Our stay was perfect. The hotel, staff, facilities, and location are all you could wish for a wonderful holiday. Will go back!

It was the best holiday I've ever had. The Matterhorn view room was very comfortable and magnificent. There is everything you need in the room. Room cleaning is done daily and they are very meticulous. Having spa and pool facilities was perfect to relieve the tiredness of the day. The breakfast was diverse and satisfying. When I got off at the train station, the hotel's free transfer greeted me. It is within walking distance of the train station and the cable cars. Thank you for the meal they prepared for me as I was leaving early in the morning on the last day. The people at the reception were very helpful and supported in every way. I left here with wonderful memories. I want to come again next year :)

Everything. Having stayed in hundreds of hotels of all star levels in now over 60 countries I can say this was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in and it needs to be recognised. From the moment we picked up the phone to call them for a shuttle the experience was warm, friendly, inviting and incredibly professional. The free shuttle, the driver (who doubles up as the concierge and many other roles) deserves a medal he is an incredibly hard worker and was extremely professional. The front desk team and owner were phenomenal. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Every time you walked in or out of the building you were greeted and spoken to. The little details like this matter. Choose a room with a view and balcony you will not be disappointed it is worth paying the extra fee. The rooms are cosy in size internally. This hotel has a spa, sauna, steam room and contrast therapy section and it is absolutely a must stay. Upon entry the team had placed hearts with petals on our bed and left fruit and snacks with a personalised message. Whilst this will cost the hotel in time and resource fees these details are what set hotels aside. The breakfast was impeccable and the team could not be more helpful. This hotel and the team here care and it shows, many are locals to Zermatt and care about the region. They go out of their way to ensure you have an incredible stay and we had one of the best hotel stays we have had.

Absolutely nothing. A perfect stay. If you have the jacuzzi make it accessible to guests without additional payment, however this is a tiny detail and did not impact our stay in any way.

Breakfast is very nice with a selection of home made pastries, as well as the usual fruit, meat, cheese, etc. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Location is very good, about 10 minutes walk from train station - the hotel also have a free taxi service that can collect you. Wellness' facilities are top level, with a great pool and spa.

Sadly there were no evening meals, however the reception we happy to make reservations for our group. Not really a negative point as we had not expected to eat dinner in the hotel..

The room is super lovely. I love every single detail of how the room was designed with so many storage yet doesn't look cramp at all with the sliding door for privacy purpose. Had a good bubble bath in the beautiful free standing bath tub. Beautiful view at the balcony overlooking Matterhorn and the village. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Very relaxing stay, would highly recommend it!

This was, by far, the best hotel-staff mix i've ever seen in all the 30 countries I've traveled. The room layout was very smart, everything working properly, nice shower, awesome bathtub (outside of the shower - which is way better). The Spa was great, nice pool, sauna, relaxing chairs (with an awesome complementary tea). We'd like to thank all the Staff of this hotel, that made our stay perfect from the checkin until the check out: - Carla, you've prepared our room with so much love that we could feel it before we've met. You care with us at the Breakfast meant a lot to us. - Johanna, you were so friendly, smiling and helpful... thank you so much - Karin, your insights of how to have a great time in Zermatt with a "pregnant-sport-wife" was the best! Unfortunately we have not had the opportunity to talk with all the hotel crew in person, but we also what to thank them. It was absolutely magical!

?? Serious, not like??? This is the first hotel that I am speechless about this item. This was my only 10 in 20 years traveling around. Just filling three lines because booking.com ask for 3 lines...

Excellent service, best breakfast I'd ever have: daily self made fresh bred, fresh orange juice, and excellent hot chocolate (with real milk, no weird milk powder) and Caotina powder (not some cheap one, only the best one). Free shuttle service from/to train station.

Clean and comfortable room with a beautiful view of the Matterhorn. We were greeted by friendly and helpful staff upon arrival. Very efficient check-in process. It was such a wonderful experience, thank you!

More vegetarian-friendly options for breakfast with protein. For example, an omelette.

There is a pickup-delivery service to main train stations. Which is very convenient. Also the room is lovely and have a very good view as described!

Would love to have more facility around the spa and pool. Also the breakfast could be a bit better.

Great welcomes from the staff who advised us a nice restaurant around (it was quite late and last minute). Spacious room, very clean with a great view. Very convenient to access the spa and book a massage, very relaxing time at the spa. Amazing breakfast with large variety of food and home-made bread and vienoiseries.

Small spa Jacuzzi which is for a single person and we have to ask the reception to use it (and it's an extra cost)(usage of a token to launch the Jacuzzi).
