Location is perfect: close to center of Zermatt and especially just in front of the ski shuttle stop: from the ski-room, after 20m you can get into the bus !!! The B&B is very nice, clean and managed by very kind people. The breakfast is excellent, with good mix of salty and sweat food. The SPA area is also very nice, well organized, quiet and clean. The room is spacious and comfortable: what my wife loved more was the fantastic view of Matterhorn from the window.

The price is high, considering a B&B even if in a perfect location.

We liked everything about your hotel situated just in the heart of the village of Zermatt so much and give the highest ranking possible to all your questions! The room was huge by its size and the balcony was a playground with lounge chairs to enjoy the spectacular and breath-taking view of the Matterhorn Mountain. The room is very charmingly designed with its extraordinary swissness subjects: Two very nice paintings on the walls, red and white little pillows, typical slate tables, a relaxing sofa as well as a little table and even built-in USB connections on the walls, comfortable beds, everything you wish, like coffee machine, fresh mountain water and tea. Perfectly equipped! We would like to especially mention and point out the wellness facilities! Just awesome! Could not be better! A very stylish place with so many lovely details like a genuine burning candle, soft music in the background, a real drinking water fountain, beautiful paintings on the walls as well as stories of Zermatt. We enjoyed the very cosy cottage feeling with the wooden walls and windows with flowers and finally the big cheminée! Designed with lifeblood! Great interior architecture! And two saunas plus a steam bath! Great offer to your guests. Some words about the delicious breakfast: Very extensive offers and choice even with scrambled eggs (added by grilled warm beacon would be sensational). We will for sure come again and warmly recommend your hotel in any occasion to our family, friends and business partners! Thank you for everything, you are doing a great job!

The location was perfect, it was within walking distance to the railway station and the Matterhorn, and the main street. It was very tastefully decorated and furnished. The bed was very comfortable. There was enough space to put both our bags, The reception staff were very helpful and polite . It was one of the loveliest hotels we stayed in Europe

I liked everything, unfortunately we only stayed the night and wished we had stayed longer.

The room was perfect! It was spacious, had a SPECTACULAR VIEW, and very comfortable. Even the tiles in the bathroom were perfectly in line, so there was great craftsmanship. You could even sit on the couch and view the Matterhorn within the privacy of your own room.

The staff, although very polite, was not as inviting as some places and although the breakfast was good, it was not as spectacular as one of the other places we stayed where they had better cereals, but neither was bad and the room was perfect!

The wellness area is really nice. The breakfast was very good, although on our last day, it seemed like someone was constantly clearing or re-setting tables around us clanking the dishes incredibly loudly, which was very annoying. The location is fantastic, with the ski bus stop right outside the ski room. Also super central to walk around town.

Cristiana (reception/ front desk) and Hugo (server during breakfast and driver) were both very pleasant and helpful; I love our room with balcony and view of the Matterhorn.

Hotel is quite far from the railway station. We had to take the stairs to our room with heavy luggages! Cristiana did her best to help us carry our luggages. We were not informed upon booking about it. The Lady Manager is very stiff and doesn’t smile. She shouldn’t be in the reception.

This hotel is in a good location and the breakfast was good

This is the fourth time I’ve stayed there, and I have to admit I was a little disappointed this time. It just didn’t seem as warm and inviting as before the front desk gentleman was very nice but the woman was rude and offensive when I asked her questions.  I will probably look for other accommodations next time unfortunately

The staff were very welcoming and made us breakfast boxes as we had to check out early. The room was very spacious and clean, with adequate heating to keep us warm during our winter stay. We were on a lower floor but the view was still amazing.

We didn't know how to turn off the heated towel rail so the bathroom was very warm

We loved our stay at Hotel Antika! Our room was beautiful, with a balcony overlooking the Eiger. The hotel provided a well-made crib for our young son. And breakfast was delicious - so many different foods to choose from and great coffee! The hotel even provided umbrellas and hiking poles for us to borrow. Would definitely stay here again!
