Hotel is very clean, well located, great staffs, family friendly hotel, free transportation ticket to use on all buses, trains, trams, water boats.

The property feels brand new, modern, open and airy. The breakfast buffet was particularly excellent; lots and lots of options both hot and cold. Well worth the money.

It’s a little out of the way, possibly made harder to reach because the train lines were undergoing repairs so finding our way to the hotel was a little more complicated than normal. The restaurant staff were lovely but the front desk staff were a little cold to be honest. I just expected a bit more warmth since, after all, it is their business to be hospitable. The hotel is beautiful, but ultimately with the exchange rate, a little pricey.

Nice modern hotel with spacious rooms and comfy beds. Free airport shuttle is very convenient, and requires prebooking in advance. Good breakfast. The location is very good just 3 train stops from Geneva Central, however the train on Sunday only runs once an hour, and it's some 35 CHF to take a taxi to city center. You can also use an iron to unwrinkle your clothes available at the ironing room, ask the staff for details. You cannot use the room phone to call outside the hotel but the staff are very helpful so they will let you use the reception phone to call outside.

No fridge in the room

The furniture in the rooms are really comfortable, the hotel is very clean, bathrooms are clean and big,, the view is so good, the breakfast was really amazing and full of things, the building of the hotel is huge and very nice, rooms are big all was so good! the staff we met was friendly. - I'd like to thank "Nihat" in the front desk who was so kind and gave us the best choice of rooms and very professional! -Later in my second visit I'd like to thank "Mohammed" in the front desk in the night shift he was really kind too and chose for us the best room and was helpful. Jamal also the bartender he was kind and helpful.

Very clean and new. Large room. Lovely seating area in the atrium. Staff friendly and helpful. Extremely convenient for public transport as the train station is right next to the hotel. Free travel pass issued by the hotel allowed us to travel by bus, train, boat and tram at no cost. Regular shuttle provided from the airport FOC

Should be standard European sockets or adapter plugs in the rooms as well as the 3pin Swiss sockets. Information guides for tourists with maps and places of interest would be a good addition. Clearer more accurate direction to the pick up point for the shuttle buses would also be helpful

I had a very smooth and excellent stay in Mercure Geneva Airport. The staff was very professional and flexible to my booking needs, even spontaneausly offered to cancel one night stay for free, since I had flight complications that happened last minute, so the free cancellation was no longer available. The hotel is conveniently located 15 minutes away from the airport and right besides a train station thay takes you to the city. The room was spacious, clean, modern and very comfortable. The food at the restaurant is also exceptional quality, both for breakfast and for dinner, quite rare for hotels in my experience. Overall a very very good stay, especially for work travel.

the room was clean spacious and very comfortable, offering quiet before the hassles of travel. easy access to Geneva by train. If traveling to geneva by train, disembark at geneva station and transfer to the train that takes you directly to hotel Zimeysa gare station.

The hotel is some distance from the airport in an industrial zone. While the website and the reservation confirmation I received and even the sign behind the reception desk promised a free airport shuttle from early morning on , upon my arrival at the hotel in August I was told there was no or limited shuttle service the summer. While there is free bus service directly to airport with a geneva transport card it takes significantly longer than a shuttle or taxi

New hotel, nearby the train station and 10 min drive from airport. Te room was spacious and clean.

Room doesn’t include many useful things such as slippers, refrigerator etc. There was no drawer to store clothes, but only hangers. Breakfast - I had to leave early in the morning to the airport before breakfast, and asked staff day before to prepare a breakfast box to go. The food they put inside felt like somebody wanted to make fun of me. Nothing really good to eat - be aware of this early breakfast if needed

The staff. They were extremely polite, courteous, helpful, and friendly. One thing I really liked was when I asked if I could get a late check out, they were very genuine in their apology, providing reasons why they can't allow a late check out. And I didn't even ask them why. It was very refreshing. Top notch staff at the front office. They deserve a raise. The room I stayed in was another that i absolutely liked. Esp the bed and the pillows. I felt like I was literally sinking into the sleep as I laid down.

My stay was rather short, so I can really say what I didn't like.

- Was visiting vineyards in Geneva county which are just 1 or 2 stops away - 5 min, with trains every 30 minutes - The hotel is literally next to train station yet very well isolated windows so sleep is comfortable - Rooms are huge - Free public transport card for the entire "canton" during the entire stay as in all hotels in Geneva

- Perhaps a bit more ambiance at the bar / restaurant, the whole place is in an industrial / commercial area they could do events on the roof and create a HAPPY HOUR to attract nearby employees with a great wine selection from nearby winemakers. - A bit too stiff, too much standardisation... where is the soul ...
