The hotel was welcoming and the rooms were very big and clean. Beds are very big with plenty of sheets etc, housekeeping happy to change towels every day. Staff were polite and helpful. Went fully inclusive, the food and drink variety was ok except that the chefs seem to believe that they have to put meat in everything, I am vegetarian and just about found stuff to eat each day, why do they have to put cold ham in most of the salads ? Why do they have to put meat into the "vegetable risotto" ? Why meat in the watercress soup ? 10% of the UK are vegetarian or vegan, with so many English people there why not cater for them ?

This hotel is nowhere at all near the beach! The nearest beach according to Google is 1.3km away - a 16 minutes walk. And to be honest it is not a beach worth going to. The only way for the beach to be closer is by measuring on a map straight across the buildings. I will also advise people to study the weather in North Tenerife Vs South Tenerife, they are very different, if you want to go in a hot holiday especially out of season I would really recommend that you go South Tenerife. ( No fault of the hotel ).

We wasn't sure what to expect from the reviews we have read but we got back from Blue sea yesterday and we had a wonderful time. Will start with the rooms, they are as people say dated but that didn't matter to us, they was spacious (this is an understatement) clean (cleaned every day) had everything you needed. Down side the Aircon wasn't the best but we found if you put any card in the slot the Aircon will stay on all day so we ended up using a library card lol. Food: Was plentiful and loads of variety (something for all our party) not 5 star but what do you expect from a buffet all inclusive, we certainly did not go hungry. Pool: Decent pools, you do have to put your towel down early to get a sunbed otherwise you will be stuck with nothing to sit on. Pool is cleaned every day. Animation staff put music on and do aqua aerobics and water Polo. One thing we was not happy about was the choice of music was really bad in terms of swearing and sexual content when the is children around (some content extremely explicit). Evening entertainment: Something on every night (not very catered towards British tourists). You have to get there early to get a seat. Staff: All really friendly can't fault them Location: Decent in terms of shops but not near a beach. All in all we would go back

Overall the hotel and the complex was lovely but obviously they were getting ready for the summer with lots of reparation work happening. Some of the staff were absolutely lovely but in general there were a few bar staff that were quite unpleasant and rude almost. Food was good in general although my wife being vegetarian did struggle most days to find something suitable other than pasta and bread and being gluten free didn't really help her cause. Chefs however were lovely, polite and helpful. Room was amazing, clean, spacious and shower over bath was probably best we've ever had for power and water temperature anywhere so that was all good.. Nice to have a fridge in the room as well - bonus!!

Entertainment. Dont really rate bingo and karaoke as hotel standard entertainment - the dance show by the animation team wasn't great and the singing lady was very much geared to Spanish and unfortunately not in key for most. The hotel animation I have to say was very much below standard with poor evening entertainment, especially in an all inclusive development in a quiet part of town so not much else to go and do without having to pay for it. building works going on right next to pool area where we were lying.

The hotel staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. They also speak very good English so it was very easy to communicate. The location is very close to local restaurants. I stayed at the Interpalace building. The view from the balcony was extraordinary and breath-taking. One side of the building is facing the mountain and the other side is facing the ocean. So whichever room you have, you will always surely enjoy it. They have 3 separate buildings: the Palace, Bonanza and the Interpalace that are very close to each other. It was very hard to find a parking space on the street outside the hotels, however, they offer a private parking space outside the Palace for €7 a day, which is a reasonable price if you don't want the stress of looking for parking. The rooms are emaculate and very spacious. Has free WiFi, TV, heating, air-conditioning and fridge. The toilet is also spacious and has hairdryer. My personal favourite is the restaurant. It was massive. I got the inclusive breakfast and it was amazing. They have wide range of food and drinks variety. It's all-you-can-eat buffet so you are sure to be filled. Checking in and checking out was very quick and easy. They have 24hr reception. Overall, my experience with this hotel was great.

It was hard to find a parking space on the street. The rooms are not soundproofed. I could hear the people next door. The hotel is located in the north of the island. The main city of the Tenerife, the beaches, activities and the airport are located on the south so you have to drive for over an hour.

Location in the nice area. Very clean and in general nice staff. Reasonable price.

Very noisy because of the evening activities till 11pm. (basement view), unable to go asleep without earplugs. Cleaning is made between 8 and 9, too early sometimes,insisting knocking. Too soft bed (it's a problem for my back).

We were here for the second time and everything was very good. The hotel has made an effort since the last visit. Food quality is good, staff is very friendly and helpful. Since we were travelling a lot around the island using a car, location is great, there is always a spot to park your car on the street near the hotel.

Only disadvantage of the hotel is that interior and furniture of hotel rooms are a bit out of date but in general we were very satisfied with our experience in this hotel

A lot of good things, complex of three hotels so more pools/bars/activities👍. Big area with a lot of activities to choose from and had a small heated water pool too👍. Checkout at 12 and able to pay for facilities after if you depart in evening. Also good WIFI👍

A lot of this too: first they charged my booking wrong and after received different room than booked and no response to both addressed:(. Not great food wise but liked the drinks:), coffee's in restaurant bad idea but good at bars. Spa needs booking and closes at 6pm:(. Also AC was not working in room.

staff very nice and welcomed us from day 1. we loved staying on the balcony where you can have a cigarette enjoying the warm weather and chill. very good and diverse food, for all tastes. including diet marmalade :) and lots of sweetener thank you for that
