the hotel seems to offer a pleasant stay with its clean and cosy atmosphere, spacious rooms, and stunning views. The standout positive is the extremely friendly and helpful staff as they peovide a full basket of toys to my child in the room, along with the restaurant's good food

a notable downside is the lack of AC as our stay coincided with an unexpected surge in high temperatures, which might require guests to rely on opening balcony windows for ventilation. Additionally, the proximity of the restaurant directly below the rooms could lead to noise issues from the voices inside the restaurant.

We stayed here with our dog and the staff brought us the bed and bowls for him which was really thoughtful. The room view was just breathtaking. We had a large balcony so our dog loved sitting outside. Staff are very polite and speak multiple languages. Its a perfect resort if you are playing golf as its mostly tailored for guests who play. The public transport was a 10 min walk so we didn't need to use the car during our stay. Golf grounds are well maintained and driving range was really good. We didn't have our own clubs but we could rent them.

Breakfast was quite disappointing actually and the choices were very limited. Its very basic. One day we came at 9am and there was hardly anything left and the buffet table was very messy. Also its only served from 8 to 10 so if you do an early tee you will miss the breakfast.

Absolutely stunning hotel with incredibly nice and friendly staff. Our family even had several conversations with the son of the hotel owner, who helped to run the hotel and was one of the friendliest people we met in Switzerland. Both the interior and exterior of the hotel are breathtaking, with lovely views. The food and free breakfast were also delicious.

I only had 2 negatives (which were vastly outweighed by the positives): (1) The rooms are all designed specifically as romantic suites, which seems odd for a golf-focused hotel. The bathrooms and showers have crystal clear glass walls, so if you are staying with a friend or non-romantic family member, one person will likely have to leave the room when the other is taking a shower. (2) The temperature button on the wall seemed to be just for show, because the rooms never got cooler.

However after we checked in we were told that their golf course closed down for two days due to the rain… We hoped that the hotel could have message us when they have decided to close it down. So we didnt have to rush in for check in to be there before our tee time.

Amazing hotel in a stunning location. The views over the golf course, lake Lucerne and the mountains are epic. The room was as shown in the pictures and was a wow moment when we walked in. Staff all friendly and good food in the restaurant. Although not advertised clearly on the website their is a secure underground garage for parking and free chargers which is a massive bonus.

i have been traveling all my life i saw many and many customers service. but this is first tine i saw amazing customer service in this hotel . i am here talking about reception lady her name is Mia . she is totally what am talking about . other thing are good but the shining star in this hotel is Mia . she did many things that i cannot write them here cuz i will write a newspaper instead. if i will return to this hotel the reason will be Mia . she represented the hotel in perfect way

we had an amazing stay here! The staff was super friendly! at the reception as well as in the restaurant. we got great recommendations for things to do in the area with little children, the location was absolutely stunning, the rooms were huge and clean with an amazing view, they offered us water when we left…

The property had large clean modern rooms . A golf purse so great if you love golf . Beautiful views to the mountains and lake . very clean and staff very friendly

Nothing to dislike , as I knew when I booked it that it was a 4k walk to the center of Luzern . Though there is a bus just outside

Everything went very well, right from the checkin process to the Guidance about local tourism and Property facilities were great.

A fan or some air flow arrangement could have been added for people from countries like India, who are Habituated to sleep with a fan running.

It felt like we were in a James Bond movie! The facility has this breathtaking vista with the mountains, the lake and the gold. An amazing getaway if you want something luxurious, calm and adults only.

I loved everything! I can't complain about anything. The only thing was maybe a bit of noise coming from the outside terrace (the restaurant) but the windows were so well isolated that the moment we closed them, the noise was gone.
