The decoration is modern and chic,love it! 10 mins walk from train station.

1. All room are non-Matterhorn view.(so the price is relatively high) 2. The front desk staff are all fine and polite, just not as kind as you expected. 3. Not professional! We stayed two nights, the welcoming msg was sent twice automatically and we can’t use our card to the room on the 2nd day ,we had to find the front desk to reset again. Also, we sent a msg in the first day and they replied until we already left.(means they replied in the 3rd day) 4. Cleaning isn’t perfect. We found an underwear after checked in, I guessed it was from the last client, and the cleaning staff overseeing it. I don’t blame the lady, but it still make us feel a little disgusted. And we reported to the front desk, they sent a lady to take it. That’s all.

Fabulous staff, friendly and knowledgeable. Lovely quiet and modern rooms, good breakfast ( but don’t arrive near the end of service!), very close to the heart of Zermatt and the train station.

We found the heating was set a bit too high for our liking and it could not be turned down, even though there is a thermostat in the room - we just opened a window.

Excellent care and service. Isabelle the Mgr went above and beyond for us. 5 star service in every way. Perfect location.

Everything was excellent, no complaints at all

The property was beautiful! All of the areas of the hotel and rooms were beautifully decorated and appointed with all of the necessities. We loved our view from our balcony, from seeing the Matterhorn to the hustle and bustle of the town. It is situated in the heart of the city, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, beautiful walks. Breakfast was very good and had a broad selection; all tasty, fresh and well prepared. We also enjoyed dinner at the GoldenLokdown; wonderful food, service and the golden train car was fabulous! A very unique experience we'd recommend.

Rooms are very nice (modern, light and bright, Nespresso machine, comfortable bed)a very nice bathroom, location is very convenient as well. Great value for money.

It would be great if the breakfast buffet would over muesli or cruesli instead of the oats. I understand this is a personal preference though. Also the ski room is amazing but because it is also used as luggage room, you can not always easily use it.

Modern facility with top of the line amenities - TV with many stations to choose from (Swiss, German, British, and American channels) comfortable beds, enough outlets for plugging in phones, iPads, etc... Private bathroom with enclosed shower, hot water and good water pressure. Our room had a semi-private balcony (partition between rooms) and had a partial view of the Matterhorn). The room was super clean and comfortable. Dinner at the in-house restaurant was pleasing and nice ambience with an attentive staff. Breakfast in the morning was superb. Overall an enjoyable stay in the Alps.

No complaints at all, just find a taxi or minibus to take you to the closest stop if you don't like walking with luggage in hand or in tow as it is a good walk from the train station.

This was a lovely, modern property, with a fantastic breakfast and restaurant room. The location was great - very close to the train station and also the main area of town. We loved the bells which rang nearby - they were so very pretty! It was great to be able to connect to Netflix and other apps. There was a thunderstorm whilst we were there… so we really appreciated that! 😊

The room was small and quite tricky for two people with luggage to move around freely. Some staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, others were a little… stand-off-ish. Perhaps it was a language barrier issue?

Great location just off the main street, and quality modern mountain decor. This hotel is obviously new. I think it's great value for money. Great to have a shower in the ski room, if you have to check out before going skiing on your last day.

I like soft pillows and would have liked a softer pillow... I asked, but the reception didn't have any other type. Not the end of the world!

Zermatt is a place where you can get almost everywhere by walking, the hotel is 400m away from the train station and thats really good. The hotel is beautiful, the receptionist was super nice and kind with us, the bed was comfortable, the restaurant zone of the hotel is beautiful and elegant. (also the room had a tiny fridge)

My luggage broke so I had a hard time traveling with it, but I was helped a lot in the hotel by many people who work there, and that was really nice, so honeslty... Nothing... There was nothing I didnt like

The hotel is well placed and the room and bathroom are excellent. Daily room service was excellent, sheets changed half way through the week without asking.

The bar should be staffed, it was never open. There was a good mini bar in the room but it didn’t contain any alcoholic drinks. It would have been lovely to have a beer or glass of wine on our balcony.
