Location was really nice and well connected. Next to the tram station. Was clean,spacious, well furnished and equipped. The cot for baby was really nice. Everything was very well organised.

Everything was great, these are tiny areas of improvement: 1. Peak summer temperature reaches 30 degrees. They very nice to provide a fan which helped ventilation but an Air Conditioner would have made the stay more comfortable though it may be needed for only 1/2 months of the year. 2. The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable to sleep in (the foam was good but around the neck area, people with cervical issue could face difficulty in sleeping). But still good for 8/10 people. 3. Hard copy of manuals of microwave and dishwasher could be kept for tourists not very tech savvy or not used to these equipment. 4. Response time from the management could be bit faster (it was great before we arrived but a little slow during our stay).

Location was great, the apartment was big and minutes away from the tram stop. Decent size for family of four and has good kitchen so you can cook things if you like. Tram stop was right next door so commute to the old town was very easy and convenient. Grocery stores are nearby with many cafes and restaurants.

No AC which I guess is not apartment's fault as Zurich does not allow ACs in apartment. I think mentioning that clearly in the Ad would have been nice. Checkin experience can be better. We didn't know that we had to call the remote reception to get the key. Simple instructions to do so will help future guest. We spend about 10-15 mins figuring out how to get keys. Luckily there was a cleaner lady who told us what to do.

Good location - right on a main tram line and about 50m from tram stop. Rooms are large. Online communication (though booking.com) was very prompt and helpful and online staff were very helpful.

Its on online reception (but with cleaning staff coming to site) so you need mobile/internet to get support. Washing facilities are in the basement and because people leave washing in the machines for long periods it took me till day 3 before I found a empty machine - also no instructions on getting the coin operated machines to work (put in the money first then chose the 1 for washing or 2 for drying then machine options and then wait about 20 sec for something to start).

Fantastic location next to trams and with supermarkets and restaurants a plenty as well as great shops. Well equipped apartment. If it had air con I would score much higher but it was really uncomfortable. I never met a host and while it appears there are many strict rules they did not even bring me an electricity adaptor when I asked. Switzerland uses different plugs to the entire rest of the world but there are no adaptors in the apartment.

There was no air con and only one fan for four people. It was ridiculously hot. The curtains in the bedroom closed but our kids were sleeping in the lounge and no curtains. It was so hot they had the windows open and very little sleep was had from the noise of the trams and the bright daylight from 4am. There were enough toiletries available for one day and no servicing is done. You have to take your own rubbish out and do your own dishes or they will charge you more. For the price I think daily fresh towels should be a must. I would not stay again unless air con was put it, it was literally roasting at night and we had to shower a couple of times a night but with no fresh towels they got a bit gross.

Very nice apartment in excellent location. Bright, spacious, comfortable. Tram outside straight into the city. A bit pricey.

As the staff are not on site there must be a manual provided for how things work. THIS IS A BASIC AND AN ABSOLUtE NECESSITY! We never did work out the induction cooktop so couldn’t cook for three days. Also couldn’t get the TV to work despite the website saying cable channels were available. We only found out about the departure procedure by reading the reviews. So, what could have been a very pleasant stay turned into a frustration. Other reviews have mentioned this. JUST DO IT. It doesn’t cost extra and must be provided especially for a remote site. Provision of a hairdryer is also a necessity.

the apartment is situated nearby the park Zurich lake. on the corner there are tram station in one direction to the city center and the opposite direction to the Tiefenbrunnen station. COOP grocery store is not more than 300m away and cafe or bakery where you can buy your breakfast is where the tram station is. apartment is very well equipped. big refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, microwave. when you ask for reduction to plug in you get it. also the sofa is very comfortable for the sleeping. lift from the bottom to the 5th floor

Everything was just perfect. Apartment was clean. Bed was very comfortable. We requested for the baby cot which was also provided, nicely arranged and very clean. Kitchen was spic and span and had all the utensils required. Stadelhofen and Oberhaus train station is just 7 minutes away which is very well connected to Zurich HB and other train networks. Tram station is just outside the apartment. Serene and quiet place with. many good restaurants, bars and supermarkets around. Really a perfect home for families in. perfect sense. I will choose this place again. Angelina and Diana were good.

The property was in a great quiet location with direct access to city center via tram/bus. The bathroom was very clean and large and apartment size nice and spacious. The kitchenette was great for making breakfast in the mornings.

There was no live face to face reception however staff was very receptive via message and email. the beds were a bit firm to our liking and pillows could have definitely been better. The kitchen was a nice perk but would have appreciated more coffee enough for our stay with our family. But it was easy to purchase more at the market minutes away.

1. the room is very clean and also have good facilities such as oven. 2. the employees are very nice, they provided the electric switch for us and make our phone available, it’s very helpful. 3. the location is very good, near the Chinese park and we can walk along the lake in Chinese park to have the beautiful view. And it’s near to the city center to make us quickly travel around the city.

1. the lift is too small. if it can be bigger, our whole family should be able to upstairs together😂 2. there’s no caffe in the room, it will be better than tea😝.

Fantastic location, access to tram and train station is just across the road. Close to supermarkets and other shops for your daily needs. Very clean and had everything you need for a family trip. Felt comfortable and being like home. Will certainly take up the same accommodation next time when we visit Zurich.

No AC. It was quite hot during peak summer. Though they provided table fan to cool off. Though the place becomes comfortable when windows are kept open for short while during the night
