area which was good. Had a balcony with a view of Teide when the clouds lifted. Studio was very clean and had all the basic equipment in the kitchen for cooking if you wanted to.

Have to be honest and say - the food could be a lot better. I opted for breakfast included which is unusual for me. It would be better to not serve food of that standard, but leave everyone to self-cater or serve cold breakfast choices only. The hot food items looked like they'd died a decade ago. Was tired on the last night of my stay and decided to opt to eat in at the dinner buffet. Bad choice. The food on display looked liked it had been prepared by a five-year old then been hung out to dry. Say no more.

Great central location, comfortable and clean with very friendly and helpful staff. The pool is really amazing and the terrace is very beautiful, great to relax and enjoy the sun.

Our room was basic and a little bit run down, could do with an update probably, for example it didn’t have many convenient sockets for charging phones etc. But the beautiful views made up for it and it was always very clean. The staff are great.

The staff is very nice, the facilitiesand furnitures are old, but absolutely OK. Fresh painted wall, in the apartement are soft towels, disinfected glasses, TV, aircon is working well (deposit 20EUR for the remote comtrol), the TV, anfd the fridge working well. The pool is beautiful, can it well swimming, and relax.

The lighting would be stronger.

this is not first time for us to staying in Pez Azul , we love this place and people are very nice and friendly I feel is like my home . how great are the staff .I would like to say big thank you for the cleaner who really did big job cleaning our room with their lovely touch

nothing, but this time we had bad experience with noise there was a football players or basketball whatever ,noise was after midnight, that was unacceptable.

About what you expect from a 3-star hotel (nothing great, nothing bad). Room was spacious and cleaned daily. Kitchenette and table are nice to have. Pool was big and deep enough to do laps (though not much sun due to surrounding buildings).

Breakfast wasn't great. Enough choice but poor quality. Especially all the breads and pastries tasted stale. Eggs/Bacon/Churro's were nice. Wifi is NOT good enough if you're working remote. Quite slow and you get kicked out quite often. Fine for casual use but not for meeting.

It is clean, well organized and the price is good related to the quality. It is located just few steps away from a bus stop. The beds were comfy and it was quite to sleep. Kitchen had all the tools for cooking (except essentials like said before). In general a good place where to spend a couple nights.

There is a Kitchen but it's totally missing the cooking basics (salt, oil, pepper, etc.). Also no dish washing liquid. You can purchase it at the front desk but why should you pay additional money to clean their dishes?! In our room there were 3 plugs, two of which were already taken by telephone and microwave. It is a packaged holidays hotel, so don't expect the authentic and local experience.

It was a very basic hotel, however it was clean, had all the amenities you need, great location and lovely staff. We had our own balcony plus an extra layout where we could sunbathe privately. For the price it is a very excellent stay!!

In general I find the place very good concerning location, price, size of apartments, kitchen amenities. There is a nice swimmingpool area outside. There is a bus station closeby. Supermarkets and restaurants are not far. Often in the low season there are special offers. The staff is (in general) friendly and helpful and they speak several languages. I was in Pez Azul already five times and would come back again.

There is one staff member in a bad mood and he was unfriendly towards me a few times. A group of young people with rude behaviour was there
