All the staff were very friendly except for 1 senior lady. But we couldn't care less cause the rest is really helpful and always puts up a smile. Service is tiptop. Location is great. Our room view is pretty good.

Telephone in the room is not working therefore we need to go down whenever we have questions or requests. Toilet bowl in the room got chocked and water refused to flush off on our second day. So had to use their lobby's toilet to do our business.

So much to like. One of the best - if not the best - place we have stayed during our 7 weeks in Europe. Breakfast was delicious daily. Location in town was great. We stayed in 2 rooms throughout our time and both were excellent. Well appointed, clean and really enjoyable to stay in. The staff are amazing, the owners are lovely, Tanya helped with some great recommendations and Kristina was fantastic with our little boy. We would absolutely not hesitate to stay here again. In fact we hope to.

This was absolutely one of my best travel experiences. The rooms are modern with all amenities. Above all is the warm and friendly staff that address your every need. The breakfast was superb. I would like to give extra credit to the manager who has the energy of ten and you can tell loves her job.

Absolutely nothing

Breakfast was amazing, staff were honestly cheerful and friendly. Very helpful and the whole experience was cosy and comfortable. Honestly suprised this was only a 3 star as it was better than most 4 star and some 5 stars I've stayed in.

Was a little hot at night and had to open the window. Temp control would be good just so I wasnt wasting energy.

It is the best hotel experience we had in Switzerland, we have our own view to Matterhorn mountain from the balcony and there is a sauna in basement level which ease our tiredness from hiking around the area. Also, the hotel breakfast is so rich, wide variety of cheeses, hams and fresh made juicy. Highly recommended to spend a couple nights here when you in Zermatt

Very friendly welcome. Spacious room, with balcony and comfortable chairs outside. Nice (small) whirlpool, and inviting looking spa area in the basement. Excellent breakfast ! Pickup from Zermatt train station. Reasonable priced for Zermatt and the comfort it provides. Will definitely consider this place next time I’m in Zermatt.

Not a complain, but as this hotel is inside Zermatt, only the rooms on the top levels have a Matterhorn view. So they can not guarantee the view when booking. But just a view steps outside you will have a beautiful view from the bridge.

Pros :- We got the Sky Room and we just loved it with the view of the Mighty Matterhorn standing Tall . Everything in the room was perfect , hardly anything to complain about. Staff were extremely friendly , always with a smile and gave us a warm welcome . No regrets on choosing Bellerive for our stay in Zermatt . We cant find anything cosier than Bellerive.

Cons :- Hardly anything . Juist that in the Sky Room, the upper floor with Bathtub gets very hot during summer and becomes a bit unbearable . So may be some cooling method ?

Location was excellent. Breakfast very good and great choice

The only thing was that although we were in non smoking rooms, other people smoked in their balconies and annoyed us as smoke entered out bedroom especially during nights as we had to keep door open due to the high temperature.

a very close walk to the centre, where the attraction shuttle is + train station (5 to 15 +- minutes walk depending on where you're headed). the hotel also provides a shuttle from and to the train station upon arrival & check-out (so a plus point if you arrive with heavy luggages). the counter staff were all friendly & informative.

Great location with bars and restaurants close with the buses a short walk. Lovely room with comfortable beds. The breakfast was excellent along with the service. All the staff were extremely helpful and cheerful from the owners to the waitresses and our lovely room maid who was so enthusiastic and chatty every morning, but unfortunately we didn’t understand anything she said lol. They were more than happy to collect us from the train station and drop us back.

Our wifi was a little poor at times Room 302.
