Excellent location to bus stop not too far from main train station. Nice staff Very clean & cleaned daily Good access to local shop Efficient service Large windows which could fully open were fantastic but offered great sound proofing when closed.

Wooden floors were caused echoing & movement caused disturbances. Access to hotel entrance via steep steps or down the side of a small industrial estate. Buses were coming and going with no safe walking area for pedestrians. Breakfast was pleasant but very limited. No British type t-bags in room or at breakfast.

We stayed at the hotel for one night as an overnight stop, as we were transiting Switzerland on the highway. Hotel served this purpose nicely, as it was perfectly located without being noisy, easy to find and with ample parking. Rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious (one bed, one large sofa bed) so that 4 people could spend the night. Staff was very friendly, arranging a seamless check-in also after hours.

Staff was friendly, location was close to the autobahn so easy to enter and exit. Stans Sud is a good area if you're planning to visit the main attractions and have a car. They also have a free open parking which is a blessing in Switzerland. Also they're breakfast is decent for the price.

I liked it all! This is a very new hotel. It is super clean, our room was big, and we had lovely mattresses.

I would like to have been able to switch off the bathroom light rather than have it on a timer.

The accomodation, clean spacious comfortable. The wifi that worked well.

The reception closing early. The door automatically locking you out after the check out time. The smell of exhaust in the corridor (but no problemes in the room)

Breakfast was good. Staff efficient. Good logistically but not a swiss portrait- but then Switzerland is awesome for views. Good business venue. Anyway logistically was my priority.

Very clean. Comfortable shower. Quiet. Good location. Very friendly and helpful staff. There was even a Nespresso machine in the room :-).

I had a single room. The bed was quite narrow and high off the ground. As I was afraid that I would fall out, I placed the mattrass on the ground.

Only negative is the lack of air conditioning as the room was very hot and humid and uncomfortable. Little sleep was had. Opening the window is possible, but an external window screen across the outside of the hotel prevents air flow.

Very close to the motorway. Even though the reception was closed in the night they arranged a late checkin for me, leaving the room key in an envelop on the reception desk and providing me the way to access the private garage.
