The hotel is an excellent location in Zurich, very close to the lake and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of foods. We got champagne on the 2nd morning with breakfast which was fantastic ! The staff were friendly.

There was building work taking place nearby and we were not informed in advance. We woke up to the sound of drilling The hotel also did not respond to messages requesting advice on how best to get there from the centre prior to the stay.

I showed my booking and they could not find my booking which I booked on booking.com and they said it was overbooked so that they could not have a room for me at Seehof. I could not imagine if in the peak season they can not find another hotel for me. Then they move us to another very nice near hotel. That hotel name is Ambassador, 4 star hotel. That was very nice hotel and nice staff. I would highly recommend if you stay in Ambassador hotel in Zurich

The hotel was in a great location - could walk easily to the lake and the Christmas market outside the Opera House. Very close to trams and railway station. Lovely area with nice places to eat. The hotel staff were fantastic. The manager Abdel organised for our room to be decorated for my daughter's birthday and was very helpful and accommodating. Other reception staff were brilliant too.

Nothing really - Zurich is an expensive city, but given that, our trip was really good.

Location was excellent . The rooms were exceptionally hot with one small fan. Due to this we had the window open but there were noisy works taking place outside the hotel meaning we were awake extremely early . Rooms much smaller than expected for a double sized room.

Temperature in the room no air conditioning or not sufficient fans. Meaning sleeping was uncomfortable.

all was good, except reception giving wrong financial information on Taxi charges to Zurich HB. they informed CHF 30 would be max and we booked. but the Taxi driver demanded for CHF 78/-. this is not appreciable. we would have not booked if it was 78. also the receptionist asked for CHF 50 for 15 mins late checkout. stringent policy knowing when guest are family with kids.

Good size room, comfortable bed, very friendly and welcoming staff who go out of their way to make your feel comfortable. Hotel was very close to lake and opera house, about a 10 minute walk from centre and 20 minute walk from main station. Good breakfast selection.

Coffee machine for the morning wasn’t great as it wasn’t very hot, but minor issue.

The room we received at the hotel was very nice! The balcony made for a great spot to have a little Prosecco and a snack in the evening, and there was plenty of room for us & our bags.

We would have liked the bed even better if the 2 twin beds were together with a full- or queen-sized sheet set to keep the beds from separating in the middle of the night.

everything was perfect, cool place and location. Young staff and Great location and design.

Price a bit to high, also breakfast apice a Little bit to high for the quality, You can't task 23€ for a mecchanic Coffè or Cappuccino. Like Italian I appreciate the level and taste of the food and different tipe of food, but the drink "low quality". i think that 15€ it's the right value when you'e offering a lower caffè quality.

i have asked the staff at check out time if there would be possible to extend the check out time by 2-3h and even without checking for availability it was communicated that it will take 30chf per hour. i have paid 200€ per night so asking almost half of the accomodation price for 2-3h after check out time, without even checking for availability it is outrageous even for Switzerland

Breakfast is as anywhere else in the hotels but at tripled price

They did not state there is work at hotel and as traveling in a car I asked about parking in few messages prior my coming and hotel is listed with the parking at extra cost. I did not get any answer and when we arrived, guess, no parking
