Location is very convenient. Within minutes walk you can access all sorts of public transport available in Zurich as well as easily and shortly reaching main areas of the city in foot. In addition there are plenty of restaurants and fine dinning places for those who seek a different experience in a radius of 300m, as well as a gym u can use via day passing. Cleanliness was very good. Staff was very accommodating especially that one in the Silk Restaurant area. The Chef was very polite and ready to adjust some special requirements for my meal. Had I the opportunity to go back I definitely will rebook the same hotel.

There was a mechanical problem in the first night of stay in the AC system causing a disturbance noise but they offered a room change and in terms of quietness the new room met my expectations. They might have sorted that mechanical problem in the 5th floor. I wish the menu selection in the restaurant was a bit richer.

Safe, comfortable, clean and modern.

Guests in next room were extremely loud, the walls weren’t 100% sound proof and I was woken up at 2am and eventually had to call the night manager to inspect. This is more a reflection on the guests, not the hotel. The night manager was very quick and attentive.

Beautifully appointed rooms. Very comfortable beds and furnishings. Great little coffee machines in the room. Located right on the lake, with an rooftop terrace. The staff was very friendly as well.

Breakfast isn't included and it's quite expensive to add on. There are no room service options, and the downstairs restaurant is very expensive small bites.

Extremely well-managed hotel. Rooms are small but pleasant, beds are exceptionally comfy. Great linen and bathrobes, comfortable bathrooms. Staff is nice beyond expectations, altogether - excellent stay, but a bit overpriced.

Fantastic hotel exceptional staff that were always helpful. Beds were comfortable and the location of the Hotel was within walking distance of all the important places to visit in downtown Zurich. We would return next vist.

Staff were excellent. Had a little issue with the room. But everything was resolved efficiently. Room is of good size and nicely decorated. Items in the room are of very good quality. Welcome drinks and chocolate praline are a nice touch.

Fantastic access from train station and within a few minutes of opera house and old town, making it easy to walk everywhere. Beautifully renovated in February 2023, with loads of small details that delight.

Quiet room, very well equipped. Good breakfast. Ideal place to stay when going to the opera. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Amazing location and such a nice boutique hotel. The staff is very friendly and the facilities are excellent.
