- We loved the location. It is outside city center but close enough to get to by bus. The bus stops a few meters from the hotel. - Guests get free travel pass within Lucerne for the whole duration of their stay in the hotel. - The room has a balcony with stunning views of the lake, Mt. Pilatus and the alps on a clear day. - We were very early for check-in time but we were able to leave our luggage in their locker room so we still got to explore Mt. Pilatus without our luggage. - Daniel from reception helped us out with transport details on how to go to Mt. Pilatus from the hotel.

- For the price, the rooms don't have AC and the fan provided is very dusty. - Room was not very clean like they forgot to vacuum the floor or something but the rest are clean. Just not the floor. - lift is very tiny. Can only fit like 3 people.

Breakfast was very good. (we thought it was included with room rate so my mistake) Patio bar across the street on water front was nice. Friendly front desk staff.

We found it fairly warm at night / during the day because we couldn’t get the window to stay open.

Great view, modern hotel

The beds were very uncomfortable, there wasn’t a mirror in the room just in the bathroom which made it hard for getting changed

the location. although it’s about a 10 minute drive to the main area of the city, it was a nice hotel in front of the lake. very peaceful and serene. if you don’t have a car, there’s a bus that run every 15 minutes to go to town, and the hotel gives you passes for free transportation! if you have a car, there is parking on site.

i loved every thing about this hotel! except for the price, but this is Switzerland I guess!

We had a lake facing room. Spectacular views! Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. Very easy to get to the hotel. Bus stops right in front of it & the station is named after the hotel!

Breakfast spread & quality is disappointing given the price (30 CHF). But the view from the restaurant is great so that's the only selling point.

Lucerne has to be one of my favourite places to visit in Switzerland. The hotel is just a short bus ride from the station, very easy to find. The staff at this hotel could not have been any friendlier or more accommodating for us. The view from the room over the lake was just spectacular. We also enjoyed the sunset bar across the road. The breakfast at the hotel was lovely, a good selection of food/juices.

If I could mention one thing it might be that the bed was a little hard but that is probably due to preference. Everything about the hotel and it’s staff was superb.

Amazing view of Lake Lucerne. We were close to the old town but far enough away to be peaceful. Breakfast was very good with a good selection.

There was no air conditioning, so the room was very warm. We opened the window and were fine, but I imagine it could get quite uncomfortable during the summer.

Spectacular view of the lake and the mountains. Perfect location both close to the city and the lake and mountain experiences. Well connected with public transport. High quality food both for breakfast and dinner. Enjoyed the comfortable bed and appreciated the coffee and tea kettle in the room. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff made our stay really special.

we got a room on the 5th floor and the view was amazing, we loved spending time on the balcony, specially at sunset time. we would go again, but during a cooler weather because the rooms come without a/c.

great little cation, nice to be right on the bus line and have the pass included. comfortable room, nice staff, very clean.

like everything in Switzerland, it’s pricey. surprised there was no universal adaptor in the room
