Great and central location near the lake and the old town. The hotel had a guest kitchen with a fridge everyone could use. There was also a really lovely roof terrace with a great view. Free coffee to bring up. Clean and nice rooms. Good breakfast with good products - but with a slightly limited selection.

My only option was a parking garage nearby (the nearest was full) which cost me 40 franc for one night. So more parking options would have been nice - esprcially as it is featured in the hotel description. So coming by car is not recommended.

Good location. Walking distance to Lake Zürich and by tram 5min to Down Town Zürich. Friendly, helpful and approachable staff making you feel welcome. Very nice interior of Hotel. Everything is very clean. Breakfast lounge. Looks cosy - great for relaxing outside breakfast time with free Tee/ Coffee facility.

Night-time didn't sleep well due to noisy guest above us on the last night. Damaged Make -up mirror in Bathroom could fall and cause injury should have been fixed before we check-ed in and wasn't made safe even after check -out.

Great location, close to lake and also close to city center. Family room was spacious and very nice. Only thing is that it is a very nice but old house, so you def can hear your upstairs neighbors walking around in heels. Also very much liked the "bar" on the ground floor where you can get drinks on a trust basis.

It was close to where I attended a seminar and close to the lake and sites like Le Pavillion Corbusier.

I wish the women's spa was open late. 7pm is too early. 9pm is better.

Very quiet location but handy to the city of Zurich. The hotel itself is very homely, and I liked being able to make cups of tea downstairs, and also the Quiet wellness room upstairs to do my yoga in the morning

Spotless, smart and friendly hotel in a lovely part of Zurich. Comfortable beds. Close to the lake for a great swim and easy into the centre of town via the tram. Fantastic roof terrace for a view of the city

No AC and crazy prices - but that's just Zurich

The staff were very accomodating and the location was superb for catching transport around Zurich. A quiet spot but close enough to the lake and the Operahouse without the city noise. The family room provided plenty of space for our family of four.

this hotel is very charming and comfortable. rooms are nicely decorated and everything seems new. very well linked with the city centre/old town. the staff was very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend it

Very clean, 2 blocks to a major tram line and 2 blocks the other direction to the water with a short walk to old town as well, charming decor, and helpful friendly staff. Perfect stay in Zurich and a relatively reasonable price.

We Were concerned when ear plugs were provided for each guest but it was very quiet. having a mini fridge in the room was amazing. easy access always clean.

The beds were extremely firm and the pillows were lumpy.
