The location was excellent and the staff were very helpful. We enjoyed being near the lake and the Opera House, and it was easy to get the tram to other locations. The staff arranged a taxi to take us to the airport and he was early and a reliable, friendly driver. We did not speak German but everyone spoke English well. The breakfast was good. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious and as it appeared in photos. The air conditioning worked better than most places we had been on the trip.

Can’t think of anything, We did need to ask for more pillows but they were promptly provided.

Clean, bed was soft, free coffee and tea at your disposal. The location is very close to Stadelhofen station which is just a stop away from Zurich HB. Lobby was beautiful and quaint, and the receptionist Dilan was very helpful and kind. I requested for an early check-in as I came from a very long and tiring flight. She helped me sort everything out and within a couple of minutes I was in my room enjoying the shower and the bed.

Very trivial things— lock on the bathroom door was a bit wobbly, pillows too thin and soft, and I couldn’t say anything about the breakfast because I haven’t tried it (apparently it’s quite expensive).

I booked the hotel for my daughter and her new husband. Both were very happy with the location, the room and the facilities and especially praised the breakfast. I have to say a big thank you to reception staff for arranging extras discreetly and efficiently - my compliments

Super comfortable! Great location. I am sensitive to noise and there was a bit of elevator noise and street partying but nothing that was a problem. Loved the bath, the little kettle and coffee machine and table. Great to have a safe. loved the tap water jug instead of bottled water and that they didn’t change the towels or sheets everyday as that’s unnecessary in my opinion. Staff were helpful and friendly. Foyer robot was a novel encounter and just generally we had a great, restful and highly enjoyable stay. Checkout was quick too.

Clean, modern hotel close to lots of amenities including the railway station. Staff were friendly & helpful. My only complaint was the mattress was a little soft for my liking and the pillows were very flat, ideally we would need 3 or those, however the shower was amazing and there was lots of space in the bathroom & bedroom to put things. I would have liked a mirror above the desk so that I could dry & style my hair sitting down but this is an inherent problem with most hotels.

Nice location close to Lake Zurich and the Center. Very clean room and bathroom with a great shower. Very nice breakfast. Close to train lines (5 minute walk to station), including a direct line to/from the airport.

The bar closes early, despite being incorporated into the reception desk. Would have been nice to enjoy a drink on the couches outside the entrance. Staff recommended going to their "sister" hotel across the street.

Very central location close to the Opera House, and also well connected to transportation with a train station a few metres away. The Altstadt is also within walking distance and there are shops and supermarkets close by. Staff was very helpful, and the facilities are very modern.

Although the rooms are very modern and very clean, the beds are very small and only accessible from one side. If you had to be very tall you would not fit in the bed unfortunately.

We luckily got a room at the top floor plus lakeview balcony. The room had a comfy bed but we had to ask for more pillows as they were very very soft. The staff quickly answered to our needs. The air conditioning works very well.

The bathroom was quite small. The staff was nice but do not speak English very well (like most people in Zurich 🥲)

We stayed for Zurich street Parade and for a mini cityscape. The room (superior plus - 312) was much bigger than expected. Plus it had a lovely bathroom with two sinks. The bathroom also had a small balcony attached to it. Our room was next to the lift but the room has insulation so you couldn’t hear the lift running. Almost no noise from the streets when all the windows were closed. The room also has roller blinds which is ideal for a nice long sleep. The staff were delightful and very accommodating. The hotel is a short walk from stadelhofen train station and less than 10min walk to grossmunster.

Partner suffered from congestion every night in the room. Turning off AC and opening the window helped.

The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. I would also highlight the excellent services that were provided to us in this short stay. One of the receptionists helped me to dial a local number with the reception desk phone foc and I was able to resolve a travel issue. Thank you for the help!

The bathroom was small and the showering area was designed in an odd shape that only allows petite travellers to use. We did not use the balcony either as it was too small and our view was blocked by the renovating building across us. Perhaps the hotel can do something about the old lift with a manual door. We were worried that the small outdated lift (that can only fit 2 pax realistically instead of the suggested 3 pax guideline) can break down anytime and it’s dangerous for those with kids or in higher floors.
