The staff was super helpful. You will be charged only 10 FR for 24 hours parking if you request that at the reception desk. (You can park first then ask reception to modify the parking ticket) Thanks the gentleman in reception desk who helped me to operate the machine. Thank you! The room is big and clean. The location is great, multiple buses available to city center in less than 10 minutes. There is a Migro super market right in front of the hotel (not open in public holidays and Sundays, lol).

No elevator. From the pictures in booking I though this hotel "should" have an elevator but I was wrong. This hotel is renovated from a church so it doesn't have an elevator. If you have large and heavy luggages it will be a headache...

The location is good, the bus arrives 20 meters from the entrance. Hotel is close to the beach and harbor Lido, looks very nice! Unfortunately, I found out about the beach too late and did not get to relax on the beach. There is a mall across the road, which provides lots of conveniences. Reception is available until 6 pm, so we tried very hard to make it there, and then we find out that actually it will be fine if we arrive at night. The door key will be left on the reception desk if arrive after 6 pm. Would be nicer to know earlier. Our room is the last one on the corridor, very quiet indeed, however, the wifi is not ideal. I had to stay in the corridor to use the internet.

The room was spotless, and I felt safe as a solo traveler. The breakfast they offered was not bad and had a decent selection. The staff is amiable and accommodating. If I had a question, they were eager to help answer them. I was impressed when I needed some suites pressed as I was presenting at a conference nearby. The room didn't have an iron board or an iron. I was in a panic, of course, and went down to the front desk, too, as about any laundry service. To my delight, they offered to press them for me. I was very appreciative of the assistant. The bus and tram run on the street where the hotel is located.

This was my fault as I didn't read the room's accommodations. There's no TV, no iron/ironing board. Also, I chose this location to approximate the conference I was attending. There are no restaurants close to this hotel. So it would help if you traveled to the city center to get food. However, there is a grocery store across the street.

I would recommend this hotel for people who has some business in Luzern. Very nice place. Not 5 start hotel, but you will have all you need. Comfortable bed to have a rest after hard work in addition to very friendly staff. Very nice location near the transportation museum. Near the bus stop and the ford store.

Super clean hostel. I had a simply furnished single room with en suite bathroom. The bed was quite big and comfortable. And there was a large comfy chair for reading. It came with a free bus pass that made getting to and from old town very convenient! Very nice breakfast available downstairs for 12€ which is great on a Sunday when everything in the neighborhood is closed.

The hotel is in a great location a short bus ride from the city centre. The accommodation itself impressed me with its relatively well-preserved facilities.

I am a little disappointed with the parking, which does not belong directly to the hotel. The booking says 10 CHF for 24h, however the machine charged us 16 CHF after about 16 hours.

The Seminarhotel Romerohaus had the feeling of a university dormitory which I thoroughly enjoyed. The rooms are very efficiently designed and immaculately clean. The clerk at checkout was very helpful and friendly.

I arrived after 6pm and was a bit confused about how to check in, but once I found an envelope with my name on it at the closed reception desk, all was explained. The neighborhood did have a supermarket very close, but was not otherwise walkable for cafes and such. That said, it was an easy drive or bus into the heart of Luzern.

Breakfast was 12 CHF per person and it was delicious. There was a selection of cereal, granola, cheeses, breads, cold cuts, eggs and pastries. The hotel was really close to public transport and the Transport Museum. It was easy to get to the center of town by bus. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was missing fruit.

It was an excellent stay and super kind and helpful staff, the hotel is super clean and few minutes away by bus from the main train station, and walk a way from another train station and the Musuem of Transport. Also the bed was very comfy and firm.

pillows were very flat . shower space was very tight and needs more soundproofing . location was close to lucern downtown but you still need tram .
