I booked a panorama deluxe room. Well-desinged room, good room lay-out, very comfort mattress, high quality of bedding, guest-oriented design and setting, guest-oriented service, always warm welcome, kind conversation, sharing good info about Zermatt area, very fresh and delicious food, very good voew to Matterhorn from room balcony. And very fast response to guest's demand and need. My wife caught a cold and felt cold in the room. The hotel provided a Dyson portable heater immediately. Hotel Bellerive is a 3-star hotel, but I think this hotel is the same hotel as a 4-star. My daughter and son-in-law plan to travel to Switzerland in the near future, and I strongly recommended them to stay at this hotel. Hotel Bellerive gave my wife and me fantastic memories, and we will come back to this hotel if we need to travel to Matterhorn again.

The staff at the Bellerive are amazing! The rooms were modern and well-equipped, and the spa was a cool setup. We enjoyed the nightly fire in lobby after we wrapped up every evening. The breakfast was great, as was the service. The hotel is less than a minutes walk to the best Matterhorn view in town. We easily walked to everything Zermatt had to offer, but the place is away from the busy main street of Zermatt.

Our group raved about the place and I can't recall a complaint.

All the staff were very friendly except for 1 senior lady. But we couldn't care less cause the rest is really helpful and always puts up a smile. Service is tiptop. Location is great. Our room view is pretty good.

Telephone in the room is not working therefore we need to go down whenever we have questions or requests. Toilet bowl in the room got chocked and water refused to flush off on our second day. So had to use their lobby's toilet to do our business.

So much to like. One of the best - if not the best - place we have stayed during our 7 weeks in Europe. Breakfast was delicious daily. Location in town was great. We stayed in 2 rooms throughout our time and both were excellent. Well appointed, clean and really enjoyable to stay in. The staff are amazing, the owners are lovely, Tanya helped with some great recommendations and Kristina was fantastic with our little boy. We would absolutely not hesitate to stay here again. In fact we hope to.

Be careful when you ask for coffee or tea at the lobby. Hey charge you a fee if 4 francs for the tea but if you make it at your own room, it is free. I wish they had told me about the charge, not until when I checked out. Other than that I love everything about it

This was absolutely one of my best travel experiences. The rooms are modern with all amenities. Above all is the warm and friendly staff that address your every need. The breakfast was superb. I would like to give extra credit to the manager who has the energy of ten and you can tell loves her job.

Absolutely nothing

Breakfast was amazing, staff were honestly cheerful and friendly. Very helpful and the whole experience was cosy and comfortable. Honestly suprised this was only a 3 star as it was better than most 4 star and some 5 stars I've stayed in.

Was a little hot at night and had to open the window. Temp control would be good just so I wasnt wasting energy.

It is the best hotel experience we had in Switzerland, we have our own view to Matterhorn mountain from the balcony and there is a sauna in basement level which ease our tiredness from hiking around the area. Also, the hotel breakfast is so rich, wide variety of cheeses, hams and fresh made juicy. Highly recommended to spend a couple nights here when you in Zermatt

a very close walk to the centre, where the attraction shuttle is + train station (5 to 15 +- minutes walk depending on where you're headed). the hotel also provides a shuttle from and to the train station upon arrival & check-out (so a plus point if you arrive with heavy luggages). the counter staff were all friendly & informative.

Location was excellent. Breakfast very good and great choice

The only thing was that although we were in non smoking rooms, other people smoked in their balconies and annoyed us as smoke entered out bedroom especially during nights as we had to keep door open due to the high temperature.
